选取生物油中含量较高的愈创木酚、儿茶酚和苯酚为酚类模型化合物,以蒙脱土K-10负载的Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40为固体超强酸催化剂,苯酚/1-辛烯烷基化反应为探针,考察了催化剂负载量,反应温度及物料摩尔比等因素对酚类烷基化反应的影响.结果表明,在60～100℃范围内,30%Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40/K-10对苯酚烷基化反应具有很好的催化活性和选择性,原料摩尔比为1时苯酚氧烷基化产物的选择性最好.愈创木酚中甲氧基的位阻效应使其转化率在相同条件下比苯酚低很多,相应氧烷基化产物的选择性也很低.儿茶酚与1-辛烯反应主要生成单羟基氧烷基化产物,100℃时选择性仍高达96%.升高温度有利于烷基化改性反应的进行,但产物中氧烷基化产物的选择性随着温度升高而降低.

This paper is concerned with three-dimensional numerical simulation of a plunging liquid jet. The transient processes of forming an air cavity around the jet, capturing an initially large air b.b.le, and the b.eak-up of this large toroidal-shaped b.b.le into smaller b.b.les were analyzed. A stab.lized finite element method （FEM） was employed under parallel numerical simulations b.sed on adaptive, unstructured grid and coupled with a level-set method to track the interface b.tween air and liquid. These simulations show that the inertia of the liquid jet initially depresses the pool＇s surface, forming an annular air cavity which surrounds the liquid jet. A toroidal liquid eddy which is sub.e- quently formed in the liquid pool results in air cavity collapse, and in turn entrains air into the liquid pool from the unstab.e annular air gap region around the liquid jet.

The teratogenicity of 5-fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine (FdU) is well estab.ished. Previously, we have demonstrated that teratogenic doses of FdU produce hematomas and suggested that those hematomas produced skeletal malformations in chicken emb.yos. In this study, the cardiovascular effects of teratogenic doses of FdU in chicken emb.yos were studied. A dose of either 0.026 μg FdU or 0.030 μg FdU was injected into the yolk sacs of fertile chicken eggs containing emb.yos at Hamb.rger and Hamilton stages 17-19 of development. The emb.yos were then returned to the incub.tor. Aortic systolic and diastolic b.ood pressure,b.ood velocity and heart rate were measured at stages 21, 24 or 27 using a servonull system and Doppler ultrasound. In addition, mean arterial b.ood pressure, b.ood flow, and stroke volume were calculated from these data. Similar data were also recorded from uninjected and saline injected control emb.yos. Systolic and mean arterial b.ood pressures were significantly increased in FdU-treated emb.yos at stage 27. The other parameters measured or calculated were not significantly different from control emb.yos. Our study suggests that elevated systolic b.ood pressure in chicken emb.yos treated with FdU may lead to hematoma formation and sub.equent b.rth defects

Dallisgrass (Paspalum dilatatum) is well adapted to the b.ack b.lt region of the southeastern US, and information on its productivity and nutritive quality as influenced b. fertility is needed. In each yr of a 2-yr study, an existing dallisgrass pasture that had b.en sub.ivided into 48 plots of 9.3 m2 each was fertilized with the equivalent of 34 (34N), 67 (67N), 101 (101N) or 134 (134N) kg N/ha from poultry litter (PL) or commercial fertilizer (CF;NH4NO3). In b.th years, primary-growth and vegetative regrowth forage was harvested in mid-August and late Septemb.r, respectively, and forage from each harvest was clipped to either a 5- or 10-cm stub.le height. Forage cut to a 5-cm height yielded 71% more (P b.t forage dry matter (DM) yields were not different b.tween CF and PL treatments across years and fertilization rates. Concentration of crude protein (CP) was greater (P = 0.002) for CF than PL forage and increased for b.th fertilizer sources with increasing rates of N application. Forage concentrations of cell-wall constituents were not different b.tween CF and PL treatments. Forage amended with CF had a higher concentration of Ca, Mg and Mn than PL-amended forage;however, forage amended with PL had a higher concentration of P and K than CF-amended forage. There was no effect of fertilizer source on forage concentration of Al, Cu or Zn. Results indicate that PL and CF were comparab.e for supporting productivity and nutritive quality of dallisgrass on b.ack b.lt soils.

b.ckground: Marek’s disease(md) is a highly contagious pathogenic and oncogenic disease primarily affecting chickens. However, the mechanisms of genetic resistance for md are complex and not fully understood. md-resistant line 63and md-susceptib.e line 72are two highly inb.ed progenitor lines of White Leghorn. Recomb.nant Congenic Strains(RCS) were developed from these two lines, which show varied susceptib.lity to ***: We investigated genetic structure and genomic signatures across the genome, including the line 63and line72, six RCSs, and two reciprocally crossed flocks b.tween the lines 63and 72(F1 63× 72and F1 72× 63) using Affymetrix~? Axiom~? HD 600 K genotyping array. We ob.erved 18 chickens from RCS lines were specifically clustered into resistance sub.groups distrib.ted around line 63. Additionally, homozygosity analysis was employed to explore potential genetic components related to md resistance, while runs of homozygosity(ROH) are regions of the genome where the identical haplotypes are inherited from each parent. We found several genes including SIK, SOX1, LIG4, SIK1 and TNFSF13b.were contained in ROH region identified in resistant group(line 63and RCS), and these genes have b.en reported that are contrib.te to immunology and survival. b.sed on FSTb.sed population differential analysis, we also identified important genes related to cell death and anti-apoptosis, including AKT1, API5, CDH13, CFDP and USP15,which could b. involved in divergent selection during inb.eeding ***: Our findings offer valuab.e insights for understanding the genetic mechanism of resistance to md and the identified genes could b. considered as candidate b.omarkers in further evaluation.
