To achieve complete poverty alleviation,the improvement of infrastructure and living conditions is *** the flow of factors through infrastructure investment,thereby reducing the income gap among residents,has become an important focus of poverty *** of the high amount of investment in transportation infrastructure,greater attention has been paid to the income distribution effect it brings,but few studies have analysed the effect of rural highways on the income gap of *** on the panel data pertaining to 30 provinces in China from 1993 to 2013,this paper uses a fixed-effect model to test the impact of rural highways supply on the income gap of *** empirical results show that:(1)The effect of Chinese rural highways on the farmers'income gap among provinces is"U-shaped".(2)Chinese national and provincial trunk highways are helpful in narrowing the farmers'income gap among provinces.(3)The level of education,household productive fixed assets investment,level of urbanization,and level of regional economic development have multiple effects on the farmers'income gap among ***,based on the empirical analysis,the paper analyzes the mechanism of rural highways affecting the income gap of farmers from a theoretical perspective and focuses on the causes of the"U-shaped"relationship between rural highways supply and farmers'income gap.

Objective Osteosarcoma is the most common type of malignant bone tumor in children and adolescents. The role of E3 ligases in tumorigenesis is currently a focus in tumor research. In the present study, we investigated the role of the E3 ligase tripartite motif 21（TRIM21） in osteosarcoma cell *** 3-（4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide（MTT） assays were used to assess osteosarcoma cell viability. U2-OS cells stably carrying a recombinant lentivirus expressing tetracycline-regulated TRIM21 were screened. Co-immunoprecipitation was coupled with LCMS/MS analysis to identify novel interacting partners of TRIM21. Co-immunoprecipitation and bimolecular fluorescence complementation（BIFC） were performed to validate the interactions between TRIM21 and its novel partner YWHAZ. A TRIM21-ΔRING construct was generated to test the effects of TRIM21 ligase activity on *** TRIM21 positively regulated osteosarcoma cell proliferation. Overexpression of TRIM21 enhanced osteosarcoma cell tolerance toward various stresses. YWHAZ protein was identified as a novel interacting partner of TRIM21 and its expression levels were negatively regulated by TRIM21. The RING domain of TRIM21 was required for TRIM21 negative regulation of YWHAZ expression. However,overexpression of YWHAZ did not affect positive regulation of osteosarcoma cell proliferation by *** Our results further clarify the molecular mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma.

The insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)module is one of the most age-affected components in the switch power supply, and its reliability prediction is conducive to timely troubleshooting and reduction in safety risks and unnecessary costs. The pulsed current pattern of the accelerator power supply is different from other converter applications;therefore, this study proposed a lifetime estimation method for IGBT modules in pulsed power supplies for accelerator magnets. The proposed methodology was based on junction temperature calculations using square-wave loss discretization and thermal *** results showed that the junction temperature error between the simulation and IR measurements was less than 3%. An AC power cycling test under real pulsed power supply applications was performed via offline wearout monitoring of the tested power IGBT module. After combining the IGBT4 PC curve and fitting the test results,a simple corrected lifetime model was developed to quantitatively evaluate the lifetime of the IGBT module,which can be employed for the accelerator pulsed power supply in engineering. This method can be applied to other IGBT modules and pulsed power supplies.

An electropulsing-assisted mold simulator technique was developed to investigate the effects of a pulsed electric voltage on the quality of spring steels during continuous casting by analyzing the mold flux film,shell surface profile,shell micro-structure and inclusion *** results revealed significantly increased crystallization fraction of the mold flux film from 61.2%to 75.3%and finer crystalline phase morphology in the case of electropulsing *** surface of the initially solidified shell could be effectively healed,resulting in smoother shell surface profiles with higher pulsed voltage from 0 to ***,an increase in the pulsed voltage from 0 to 30V resulted in finer dendritic structures during solidification with decreasing secondary dendrite arm spacing from the values of 17.6-32.2 to 9.7-15.0μm in the direction of shell side toward melt *** addition,an area scan analysis of inclusions in the as-cast spring steel samples showed that the number of MnS inclusions in the size range of 2.0-4.0μm gradually decreased from 836 to 114 and the number of Al2O3 inclusions in the same size range decreased from 144 to 39,as the voltage increased from 0 to 30V.

The short-range pair interaction consumes most of the CPU time in molecular dynamics(MD)*** inherent computation sparsity makes it challenging to achieve high-performance kernel on the emerging many-core *** this paper,we present a highly efficient short-range force kernel on the Sunway,a novel many-core architecture with many unique *** parallel efficiency of this algorithm on the Sunway many-core processor is strongly limited by the poor data locality and write *** enhance the data locality,we adopt a super cluster based neighbor list with an appropriate granularity that fits in the local memory of computing *** the absence of a low overhead locking mechanism,using data-privatization force array is a more feasible method to avoid write conflicts,but results in the large overhead of data *** adopt a dual-slice partitioning scheme for both hardware resources and computing tasks,which utilizes the on-chip data communication to reduce data reduction overhead and provide load ***,we exploit the single instruction multiple data(SIMD)parallelism and perform instruction reordering of the force kernel on this many-core *** experimental results show that the optimized force kernel obtains a performance speedup of 226x compared with the reference implementation and achieves 20%of peak flop rate on the Sunway many-core processor.

In order to obtain Pleurotus ferulae with high temperature tolerance, mycelium mono-cells of wild type strain ACK was treated by nitrogen ion (5~30 keV, 1.5×1015~1.5×1016 cm-2) implantation, and mutant CGMCC1762 was selected through auxotrophy screening method, which was Lys, VB6 auxotrophy stress with high temperature. We found that during riper period the surface layer mycelium of the mutant was not aging neither grew tegument even above 30°C. The mycelium endurable temperature of the mutant was increased 7°C compared with that of the wild type strain. The fruiting bodies growth temperature of the mutant was 16~20°C in daytime and was 6~12°C at night. The highest growth temperature of fruiting bodies of the mutant was increased by 5°C than that of original strain. Through three generation investigation, we found that the mutant CGMCC1762 was stable with high temperature tolerance.

The wastewater treatment from brassylic acid manufacturing plant using membrane bioreactor (MBR) was studied. The membrane bioreactor consisted of batch-operation biological aeration tank and ultrafiltration evaluation tank. The content of test included the affection of variation operation conditions on ultrafiltration separation, the general characteristics of MBR process, and the difference comparing with the conventional biological treatment. The results are as follows: (1) among the test membrane material, polyether sulphone (PES) membrane is more suitable for the wastewater treatment; (2) when the cutoff molecular weight is among 10000-50000, the higher the cutoff molecular weight, the bigger the water flux is in the test; (3) under the operation pressure, water flux increases accompanying with the increasing of operation pressure; (4) the paper filtered COD concentration has more affection on the water flux than the suspended solid concentration; ( 5) as they volume loading of MBR increases, the accumulation of high molecule organic substance and colloid increases, the membrane,permeate COD concentration and paper filtered COD concentration increase too, meanwhile the water flux reduces; (6) when the sludge retention time of activated sludge of MBR increases, the accumulation of high molecule organic substance and colloid reduces, the membrane permeate (:OD concentration and paper filtered COD concentration reduce too, and the water flux increases; (7) comparing with the conventional biological process, the microbial activity is higher, but the microbial species is less.

Role of Stokes Drift in Ocean Dynamics Under Typhoon Conditions in the Bohai Sea

The effect of Stokes drift production(SDP),which includes Coriolis-Stokes forcing,Langmuir circulation,and Craik-Lei-bovich vortexes,on the upper ocean during typhoon passage in the Bohai Sea(BS),China,is investigated by using a coupled wave-current *** role of SDP in turbulent mixing and the further dynamics during the entire typhoon period are comprehensively *** results show that SDP greatly increases turbulent mixing at all depths under typhoon conditions by up to seven times that under normal weather *** generally strengthens sea surface cooling by more than 0.4℃,with the maximum reduction in sea surface temperature(SST)at the during-typhoon stage exceeding 2℃,which is approximately seven times larger than that under normal weather *** SDP-induced decrease in current speed can exceed 0.2ms^(-1),and the change in current direction is generally opposite the wind *** results suggest that Stokes drift depresses the effect of strong winds on currents by intensifying turbulent *** layer depth(MLD)is distinctly increased by O(1)during typhoons due to SDP and can deepen by more than *** addition,the continuous effects of SDP on SST,current,and MLD at the after-typhoon stage indi-cate a hysteretic response between SDP and typhoon actions.
