Gliomas are the most common primary intracranial neoplasms among all brain malignancies,and the microtubule affinity regulating kinases(MARKs)have become potential drug targets for ***,we report a novel dual small-molecule inhibitor of MARK3 and MARK4,designated as *** vitro,PCC0208017 strongly inhibited kinase activity against MARK3 and MARK4,and strongly reduced proliferation in three glioma cell *** compound attenuated glioma cell migration,glioma cell invasion,and *** mechanism studies revealed that PCC0208017 decreased the phosphorylation of Tau,disrupted microtubule dynamics,and induced a G2/M phase cell cycle *** an in vivo glioma model,PCC0208017 showed robust anti-tumor activity,blood-brain barrier permeability,and a good oral pharmacokinetic *** docking studies showed that PCC0208017 exhibited high binding affinity to MARK3 and *** together,our study describes for the first time that PCC0208017,a novel MARK3/MARK4 inhibitor,might be a promising lead compound for treatment of glioma.

Basement of the South China Sea Area:Tracing the Tethyan Realm

Considering the assist characteristics failure of electric power steering(EPS) system caused by the sensor fault,this paper presents a fault tolerant control strategy based on fault estimation and *** EPS model with torque sensor and the motor current sensor fault is *** the observer technology and the linear matrix inequality,robust sensor fault estimation with H performance index is achieved;the sensor reconstruction is derived from the fault estimation and sensor fault output,the reconstruction value is then used as the input of the EPS system controller to realize fault tolerant *** simulation result in Matlab/Simulink environment shows that:when the common fault of the torque sensor and the current senor occurs,the designed estimation algorithm could estimate sensor faults accurately;While the fault tolerant control can provide approximately equivalent assist performance of fault EPS to the normal one,which promotes the stability and security of EPS to a large extant.

A composite layer was prepared on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy by nitriding-sulfurizing composite treatment,and its microstructure and phase structure were examined by scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and X-ray diffraction（XRD）,*** tribological performance was measured to investigate its dependence on the nitriding-sulfurizing composite treatment *** results indicated that the composite layer was mainly comprised of Ti2N,TiN,and *** was found that the composite layer exhibited superior tribological properties under dry friction and absolute sliding conditions due to the formation of sulfides with self-lubricating function.

Flourishing rare earth superhydrides are a class of recently discovered materials that exhibit near-room-temperature superconductivity at high pressures,ushering in a new era of superconductivity research at high *** superhydrides drew the most attention among these superhydrides due to their abundance of stoichiometries and excellent ***,we carried out a comprehensive study of yttrium superhydrides in a wide pressure range of 140 GPa-300 *** successfully synthesized a series of superhydrides with the compositions of YH_(4),YH_(6),YH_(7),and YH_(9),and reported superconducting transition temperatures of 82 K at 167 GPa,218 K at 165 GPa,29 K at 162 GPa,and230 K at 300 GPa,respectively,as evidenced by sharp drops in *** structure and superconductivity of YH_(4) were taken as a representative example and were also examined using x-ray diffraction measurements and the superconductivity suppression under external magnetic fields,*** YH_(10),a candidate for room-temperature superconductor,was not synthesized within the study pressure and temperature ranges of up to 300 GPa and 2000 *** current study established a detailed foundation for future research into room-temperature superconductors in polynary yttrium-based superhydrides.

A high-safety and low-cost route is important in the development of sodium-ion batteries, especially for large-scale stationary battery systems. An aqueous sodium-ion battery is demonstrated using a single NASICON-structured Na2VTi（PO4）3 material with the redox couples of V4＋/V3＋ and Ti4＋/Ti3＋ working on the cathode and anode, respectively. The symmetric full cell fabricated based on the bi-functional electrode material exhibits a well-defined voltage plateau at ~ 1.2 V and an impressive cycling stability with capacity retention of 70% exceeding 1,000 cycles at 10C （1C = 62 mA.g-1）. This study provides a feasible strategy for obtaining high-safety and low-cost rechargeable batteries using a single active material in aqueous media.

Point mutations can be used as biomarkers to perform diagnosis for diseases. In this study, a nanorobot for low-abundance point mutation enrichment was constructed using DNA origami. The novel design achieved limits of detection of 0.1% and 1% for synthesized DNA samples and clinical gene samples, respectively. Resettability was a key property of this method, which also involved a simpler process, lower cost and shorter detection duration than traditional enrichment methods. This novel DNA nanorobot may enable the detection of tumor markers, potentially facilitating early cancer diagnosis.

In recent years,more and more metal oxides have been finding critical tribo-catalytic ***,we have explored the tribo-catalytic conversion of H_(2)O and CO_(2)using Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles and obtained some surprising *** an as-received 150 mL glass reactor enclosed with 10 mL of H_(2)O,0.10 g of Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles,1 atm of CO_(2),and a Teflon magnetic rotary disk,we observed the production of as much as 57.41μmol/L of H_(2),0.15μmol/L of CH_(4),and 0.21μmol/L of CO after 5 h of magnetic *** coatings of Cu,Ni,SUS316,Ti,Nb,Mo,and W were further introduced on reactor bottoms *** those coatings of Ni,SUS316,Ti,and Nb,the reduction of CO_(2)was dramatically enhanced,and C_(2+)products of C_(2)H_(6)and C_(2)H_(4)were *** for the Ti coating,the amounts of H_(2)and CH_(4)were increased by 2 and 26 times from those for the glass bottom,respectively,and the amounts of C_(2)H_(6)and C_(2)H_(4)were very *** Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles were proven chemically stable under magnetic stirring in water,and hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radicals have been detected for the Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles under magnetic stirring through fluorescence spectroscopy and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy *** findings not only reveal outstanding capability of Co_(3)O_(4)to generate multicarbon products from H_(2)O and CO_(2)through tribo-catalysis but also highlight a promising potential of tribo-catalysis as a whole to harness mechanical energy for addressing energy shortages and environmental pollution.
