Precipitation behavior of （Ti, V, Mo）C and microstructural evolution of the ferritic Ti-V-Mo complex microalloyed steel were investigated through changing coiling temperature （CT）. It is demonstrated that the strength of the Ti-V-Mo microalloyed steel can be ascribed to the combination of grain refinement hardening and precipitation hardening. The variation of hardness （from 318 to 415 HV, then to 327 HV） with CT （from 500 to 600-625 ℃, then to 700 ℃） was attributed to the changes of volume fraction and particle size of （Ti, V, Mo）C precipitates. The optimum CT was considered as 600-625 ℃, at which the maximum hardness value （415 HV） can be obtained. It was found that the atomic ratios of Ti, V and Mo in （Ti, V, Mo）C carbides were changed as the CT increased. The precipitates with the size of 〈 10 nm were the V-rich particles at higher CT of 600 and 650 ℃, while the Ti-rich particles were observed at lower CT of 500 and 550 ℃. Theoretical calculations indicated that the maximum nucleation rate of （Ti, V, Mo）C in ferrite matrix occurred around 630 ℃, which was consistent with the 625 ℃ obtained from experiment results.

Despite immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)therapy has transformed cancer treatment,only 20.2%of these patients achieved a *** resistance mechanisms to ICB is important for the treatment of a wider *** this work,we occasionally found that the silica nanoparticles(SiO_(2)NPs)accumulated in the liver can induce resistance to following ICB therapy to a subcutaneous tumor in *** analysis of T cells frequency,we uncovered that SiO_(2)NPs in the liver resulted in a siphoning of T cells from circulation to the liver by produced *** addition,liver immunosuppressive cells further inhibit the function and induce apoptosis of recruited T cells,leading to a systemic loss and reduced tumor infiltration of T cells,which contributes to poor responses to ICB ***,such effect is not observed in poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)NPs treated mice under the same conditions,likely due to their much lower immunogenicity in perturbing the liver immune microenvironment,indicating that cancer is not a local disease but an ecosystem that is linked to the distal *** further provide a new mechanism insight into ICB resistance induced by liver accumulation of nanoparticles.

Peroxynitrite(ONOO^(-))contributes to oxidative stress and neurodegeneration in Parkinson's disease(PD).Developing a peroxynitrite probe would enable in situ visualization of the overwhelming ONOO^(-)flux and understanding of the ONOO^(-)stress-induced neuropathology of ***,a novelα-ketoamide-based fluorogenic probe(DFlu)was designed for ONOO^(-)monitoring in multiple PD *** results demonstrated that DFlu exhibits a fluorescence turn-on response to ONOO^(-)with high specificity and *** efficacy of DFlu for intracellular ONOO^(-)imaging was demonstrated *** results showed that DFlu can successfully visualize endogenous and exogenous ONOO^(-)in cells derived from chemical and biochemical *** importantly,the two-photon excitation ability of DFlu has been well demonstrated by monitoring exogenous/endogenous ONOO^(-)production and scavenging in live zebraflsh PD *** work provides a reliable and promisingα-ketoamide-based optical tool for identifying variations of ONOO^(-)in PD models.

There have been at least 29 groups of estimates on the global natural gas hydrate(NGH)resource since1973,varying greatly with up to 10,000 times and showing a decreasing trend with *** the South China Sea(SCS),35 groups of estimations were conducted on NGH resource potential since 2000,while these estimates kept almost the same with time,varying between 60 and 90 billion tons of oil equivalent(toe).What are the key factors controlling the variation trend?What are the implications of these variations for the NGH development in the world and the SCS?By analyzing the investigation characteristics of NGH resources in the world,this study divided the evaluation process into six stages and confirmed four essential factors for controlling the variations of *** indicated that the reduction trend reflects an improved understanding of the NGH formation mechanism and advancement in the resource evaluation methods,and promoted more objective evaluation ***,the analysis process and improved evaluation method was applied to evaluate the NGH resources in the SCS,showing the similar decreasing trend of NGH resources with *** utilizing the decreasing trend model,the predicted recoverable resources in the world and the SCS are(205-500)×10^(12)m^(3)and(0.8-6.5)×10^(12)m^(3),respectively,accounting for 20%of the total conventional oil and gas *** NGH resource in the SCS is only about 4%-6%of the previous estimates of 60-90 billion *** extracted completely,it only can support the sustainable development of China for 7 years at the current annual consumption level of oil and *** cannot be the main energy resource in future due to its low resource potential and lack of advantages in recovery.

Solving the doping asymmetry issue in wide gap semiconductors is a key dificulty and long-standing challenge for device ***,a desorption-tailoring strategy is proposed to juggle the carrier concentration and *** to the p-doping issue in Al-rich AlGaN,self-assembled p-AlGaN superlattices with an average Al composition of over 50%are prepared by adopting this *** hole concentration as high as 8.1×10^(18)cm^(-3)is thus realized at room temperature,which is attributed to the signifcant reduction of effective Mg activation energy to 17.5 meV through modulating the activating path,as well as the highlighted Mg surface-incorporation by an intentional interruption for *** importantly,benefting from the constant ultrathin barrier thickness of only three monolayers via this approach,vertical miniband transport of holes is verifed in the p-AlGaN superlattices,greatly satisfying the demand of hole injection in device application.280 nm deep-ultraviolet light emitting diodes are then fabricated as a demo with the desorption-tailored Al-rich p-AlGaN superlattices,which exhibit a great improvement of the carrier injection efficiency and light extraction efficiency,thus leading to a 55.7%increase of the light output *** study provides a solution for p-type doping of Al-rich AlGaN,and also sheds light on solving the doping asymmetry issue in general for wide-gap semiconductors.

Based on the nonlocal strain gradient theory(NSGT), a model is proposed for an axially moving nanobeam with two kinds of scale effects. The internal resonanceaccompanied fundamental harmonic response of the external excitation frequency in the vicinities of the first and second natural frequencies is studied by adopting the multivariate lindstedt-Poincaré(L-P) method. Based on the root discriminant of the frequencyamplitude equation under internal resonance conditions, theoretical analyses are performed to investigate the scale effects of the resonance region and the critical external excitation amplitude. Numerical results show that the region of internal resonance is related to the amplitude of the external excitation. Particularly, the internal resonance disappears after a certain critical value of the external excitation amplitude is *** is also shown that the scale parameters, i.e., the nonlocal parameters and the material characteristic length parameters, respectively, reduce and increase the critical amplitude,leading to a promotion or suppression of the occurrence of internal resonance. In addition,the scale parameters affect the size of the enclosed loop of the bifurcated solution curves as well by changing their intersection, divergence, or tangency.

This paper investigates the anomaly-resistant decentralized state estimation(SE) problem for a class of wide-area power systems which are divided into several non-overlapping areas connected through transmission lines. Two classes of measurements(i.e., local measurements and edge measurements) are obtained, respectively, from the individual area and the transmission lines. A decentralized state estimator, whose performance is resistant against measurement with anomalies, is designed based on the minimum error entropy with fiducial points(MEEF) criterion. Specifically, 1) An augmented model, which incorporates the local prediction and local measurement, is developed by resorting to the unscented transformation approach and the statistical linearization approach;2) Using the augmented model, an MEEF-based cost function is designed that reflects the local prediction errors of the state and the measurement;and 3) The local estimate is first obtained by minimizing the MEEF-based cost function through a fixed-point iteration and then updated by using the edge measuring information. Finally, simulation experiments with three scenarios are carried out on the IEEE 14-bus system to illustrate the validity of the proposed anomaly-resistant decentralized SE scheme.

Vanadium disulfide(VS_(2)) as a typical two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide has excellent competitiveness for sodium-ion storage due to its wide layer spacing(0.575 nm),high theoretical capacity of 932mAh·g^(-1) originating from multi-electron electrochemical ***,continuous sodiation process accompanied by crystal structural evolution and collapse cause rapid capacity ***,novel few-layer VS_(2)nanosheets with open(001) crystal planes are in-situ constructed on reduced graphene oxide to solve these issues mentioned *** indicates that few-layer VS_(2)provides more Na^(+) storage activity due to the low Na^(+)surface migration energy barrier on exposed crystal(001)*** flexible and high electronic conductivity of carbon matrix also effectively builds multi-level buffer structure and electron transport kinetics to boost the Na^(+)insertion/conversion reactive activity on VS_(2) as well as Na^(+) pseudocapacitance storage kinetics on edges and defects of nano *** coupling effects result in high rate capability and long cycling stability as a battery/capacitor *** delivers conspicuous high energy density of 81 and 40 Wh·kg^(-1) at power density of 118 and 10,286W·kg^(-1),as well as 80% energy retention rate after 5000cycles,confirming its great application potential in sodiumbased storage devices.
