Recent advances in hydrocarbon exploration have been made in the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex reservoirs of the Dengying Formation in the western Sichuan Basin, SW China,where the depositional process is regarded confusing. The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type Jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. 为探索常压下石墨烯(Graphene)掺杂对B/KNO_(3)/PF点火和燃烧性能的影响,采用湿混法和冷冻干燥法分别制备了不同石墨烯掺杂量的Graphene/B/KNO_(3)/PF,并使用光电探测器和高速摄影研究了石墨烯掺杂量和装药密度对点火延迟时间和燃烧速度的影响规律。结果表明:相对于冷冻干燥法,湿混法制备的Graphene/B/KNO_(3)/PF混合均匀且燃烧速度更高。随着石墨烯掺杂量(0~2 wt%)的增加,Graphene/B/KNO_(3)/PF的平均燃烧速度先增大后减小。装药密度为1.5g·cm^(-3)时,0.8wt%石墨烯掺杂量的Graphene/B/KNO_(3)/PF燃烧速度最大(20.3 mm·s^(-1)),与B/KNO_(3)/PF(14.6 mm·s^(-1))相比增加了39.0%;在装药密度0.8~1.7 g·cm^(-3)范围(0.8 wt%石墨烯掺杂量)内,Graphene/B/KNO_(3)/PF药柱平均燃烧速度随着装药密度的增大而减小。

liver fibrosis is a dynamic wound-healing response characterized by the agglutination of the extracellular matrix(ECM).Si-wu-Tang(SWT),a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula,is known for treating gynecological diseases and liver *** previous studies demonstrated that long non-coding RNA H19(H19)was markedly upregulated in fibrotic livers while its deficiency markedly reversed ***,the mechanisms by which SWT influences H19 remain ***,we established a bile duct ligation(BDL)-induced liver fibrosis model to evaluate the hepatoprotective effects of SWT on various cells in the *** results showed that SWT markedly improved ECM deposition and bile duct reactions in the ***,SWT relieved liver fibrosis by regulating the transcription of genes involved in the cytoskeleton remodeling,primarily in hepatic stellate cells(HSCs),and influencing cytoskeleton-related angiogenesis and hepatocellular *** modulation collectively led to reduced ECM *** extensive bioinformatics analyses,we determined that H19 acted as a miRNA sponge and mainly inhibited miR-200,miR-211,and let7b,thereby regulating the above cellular regulatory ***,SWT reversed H19-related miRNAs and signaling pathways,diminishing ECM deposition and liver ***,these protective effects of SWT were diminished with the overexpression of H19 in *** conclusion,our study elucidates the underlying mechanisms of SWT from the perspective of H19-related signal networks and proposes a potential SWT-based therapeutic strategy for the treatment of liver fibrosis.

癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)是一种异常表达于消化系统恶性肿瘤中的酸性糖蛋白,对于消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断和疗效预测具有重要价值。文献报道CEA对于肺癌的诊断灵敏度也较高,且与肿瘤的进展密切相关,能够作为肺癌复发及远处转移的监测指标[1]。亮氨酸拉链EF-hand结构域跨膜蛋白1(LETM1)是一种保守性较强的线粒体内膜蛋白,通过调节线粒体的基本代谢间接调节恶性肿瘤的发生发展,已有多项研究表明LETM1与肿瘤的发生密切相关[2-3]。但目前关于CEAm RNA和LETMl在肺癌患者中的表达情况及其对肺癌患者的预后价值的相关研究较少,因此,本文拟探究CEA m RNA和LETMl在肺癌患者中的表达情况,为临床肺癌预后评估寻找新的分子标志物。

A Hybrid Signal Processing Method Combining Mathematical Morphology and Walsh Theory for Power Quality Disturbance Detection and Classification

In this paper, a novel signal processing method combining mathematical morphology (MM) and Walsh theory is proposed, which uses Walsh functions to control the structuring element (SE) and MM operators. Based on the Walsh-MM method, a scheme for power quality disturbances detection and classification is developed, which involves three steps: denoising, feature extraction and morphological clustering. First, various evolution rules of Walsh function are used to generate groups of SEs for the multiscale Walsh-ordered morphological operation, so the original signal can be denoised. Next, the fundamental wave of the denoised signal is suppressed by Hadamard matrix;thus, disturbances can be extracted. Finally, the Walsh power spectrum of the waveform extracted in the previous step is calculated, and the parameters of which are taken by morphological clustering to classify the disturbances. Simulation results reveal the proposed scheme can effectively detect and classify disturbances, and the Walsh-MM method is less affected by noise and only involves simple calculation, which has a potential to be implemented in hardware and more suitable for real-time application.

Metal surfaces play a crucial role in numerous applications,from self-cleaning and anti-icing to anti-fogging and oil-water *** regulation of their wettability is essential to enhance their performance in these *** paper proposes a multi-state regulation method for metal surface wettability,leveraging nanosecond laser *** creating non-uniform microstructures on a metal surface,the contact area between the solid and liquid phases can be increased,resulting in the attainment of superhydrophilic properties(contact angle(CA),ranging from 4.6°to 8.5°).Conversely,the construction of uniform microstructures leads to a decreased solid-liquid contact area,thereby rendering the metal surface hydrophilic(CA=12.2°–53°).Furthermore,through heat treatment on a surface with uniform microstructures,organic matter adsorption can be promoted while simultaneously reducing surface *** process results in the metal surface acquiring hydrophobic properties(CA=92.1°–133.5°),facilitated by the“air cushion effect.”Building on the hydrophobic surface,stearic acid modification can further reduce surface energy,ultimately bestowing the metal surface with superhydrophobic properties(CA=150.1°–152.7°,and sliding angle=3.8°).Performance testing has validated the durability and self-cleaning effectiveness of the fabricated superhydrophobic surface while also highlighting the excellent anti-fog performance of the superhydrophilic *** findings strongly indicate the immense potential of these surfaces in various engineering applications.

The detection of hypersonic targets usually confronts range migration(RM)issue before coherent integration(CI).The traditional methods aiming at correcting RM to obtain CI mainly considers the narrow-band radar ***,with the increasing requirement of far-range detection,the time bandwidth product,which is corresponding to radar’s mean power,should be promoted in actual ***,the echo signal generates the scale effect(SE)at large time bandwidth product situation,influencing the intra and inter pulse integration *** eliminate SE and correct RM,this paper proposes an effective algorithm,i.e.,scaled location rotation transform(ScLRT).The ScLRT can remove SE to obtain the matching pulse compression(PC)as well as correct RM to complete CI via the location rotation transform,being implemented by seeking the actual rotation *** to the traditional coherent detection algorithms,Sc LRT can address the SE problem to achieve better detection/estimation *** last,this paper gives several simulations to assess the viability of ScLRT.
