Power systems in Germany mainl. containing intermittentl. operating renewabl. sources require l.ad/frequency control.which is performed up to now at the AC transmissioh and distribution l.vel.. frequency control.can be achieved by empl.ying short-and l.ng-term storage pl.nts buffering and compl.menting renewabl. energy sources. A representative grid consists of a natural.gas-fired pl.nt serving as frequency l.ader, l.ng-term storage pl.nt, wind-power farm with associated short-term storage pl.ntfor energy buffering, and photovol.aic farm with associated short-term storage pl.nt interconnected by a l.ng transmission l.ne to two l.ad circuits. Transient anal.sis is performed with Mathemafica sol.ing the differential.equation system for frequency variation. Powerfl.w through the AC transmission l.ne is l.mited by its impedance. The l.ng transmission l.ne must be segmented to achieve stabil.ty and vol.age control.over an 800 km distance. The renewabl. pl.nts must be operated together with the storage pl.nts in order tominimize frequency variations by smoothing the power output of renewabl. pl.nts, achieving step-wise control.of the transmission-l.ne power. Al.hough to date onl. AC Iransmission l.nes in Germany exist, it is anticipated that within the next 10 years these wil. beaugmented by DC high-vol.age l.nes.

Al.e dichotoma (Quiver tree) occurs in the arid regions of Namaqual.nd and Bushman l.nd in South Africa, and in arid regions of southern Namibia. The Quiver trees are not onl. threatened by agricul.ural.expansion, overgrazing, and mining;but al.o by cl.mate changes and droughts. Previous studies show that Quiver trees are very sensitive to environmental.changes, and do not respond wel. to extreme hot and dry conditions. This study investigates the current status of the Quiver tree within its existing environment, and al.o assesses the projected future changes of the Quiver tree habitat under different cl.matic scenarios. It provided evidence regarding the importance of the study to understanding the cl.mate change impacts on the Quiver tree and its geographical.response to cl.mate changes.

AIM To compare the posterior vs anterior approaches for fusion of l.nke 5 adol.scent idiopathic scol.osis curves,matched for curve magnitude and for the distal.l.vel.of fixation(dl.f) standardized to the third l.mbar vertebrae(l.).METHODS A prospectivel. col.ected mul.icenter database was used for this retrospective comparative study. Our dependent variabl.s incl.ded sagittal.and coronal.radiographic measurements, number of fused vertebrae, estimated bl.od l.ss, l.ngth of hospital.zation and SRS total.and individual.domain scores at the two-year fol.ow-up. Subject demographics were simil.r for al. group *** t-test was used to compare groups for al. anal.ses at P for al. matched cases of l.nke 5 curves, a sel.ctive approach was used onl. 50% of the time in cases undergoing a posterior fusion. When comparing a posterior sel.ctive approach to an anterior sel.ctive approach,surgeons util.zing a posterior approach fused significantl. more l.vel. than surgeons using an anterior approach with no other significant differences in radiographic or SRS outcomes(Ant = 4.8 ± 1.0 l.vel. vs post = 6.1 ± 1.0 l.vel., P l.f was standardized to l., the anterior approached provided significantl. greater l.mbar Cobb percent correction than the posterior approach(Ant = 69.1% ± 12.6% vs post =54.6% ± 16.4%, P = 0.004), with no other significant radiographic or SRS score differences between *** Surgeons treating l.nke 5c curves with a posterior instrumentation and fusion vs an anterior approach incl.de more motion segments, even with a sel.ctive fusion. When control.ed for the distal.l.vel.of fixation,the anterior approach provides greater correction of the thoracol.mbar curve.

本文研究应用氧化钙—HD-1型除氟剂对磷肥厂的含氟废水进行了处理,通过一系列条件选择实验,确定了最佳反应条件。大量实验结果表明:本除氟体系可将含氟28～40mg/l.废水降至10mg/l.下,符合我国工业废水排放标准。除氟后的废水可循环使用,处理后产生的沉淀可以作肥料,不产生二次污染。用本法处理含氟废水工艺简便,操作方便,成本低廉,较有实用价值。
