Thin-film catalysts are recently recognized as promising catalysts due to their reduced amount of materials and good catalytic activity,leading to low-cost and high-efficiency catalysts.A series of CuFeO_(x)thin-film catalysts were prepared with different Fe contents using a one-step method as well as tested for the catalytic reduction of nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)in the presence of CH_(4)at a high GH SV of 185000 mL/(g·h).The increase of iron strongly affects the dispersion and leads to the creation of a less-active segregated Fe_(2)O_(3)phase,which was confirmed by XRD,EDX,and XPS *** results show that the synergistic properties between Cu and Fe,which affect the CuFeOxfilm catalysts in many aspects,such as the hollow-like texture,specific surface area,nano-crystallite size,the surface contents of Cu^(+),Fe^(3+),and oxygen species,the reductive strength and the strong active sites on the *** DFT calculations,the adsorption and decomposition energy profiles of N_(2)O on the CuFeO_(2)(012)surface model were *** surface Fe-site and hollow-site are active for N_(2)O decomposition,and the decomposition energy barriers on the Fe-site and the hollow-site are 1.02 eV and 1.25 eV respectively at 0 *** strategy adopted here to tailor the activity through low-doping Fe-oxide catalysts could establish a promising way to improve the catalytic reduction of N_(2)O with CH_(4).

OBJECTIVE To investigate whether gastrodin(GAS) plays a neuroprotective role by activating PI3K/Akt/BACH1 signaling axis to improve glycolytic function. METHODS HT22 cells were treated with Aβ25-35for24 h to establish cell damage model. GAS pretreated HT22 cells for 2 h, and Akt agonist SC79, Akt inhibitor MK2206, PI3K inhibitor LY294002 were added 0.5 h before GAS treatment to detect their protective mechanisms. Pharmacodynamic research of GAS in this model were divided into six groups: control group, GAS group(GAS 10 μmol·L-1), model group(Aβ25-3520 μmol·L-1),model +GAS 2.5, 5 and 10 μ mol·L-1group). Mechanism research of GAS in this model was divided into 6groups: control group, Aβ25-3520 μmol· L-1group, Aβ25-3520 μmol·L-1+ GAS 10 μmol·L-1group, Aβ25-35+ SC79group(Aβ25-3520 μmol·L-1+SC79 10 μmol·L-1), Aβ25-35+MK2206+GAS group(A β25-3520 μ mol·L-1+MK220610 μmol·L-1+GAS 10 μmol·L-1), Aβ25-35+LY294002+GAS group(Aβ25-3520 μmol·L-1+LY294002 10 μmol·L-1+GAS10 μmol·L-1). Cell viability was detected by MTT, morphological changes of cells were observed by microscope, ATP content was detected by chemiluminescence, and pyruvate(PA) content was detected by colorimetry. Western blotting was used to detect the protein levels of transcription factor BACH1, key glycolysis enzyme hexokinase(HK1) and PI3K/Akt signaling pathway related proteins PI3K, p-PI3K, Akt and *** The results showed that compared with the control group, the cell morphology of HT22 cells damaged by Aβ25-35was damaged, the number of cells decreased,the cell body became smaller, the number of dead cells increased, the cell survival rate, ATP and PA contents decreased significantly, and the protein expressions of pPI3K, p-Akt, BACH1 and HK1 were significantly downregulated. 利用MSP-3200三靶共溅射镀膜机,射频磁控溅射在石英基底上反应溅射制备单斜相（M相）VO_2薄膜及W掺杂单斜相（M相）VO_2薄膜。利用WVASE32椭圆偏振仪及变温附件在350~2 500 nm波长范围内对相变前后的VO_2薄膜及W掺杂VO_2薄膜进行光谱测试,运用Lorentz谐振子色散模型结合有效介质近似模型对椭偏参数进行拟合。结果表明：W掺杂的VO_2薄膜与纯相的VO_2薄膜相比,光学常数n、k随波长的变化趋势相同,但W掺杂后的VO_2薄膜的折射率n小于纯相VO_2薄膜的折射率,而消光系数k值大于纯相VO_2薄膜的k值。W的掺入增加了薄膜的致密度,同时增加了薄膜内部自由载流子的浓度。

In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures with the same mass under the vertical incidence of *** is paid to elucidating the influences of rod cross-section dimensions,structure height,structure layer,and rod inclination angle on the deformation mode,ballistic performances,and ability to change the ballistic direction of *** results show that the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures are mainly affected by their structural *** this respect,structural parameters optimization of the hourglass lattice sandwich structures enable one to effectively improve their ballistic limit velocity and,consequently,ballistic performances.

A resilience-incorporated risk assessment framework is proposed and demonstrated in this study to manifest the advantageous seismic resilience of precast concrete frame(PCF)structures with“dry”connections in terms of their low damage and rapid *** framework integrates various uncertainties in the seismic hazard,fragility,capacity,demand,loss functions,and post-earthquake *** this study,the PCF structures are distinguished from ordinary reinforced concrete frame(RCF)structures by characterizing multiple limit states for the PCF based on its unique damage ***,probabilistic story-wise pushover analyses are performed to yield story-wise capacities for the predefined limit *** the seismic resilience analysis,a step-wise recovery model is proposed to idealize the functionality recovery process,with separate considerations of the repair and non-repair *** recovery model leverages the economic loss and downtime to delineate the stochastic post-earthquake recovery curves for the resilience loss *** such,contingencies in the probabilistic post-earthquake repairs are incorporated and the empirical judgments on the recovery parameters are largely *** proposed framework is demonstrated through a comparative study between two“dry”connected PCFs and one RCF designed as alternative structural systems for a prototype *** results from the risk quantification indicate that the PCFs show reduced loss hazards and lower expected losses relative to the ***,the PCF equipped with energy dissipation devices at the“dry”connections largely reduces the expected economic loss,downtime,and resilience loss by 29%,56%,and 60%,respectively,compared to the RCF.

Tropical cyclones typically form over warm tropical and subtropical ocean surfaces, as their formation and intensification rely primarily on the energy provided by the ocean. Pioneering research by Gray (1968) revealed that the formation of tropical cyclones requires the sea surface temperature (SST) to be no less than 26.5℃. Consequently, SST is commonly recognized as a crucial parameter among the environmental factors influencing tropical cyclone formation(Gray, 1979;Emanuel and Nolan, 2004).

The CO_(2)reduction into carbon-contained fuel via solar energy offers the powerful tools to realize the zero-emission carbon *** to the intriguing features of the two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures,it is susceptible to modulate the electronic structure as well as the surface geometry for optimizing the photocatalytic CO_(2)*** this perspective,we surveyed the fundamental insights of 2D semiconductor heterostructures,involving the fabrication strategies and classification of the 2D semiconductor ***,we have detailly discussed the overview of 2D semiconductor heterostructure for optimizing CO_(2)photocatalytic influenced factors,including the solar energy utilization,photogenerated carriers separation,and redox reaction ***,we showed the significant advantages of 2D heterostructures in elevating CO_(2)photoreduction performance,focusing on activity,selectivity and *** analyzing the limitations and developments,we ended by putting forward insights into the further researches about the CO_(2)photocatalysts and reactor design,even industrial applications.

Biocatalysis in organic solvents(OSs)has numerous important applications,but native enzymes in OSs often exhibit limited catalytic ***,we proposed a computation-aided surface charge engineering strategy to improve the catalytic performance of haloalkane dehalogenase DhaA in OSs based on the energetic analysis of substrate binding to the DhaA *** variants with enhanced OS resistance were obtained by replacing negative charged residues on the surface with positive charged residue(Arg).Particularly,a four-substitution variant E16R/E93R/E121R/E257R exhibited the best catalytic performance(five-fold improvement in OS resistance and seven-fold half-life increase in 40%(vol)dimethylsulfoxide).As a result,the overall catalytic performance of the variant could be at least 26 times higher than the wild-type *** spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulation studies revealed that the residue substitution mainly enhanced OS resistance from four aspects:(a)improved the overall structural stability,(b)increased the hydrophobicity of the local microenvironment around the catalytic triad,(c)enriched the hydrophobic substrate around the enzyme molecule,and(d)lowered the contact frequency between OS molecules and the catalytic *** findings validate that computationaided surface charge engineering is an effective and ingenious rational strategy for tailoring enzyme performance in OSs.
