Background:Simiaowan(SMW),a well-known traditional Chinese medicine,has been employed to treat hyperuricemia(HUA)and gout for ***,the bioactive components and underlying mechanisms have not been *** objective of this study was to identify the active components and potential mechanisms of SMW by integrating pharmacological experimentation,serum pharmacochemistry,network pharmacology and molecular ***:HUA rats modelling by high-fat/high-sugar diet and potassium oxonate/adenine oral administration were used to evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of ***-Q-Exactive-MS/MS was employed to detect the bioactive components present in SMW-containing *** pharmacology and molecular docking were utilized to elucidate the potential targets and underlying ***:SMW effectively ameliorated HUA rats via the inhibition of uric acid(UA)production,promotion of UA excretion,improvement of lipid and glucose metabolic abnormalities,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-insulin resistance effects.A total of 73 compounds detected in SMW-containing serum were identified as potential active components,with alkaloids,flavonoids,organic acids,and terpenoids emerging as the primary active *** 203 corresponding targets were obtained as SMW anti-HUA/gout targets,which mainly participated in apoptosis,insulin resistance,TNF,PI3K-Akt,HIF-1,NF-κB,MAPK,IL-17 and TLR signaling *** docking indicated that active compounds(***,phellodendrine,quercetin,formononetin,ferulic acid)had superior binding abilities to the key targets(*** carrier family 22 member 12(URAT1),solute carrier family 22 member 6(OAT1),ATP-binding cassette sub-family G member 2(ABCG2),solute carrier family 2,facilitated glucose transporter member 9(GLUT9),xanthine dehydrogenase/oxidase(XDH),transcription factor p65(RELA),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),prostaglandin G/H synthase 2(PTGS2),caspase-3(CASP3),insulin(INS)).Conclusion:S

In this paper, TiAl alloy powders were prepared successfully by high-energy ball milling and diffusion reaction in vacuum at low temperature. The titanium powder, aluminum powder, and titanium hydride powder were used as raw materials. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, X-ray diffraction（XRD）, field-emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM）, and differential thermal analysis（DTA）. The results show that the alloy powders with the main intermetallic compounds of TiAl are obtained using Ti-Al powders and TiH2-Al powders after heated for 2 h at 500 ℃,3 h at 600 ℃,and 3 h at 750 ℃,*** average grain sizes of alloy powder are about 45 and20 μm with irregular shape, respectively. The prepared TiAl alloy powders are relatively pure, and the average quality content of oxygen in the alloy powders is0.33 wt%. The forming process of alloy powder contains both the diffusion reaction of Ti and Al,which gives priority to the diffusion reaction of aluminum.

Space charge injected into a liquid dielectric by an electrode under an impulse voltage causes the electric field to be distorted,which affects the dielectric's insulation *** this study,the authors study the surface modification of three-electrode materials,namely aluminium,copper,and stainless steel,by sputtering of titanium dioxide(TiO2)based on magnetron *** breakdown voltage of propylene carbonate and the surface morphology of the electrodes before and after modification were ***,the distribution of the space charge injected into the propylene carbonate from the different electrode materials was also measured based on the Kerr electro-optic *** results indicate that the breakdown voltage of propylene carbonate increased by 7,4,and 9%after surface modification of aluminium,copper,and stainless steel,*** sputtering of TiO2,micro-grooves on the surface of the three-electrode materials became smooth,and the surface roughness decreased,which changed the barrier height of the solid–liquid *** space charge injection mode of the three-electrode materials before and after surface modification was bipolar injection;however,the space charge injection amounts were markedly lower for the modified electrodes.

The flower-meristem-identity gene APETALA2(AP2), one of class-A genes, is involved in the establishment of the floral meristem and the forming of sepals and petals. Codon usage bias(CUB) identifies differences among species, meanwhile dynamic analysis of base composition can identify the molecular mechanisms and evolutionary relationships of a specific gene. In this study, eight coding sequences(CDS) of AP2 gene were selected from different plant species using the Gen Bank database. Their nucleotide composition(GC content), genetic index, relative synonymous codon usage(RSCU) and relative codon usage bias(RCUB) were calculated with R Software to compare codon bias and base composition dynamics of AP2 gene codon usage patterns in different plant species. The results showed that the usage of AP2 gene codons from different plant species were influened by GC bias, especially GC3 s. Overall, base composition analysis indicated that the usage frequency of codon AT in the gene coding sequence was higher than GC among AP2 gene CDS from different plant species. Furthermore, most AP2 gene CDSs ended with AT; AGA, GCU and UGU had relatively high RSCU values as the most dominant codon; the usage characteristic of the AP2 gene codon in Malus domestica was similar to that of Vitis vinifera; Paeonia lactiflora was similar to Paeonia suffruticosa and Solanum lycopersicum was similar to Petunia×hybrida. There was a moderate preference in the usage of AP2 gene codon among different plant species from relatively low frequency of optimal codon(Fop) values and high effective number of codons(ENC) value. This study has revealed the usage characteristics of the AP2 gene codon from the comparision of AP2 gene codon preference and base dynamics in different plant species and provide a platform for further study towards transgenic engineering and codon optimization.

Scintillator is a material that converts high-energy rays into visible light, and has great applications in high-energy physics, medical imaging, and security inspections. As a type of scintillator, scintillation glass has the advantages of low cost, high stability, controllable shape, and ability to be prepared on a large scale. In this paper, a traditional fusion quenching method was used to prepare a cerium-terbium co-doped glass. The green characteristic light of Tb ion was observed at 543 nm. Moreover, through the doping sensitization of Ce ions, the luminescence of Tb was successfully enhanced. The material has high X-ray response sensitivity, complete stability and strong X-ray emission intensity. We use a simple X-ray imaging platform for imaging, and the results show that our glass has a spatial resolution of 7.0 lp/mm.

The monitors used to measure radon concentration must be calibrated,and the calibration factor of each measurement cycle should be ***,the determination time of calibration factors of NRL-Ⅱ radon monitors should be *** this study,a method is proposed to determine the calibration factors of radon monitors *** the proposed method,the calibration factor is initially determined in the 60-min measurement cycle;the calibration factor is then identified in the other measurement cycle on the basis of the principle that the calibration factor of the same radon monitor in different measurement cycles is inversely proportional to the number of a particles produced by ^(218)Po decay in this *** demonstrate that the calculated calibration factor of the different measurement cycles is consistent with the experimental calibration ***,this method is reliable and can be used to determine the calibration factor of radon monitors rapidly.
