Lettuce m.saic virus (Lm.). Fragm.nts o. 249 bp were am.lified o.ly by resistant plants to.TYLCV as the hybrids 2648 and Aguam.el, and no. fo. varieties as Santa Cruz o. Carina. It were o.served fo. ZYm. the am.lificatio. o. 791 bp by the resistant hybrid Px7051 and no. fo. the susceptible cultivar La Belle;fo. PRSV-W using the sam. zucchini plants the am.lificatio. o. 650 bp fo. susceptible and 750 bp fo. resistant;fo. Lm. the 421 bp am.lificatio. o.ly fo. the resistant cultivar Brasil 303 and no. fo. susceptible Babá de Verão. Finally, it was o.served that prim.rs PK47F/R were able to.check the Cabo.iá seed hybrids o. pum.kin Jabras.

Auto.0}ted im.ge system. to.characterize aquatic o.ganism. im.ro.e research and enable fast respo.se to.enviro.m.ntal risk situatio.s. In No.em.er 2015, a dam.in m.riana City-m. (Brazil) co.lapsed and led to.the dispo.al o. m.d tailings fro.0}the m.ning pro.ess to.the Do.e River. The accident resulted in several casualties and incalculable dam.ge to.surro.nding co.0}unities and the enviro.m.nt. The m.d increased water turbidity, an essential co.ditio. to.the functio.ing o. the im.ge analysis system., and directly affected the characterizatio. o. the o.ganism., m.king it im.o.sible to.distinguish co.epo.s in the m.d, due to.the blurred o.tline. To.get a quick respo.se evaluating enviro.m.ntal situatio.s, this wo.k aim.d to.develo. and test different algo.ithm. characterizing and classifying co.epo.s by their size (length and area) using in situ im.ges acquired by the Lightfram. o.-Sight Keyspecies Investigatio. device. Field tests were carried o.t under different turbidity levels thro.gho.t the gradient o.served in the co.stal zo.e adjacent to.the Do.e River. The best algo.ithm.reduced nearly 50% o. the no.se in so.0} im.ges when co.0}ared with m.nual treatm.nt and led to.96% accuracy in m.asurem.nt and co.nting. Sem.-auto.0}ted devices that perfo.m.po.t-pro.essing co.rectio.s are suitable fo. fast enviro.m.ntal evaluatio. under high turbidity scenario..

We present an unusual case o. po.tal vein thro.0}o.is with a splanchnic hem.ngio.0} seco.dary to.acute biliary pancreatitis. We repo.t a 45-year-o.d patient, who.has system.c arterial hypertensio. in treatm.nt, was adm.tted fo. abdo.0}nal pain in the epigastrium. with irradiatio. to.the right hypo.ho.drium. acco.0}anied by nausea and vo.0}ting o. 10 o.casio.s o. bile co.tent, physical exam.natio. with pain in the right hypo.ho.drium. m.rphy po.itive. We have labo.ato.y studies with a lipase o. 788, so.a diagno.is o. pancreatitis is m.de with an etio.o.y to.be determ.ned. The labo.ato.ies suggestive o. acute biliary pancreatitis (lipase 788.71);an im.ging study was subsequently perfo.m.d (ultraso.o.raphy) with the result o. sto.e in the co.0}o. bile duct. A laparo.co.y was perfo.m.d with relative im.ro.em.nt, so.he was discharged and returned 20 days after surgery due to.abdo.0}nal pain o. the sam. intensity in the left hypo.ho.drium. Ending his ho.pitalizatio. with a splenecto.0} fo. splenic hem.ngio.0} with po.tal vein thro.0}o.is.

New particle fo.m.tio.(NPF) in the tro.ical free tro.o.phere(FT) is a glo.ally im.o.tant so.rce o. clo.d co.densatio. nuclei, affecting clo.d pro.erties and clim.te. o.idized o.ganic m.lecules(o.m.)pro.uced fro.0}bio.enic vo.atile o.ganic co.0}o.nds are believed to.co.tribute to.aero.o. fo.m.tio. in the tro.ical FT, but witho.t direct chem.cal o.servatio.s. We perfo.m.d in situ m.lecular-level o.m. m.asurem.nts at the Bo.ivian statio. Chacaltaya at 5240 m.abo.e sea level, o. the western edge o. Am.zo.ia. Fo. the first tim., we dem.nstrate the presence o. o.m., m.inly with 4–5 carbo. ato.0}, in bo.h gas-phase and particle-phase(in term. o. m.ss co.tributio.) m.asurem.nts in tro.ical FT air fro.0}Am.zo.ia. These o.servatio.s, co.0}ined with air m.ss histo.y analyses, indicate that the o.served o.m. are linked to.iso.rene em.tted fro.0}the rainfo.ests hundreds o. kilo.0}ters away. Based o. particle-phase m.asurem.nts, we find that these co.0}o.nds can co.tribute to.NPF, at least the gro.th o. newly fo.m.d nano.articles, in the tro.ical FT o. a co.tinental scale. Thus, o.r study is a fundam.ntal and significant step in understanding the aero.o. fo.m.tio. pro.ess in the tro.ical FT.
