为进一步增强红外图像的对比度、提高清晰度并抑制噪声,提出了一种基于混沌粒子群优化(PSO)的Contourlet域红外图像自适应增强方法。首先对红外图像进行Contourlet变换,调整低通图像和细节图像在原始图像中的比例,并经灰度线性拉伸增强图像对比度;然后通过非线性增益函数调整含噪带通方向子带系数;利用兼顾对比度、清晰度和信噪比3个指标的定量综合评价函数作为混沌PSO的适应度,寻找基于Contourlet的空间域增强和带通方向子带系数调整的非线性增益函数所涉及的最优参数。大量实验结果表明:与近年提出的4种图像增强方法相比,该方法能使红外图像的对比度和清晰度提高,噪声降低,整体视觉效果更佳。

Grid-based recommendation algorithms view users and items as abstract nodes,and the information utilised by the algorithm is hidden in the selection relationships between users and *** these relationships can be easily handled,much useful information is overlooked,resulting in a less accurate recommendation *** aim of this paper is to propose improvements on the standard substance diffusion algorithm,taking into account the influence of the user’s rating on the recommended item,adding a moderating factor,and optimising the initial resource allocation vector and resource transfer matrix in the recommendation *** average ranking score evaluation index is introduced to quantify user satisfaction with the recommendation *** are conducted on the MovieLens training dataset,and the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms classical collaborative filtering systems and network structure based recommendation systems in terms of recommendation accuracy and hit rate.

Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is a monogenic small vessel disease caused by mutations in the NOTCH3 gene. However, the pathogenesis of CADASIL remains unclear, and patients have limited treatment options. Here, we use human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) generated from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a patient with CADASIL carrying a heterozygous NOTCH3 mutation (c.1261C>T, p.R421C) to develop a disease model. The correction efficiency of different adenine base editors (ABEs) is tested using the HEK293T-NOTCH3 reporter cell line. ABEmax is selected based on its higher efficiency and minimization of predicted off-target effects. Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) differentiated from CADASIL hiPSCs show NOTCH3 deposition and abnormal actin cytoskeleton structure, and the abnormalities are recovered in corrected hiPSC-derived VSMCs. Furthermore, CADASIL blood vessel organoids generated for in vivo modeling show altered expression of genes related to disease phenotypes, including the downregulation of cell adhesion, extracellular matrix organization, and vessel development. The dual adeno-associated virus (AAV) split-ABEmax system is applied to the genome editing of vascular organoids with an average editing efficiency of 8.82%. Collectively, we present potential genetic therapeutic strategies for patients with CADASIL using blood vessel organoids and the dual AAV split-ABEmax system.

The UAV pursuit-evasion problem focuses on the efficient tracking and capture of evading targets using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which is pivotal in public safety applications, particularly in scenarios involving intrusion monitoring and interception. To address the challenges of data acquisition, real-world deployment, and the limited intelligence of existing algorithms in UAV pursuit-evasion tasks, we propose an innovative swarm intelligence-based UAV pursuit-evasion control framework, namely "Boids Model-based DRL Approach for Pursuit and Escape" (Boids-PE), which synergizes the strengths of swarm intelligence from bio-inspired algorithms and deep reinforcement learning (DRL). The Boids model, which simulates collective behavior through three fundamental rules, separation, alignment, and cohesion, is adopted in our work. By integrating Boids model with the Apollonian Circles algorithm, significant improvements are achieved in capturing UAVs against simple evasion strategies. To further enhance decision-making precision, we incorporate a DRL algorithm to facilitate more accurate strategic planning. We also leverage self-play training to continuously optimize the performance of pursuit UAVs. During experimental evaluation, we meticulously designed both one-on-one and multi-to-one pursuit-evasion scenarios, customizing the state space, action space, and reward function models for each scenario. Extensive simulations, supported by the PyBullet physics engine, validate the effectiveness of our proposed method. The overall results demonstrate that Boids-PE significantly enhance the efficiency and reliability of UAV pursuit-evasion tasks, providing a practical and robust solution for the real-world application of UAV pursuit-evasion missions. AIM:To observe the retinal and choroidal circulations in patients with non-arteritic permanent central retinal artery occlusion(NA-CRAO)via optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)and analyze their correlation with visual ***:Sixty-two eyes with clinically confirmed acute NA-CRAO were included in the study and divided into:A type(mild n=29),B type(moderate n=27)and C type(severe n=6)based on the degree of visual loss,retinal edema,and arterial blood flow delay in fundus fluorescence angiography(FFA).Contralateral healthy eyes were used as the control ***-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),slit lamp microscopy,indirect ophthalmoscopy,fundus color photography,OCTA,and FFA were ***’s correlation analysis was used to determine the correlations between retinal and choroidal vessels and visual ***:There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,and intraocular pressure among the three types and the control group(P>0.05).Vessel density in deep capillary plexus(VD-DCP)significantly decreased(P<0.05)in all three types of NA-CRAO patients compared to the control *** density in superficial vascular plexus(VD-SVP)significantly decreased(P<0.05)in type A patients and choriocapillaris flow area significantly decreased(P<0.05)in type B and type C patients compared to the control group;while outer retinal flow areas significantly increased in the type A(P<0.05)and decreased in type C patients(P<0.05).The retinal thickness significantly increased in type C group(P<0.05).The VD-SVP at fovea in the type A was significantly lower than both of type B and *** VD-SVP at nasal parafovea in type A and B was significantly lower than type C(P<0.05).The logMAR BCVA of type A was significantly better than that of type B and C groups(P<0.05).Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that the logMAR BCVA was positively correlated with VD-SVP at fovea(r=0.679,P=0.031)and nasal parafovea(r=0.826,P=0.013).CONCLUSION:OCTA is valua
