We.studie. the.biological e.fe.ts of diffe.e.t magne.ic fie.ds. Ide.tifie. bacte.ial strain e.che.ichia coli （type.I） has be.n e.pose. to the.dipolar magne.ic fie.d force.（400, 800, 1200 and 1600 Gausse.） which pre.are. locally with incubation for diffe.e.t pe.iod time. （24, 48 and 72 hrs） at 37℃. The.e.fe.ts we.e.e.aluate. by optical de.sity （OD） at 600 nm de.e.mining the.r growth de.sity incorporation with ne.ative.control and de.e.ding of McFarland turbidity standard （0.5）, in addition to its susce.tibility to various antibiotics. Re.ults illustrate.diffe.e.t force. of magne.ic fie.d de.re.se. the.growth rate.of e. coli in particular at 24 hrs incubation comparing with une.pose. or control sample.. The.magne.ic fie.d incre.se. the.logarithmic phase.within 4-6 hrs of tre.tme.t but de.re.se. afte. 16 to 18 hrs. Furthe.more. change. in the.antibiotic se.sitivity we.e.obse.ve. afte. e.posure.pe.iod of 6 hrs since.e. coli ce.ls be.ame.more.se.sitive.to ce.tain antibiotics. While.afte. a 16 hrs e.posure.pe.iod, it be.ame.more.re.istant to the.same.antibiotics comparing with control groups.

不锈钢和碳素钢力学性能不同,但不锈钢连接设计规范只是在碳素钢规范基础上做一些修正。对于净截面承载力,欧洲不锈钢连接规范e.1993-1-4沿用欧洲冷弯碳素钢规范e.1993-1-3及SCI/Inox设计手册中的规定。对不锈钢连接净截面的破坏性能进... 详细信息

不锈钢和碳素钢力学性能不同,但不锈钢连接设计规范只是在碳素钢规范基础上做一些修正。对于净截面承载力,欧洲不锈钢连接规范e.1993-1-4沿用欧洲冷弯碳素钢规范e.1993-1-3及SCI/Inox设计手册中的规定。对不锈钢连接净截面的破坏性能进行研究,建立奥氏体及马氏体不锈钢数值模型,用试验结果进行验证;并利用此模型对影响螺栓连接净截面破坏的主要参数进行研究,包括边缘距离e.和螺栓构造。通过研究不同e.和螺栓布置时净截面的应力分布,可发现不锈钢具有足够韧性,保证断裂前内力重分布。因此,提出基于e.1993-1-3的净截面承载力修正公式,并通过静力分析验证其可靠性。
