Evaluating the Compatibility Mechanism of Shengxian decoction Based on an Excretion Study of 18 Bioactive Constituents in Rat Biosamples

Introduction:The Shengxian decoction(SXT),a Chinese herbal medication used to treat heart failure,is composed of Astragali Radix,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Cimicifuage Rhizoma,and Platycodonis *** of the excretion of the active compounds in this herbal medication is vital for investigating the underlying mechanisms behind its ***,this remains ***:Liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry was performed in both positive and negative modes to assay 18 constituents of SXT from rat urinary,fecal,and biliary ***:The methodology was validated and showed good linearity(r≥0.9),precision,stability,repeatability,and *** relative standard deviations and relative errors for the precision and accuracy did not exceed 15%.The recoveries of all the compounds ranged from 77.37%to 114.82%,and the matrix effect was between 82.53%and 105.71%.The results suggested that,when combined with Platycodonis Radix,the levels of 14 constituents from the four herbs were reduced in the urine,while the levels of six constituents were reduced in the ***:The comparative excretion results indicated that Platycodonis Radix reduced the excretion of compounds in SXT,demonstrating the compatibility mechanism and holistic properties of these compounds,favoring the pharmacological effects of SXT.

Performance and enhanced oil recovery efficiency of an acid-resistant polymer microspheres of anti-CO2 channeling in low-permeability reservoirs

CO2flooding is a vital development method for enhanced oil recovery in low-permeability reservoirs,However,micro-fractures are developed in low-permeability reservoirs,which are essential oil flow channels but can also cause severe CO2gas channeling ***,anti-gas channeling is a necessary measure to improve the effect of *** kind of anti-gas channeling refers to the plugging of fractures in the deep formation to prevent CO2gas channeling,which is different from the wellbore *** microspheres have the characteristics of controllable deep plugging,which can achieve the profile control of low-permeability fractured *** acidic environments with supercritical CO2,traditional polymer microspheres have poor expandability and plugging *** on previous work,a systematic evaluation of the expansion performance,dispersion rheological properties,stability,deep migration,anti-CO2channeling and enhanced oil recovery ability of a novel acid-resistant polymer microsphere（dCNPM-A） was carried out under CQ oilifield conditions（salinity of85,000 mg/L,80℃,pH=3）.The results show that the dCNPM-A microsphere had a better expansion performance than the traditional microsphere,with a swelling rate of *** microsphere dispersion with a concentration of 0.1%-0.5% had the advantages of low viscosity,high dispersion and good injectability in the low permeability fractured *** the acidic environment of supercritical CO2,dCNPM-A microspheres showed excellent stability and could maintain strength for over 60 d with less *** core experiments,dCNPM-A microspheres exhibited delayed swelling characteristics and could effectively plug deep *** a plugging rate of 95%,the subsequent enhanced oil recovery of CO2flooding could reach 21.03%.The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for anti-CO2channeling and enhanced oil recovery in low-permeability fractured reservoirs.

Inspired by the success of CH-series acceptors, a small-molecular acceptor, CH-Tz was reported by adopting a new conjugationextended electron-deficient unit([1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-b]pyrazine) on the central core. Owing to the enhanced inter-/intramolecular interactions, CH-Tz exhibited near-infrared absorption and an effective three-dimensional molecular packing network in its single crystal. When blended with polymer donor PM6, the binary device achieved a high power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 18.54%, with a notable short-circuit current density(J_(sc)) of 27.54 m A cm-2and an excellent fill factor(FF) over 80%,which can be partly ascribed to the balanced charge transport properties in the blend film. After employing d18-Cl as the third component, an enhanced PCE of 18.85% was achieved due to a more obvious fiber network. Impressively, the CH-Tz-based OSC devices show excellent thermal stability and thickness insensitivity. Record-breaking Jscof 28.92 m A cm-2was reached for PM6:d18-Cl:CH-Tz ternary device with a thickness of 560 nm. Besides, CH-Tz shows potential in fabricating multicomponent high-performance organic solar cells, where over 19% efficiency could be realized in the quaternary device. Our work advances the strong influence of electron-deficient central units on molecular photovoltaic properties and guides the design of acceptors for stable and large-thickness organic solar cells.

Two-year longitudinal change in choroidal and retinal thickness in school-aged myopic children:exploratory analysis of clinical trials for myopia progression

Improvement for creep strength of a second-generation single crystal superalloy by design of heat treatments

design of heat treatments is related to the key technology for development of nickel-based single crystal superalloys(Ni-SXs). Based on the full understanding of the solidification characteristics, this work applies optimization design of heat treatments for a second-generation Ni-SX. Microstructure evolution and creep properties are compared in the material under conventional/standard(Std.) and optimized(Opt.) treatments. For the Std. sample,strong dendritic segregations determine inconsistent microstructure evolution in the dendritic(d) and interdendritic region(Id), while the latter serves as weak area to have the prior microcrack initiation, damaging overall performance of the alloy. The Opt. treatment applies higher homogenization temperature, leading to overall reduced segregations, while not inducing incipient melting. A lower temperature of first-step ageing is used to lower the size ofγ'particles. These help to form the more uniform microstructure in dendritic and interdendritic region and relieve the inconsistent microstructure evolution. The balanced local strength makes Id no longer as the weak area,thus restricting microcrack initiation. Great improvement of high temperature and low stress property is obtained by this progress, leading to the pronounced increase of creep rupture life under 1100 °C/140 MPa.
