Percutaneous or endoscopic drainage is the initial choice for the treatment of peripancreatic fluid collection in symptomatic *** transgastric fenestration(ETGF)was first reported for the management of pancreatic pseu-docysts of 20 patients in *** a surgeon’s viewpoint,ETGF is a similar procedure to cystogastrostomy in that they both produce a wide outlet orifice for the drainage of fluid and necrotic *** can be performed at least 4 wk.after the initial onset of acute pancreatitis and it has a high priority over the surgical ***,the surgical approach usually has a better success rate because surgical cystogastrostomy has a wider outlet(>6 cm vs 2 cm)than ***,percutaneous or endoscopic drainage,ETGF,and surgical approach offer various treatment options for peripancreatic fluid collection patients based on their conditions.

AIM: To study the effect of 5-Aza-2’-deoxycytidine (5-Aza-CdR) on heat shock.protein 70 (HSP70), human leucocyte antigen-Ⅰ (HLA-Ⅰ) and NY-ESO-1 proteins in exosomes produced by hepatoma cells, HepG2 and Hep3B. METHODS: Exosomes derived from HepG2 and Hep3B cells treated with or without 5-aza-CdR were isolated and purified by ultrafiltration centrifugation and sucrose gradient ultracentrifugation. The number of exosomes was counted under electron microscope. Concentration of proteins in exosomes was measured by bicinchoninic acid protein assay. Expression of HSP70, HLA-Ⅰ and NY-ESO-1 proteins in exosomes was detected by Western blotting and immunoelectron microscopy. mRNA expression of p53 gene was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain ***: The mRNA expression of p53 gene was increased in both hepatoma cell lines after treatment with 5-Aza-CdR. The number of exosomes and the concentration of total proteins in exosomes were increased signifi cantly after treatment with 5-aza-CdR (P < 0.05). After treatment with 5-Aza-CdR, immunoelectron microscopy and Western blotting showed that the HSP70, HLA-Ⅰ and NY-ESO-1 proteins were increased in exosomes produced by both hepatoma cell lines. CONCLUSION: 5-aza-CdR, an inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase, can increase exosomes produced by hepatoma cells and immune-associated protein component of exosomes, which may be mediated by p53 gene upregulation and 5-Aza-CdR demethylation.

Recently,a building-based air quality model system which can predict air quality in front of individual buildings along both sides of a road has been *** the Macao Peninsula as a case study,this paper shows the advantages of building-based model system in data capture and data *** with the traditional grid-based model systems with input/output spatial resolutions of 1-2 k.,the building-based approach can extract the street configuration and traffic data building by building and therefore,can capture the complex spatial variation of traffic emission,urban geometry,and air *** non-homogeneous distribution of air pollution in the Macao Peninsula was modeled in a highspatial resolution of 319 receptors·k.^(-2).The spatial relationship among air quality,traffic flow,and urban geometry in the historic urban area is *** study shows that the building-based approach may open an innovative methodology in data mining of urban spatial data for environmental *** results are particularly useful to urban planners when they need to consider the influences of urban form on street environment.

In the past two decades, organic solar cells （OSCs） have at- tracted significant attention owing to their merits of achieving light-weight, flexible, low-cost devices [1,2]. Ternary OSC as an efficient way to improve the power conversion efficiencies （PCEs） of OSCs has inspired great interest from researchers to investigate ternary OSCs and result in many efficient de- vices. Ternary OSCs allow collecting high- and low-energy photons by separated semiconductors in a single active layer to minimize the thermalization loss and broaden absorption range to improve the performance of OSCs. However, most reported ternary OSCs only have active layer of about 100 nm in thick.ess.

A weighted routing tree is one with costs attached to each linkof the tree. Links of the same feature have the same cost. It is proved that the problem of finding ?routing tree of the minimum cost for a given set of tasks of two features is NP-complete.

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound shear wave elastography(SWE)and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in transrectal prostate *** A total of 54 patients(average age:67.79±12.01 years)in the experimental group underwent transrectal prostate biopsy under the guidance of SWE,while 46 patients(average age:69.22±11.54 years)in the control group underwent transrectal prostate biopsy guided by *** There were a total of 451 needles,with an average of 8.35±1.67 needles per patient in the experimental group,and a total of 462 needles,with an average of 10.04±1.33 needles per patient in the control *** difference in puncture times between the two groups was statistically significant(Pwas no significant difference in the positive detection rate,sensitivity or specificity between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy between the two groups(Pwas 0.752(S.E.=0.072,95%CI=0.611-0.894,P=0.007),and the best cutoff value was 47.005 *** In summary,both SWE-and CEUS-guided transrectal prostate biopsy can help find the focus and guide the puncture,and improve the positive detection rate.
