New dating indicates intermittent human occupation of the Nwya Devu Paleolithic site on the high-altitude central Tibetan Plateau during the past 45,000 years

The timing and mechanisms of the human occupation of the demanding high-altitude Tibetan Plateau environment are of great ***,we report on our reinvestigations and dating of the Nwya Devu site,located nearly 4600 meters above sea level on the central Tibetan Plateau.A new microblade techno-complex was identified on a lower lake shore at this site,distinct from the previously reported blade tool *** two lithic assemblages were dated to 45.6±2.6 and10.3±0.5 ka using optically stimulated luminescence and accelerator mass spectrometry^(14)C *** represent,respectively,the earliest known Paleolithic and microlithic sites on the interior Tibetan Plateau,indicating multiple occupation episodes of hunter-gatherers during the past 45 *** studies reveal that relatively stable depositional conditions and a paleoenvironment characterized by a comparatively warm climate facilitated these multiple occupations at Nwya *** contemporaneous occurrence of the Upper Paleolithic blade technology on the Tibetan Plateau and most of Eurasia between 50 and 40 ka indicates rapid,large-scale dispersals of humans that profoundly affected human demography on a large *** new archaeological evidence and previously reported genetic data,we conclude that the Tibetan Plateau provided a relatively stable habitat for Upper Paleolithic hunter-gatherers,which may have contributed to the complex and multiple-origin gene pool of present-day Tibetans.

In the inflammatory microenvironment,there are numerous exosomes secreted by immune cells(Macrophages,neutrophils,dendritic cells),mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and platelets as intercellular communicators,which participate in the regulation of inflammation by modulating gene expression and releasing anti-inflammatory *** to their good biocompatibility,accurate targeting,low toxicity and immunogenicity,these exosomes are able to selectively deliver therapeutic drugs to the site of inflammation through interactions between their surface-antibody or modified ligand with cell surface ***,the role of exosome-based biomimetic delivery strategies in inflammatory diseases has attracted increasing *** we review current knowledge and techniques for exosome identification,isolation,modification and drug *** importantly,we highlight progress in using exosomes to treat chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis(RA),osteoarthritis(OA),atherosclerosis(AS),and inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Finally,we also discuss their potential and challenges as anti-inflammatory drug carriers.

全垫升气垫船是一种具有两栖性的高性能船舶,因其独特的两栖性和高速性被广泛应用于民用和军事领域。由于其特殊的气垫围裙结构,船体可以脱离于航行表面,航行阻力极小,因此会导致其操纵性和安全性比普通水面船差。尤其在垫态高速航行时,气垫船缺少足够的向心力和横向力,会涉及失速、低头埋艏、侧漂翻船、高速甩尾等问题。因此针对全垫升气垫船安全航行控制问题,开展其安全航行控制理论与方法研究有着重要的军事意义和民用价值。本文介绍了全垫升气垫船的主要性能和国内外发展概况和全垫升气垫船运动数学模型建立及研究发展;最后归纳总结国内外关于全垫升气垫船安全航行控制技术的研究,分类介绍控制策略发展现状,并讨论全垫升气垫船安全航行技术未来发展方向和趋势。指出未来气垫船安全航行控制将以实现气垫船多功能、智能化、无人化等为目标,在保证气垫船航行安全的前提下实现气垫船自动控制和管理。

Although tumor cell membranes with broad-spectrum antigens have been explored for cancer vaccines for decades,their relatively poor capacity to stimulate immune responses,especially cellular immune responses,has limited their ***,we presented a novel bacterial and cancerous cell membrane fusogenic liposome for co-delivering cell membrane-derived antigens and ***,a programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)inhibitor,JQ-1,was incorporated into the formulation to tackle the up-regulated PD-L1 expression of antigen-presenting cells(APCs)upon vaccination,thereby augmenting its anti-tumor *** fusogenic liposomes demonstrated significantly improved cellular uptake by APCs and effectively suppressed PD-L1 expression in bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDCs)in *** subcutaneous vaccination,the nano-vaccines efficiently drained to the tumor-draining lymph nodes(TDLNs),and significantly inhibited PD-L1 expression of both dendritic cells(DCs)and macrophages within the TDLNs and *** a result,the liposomal vaccine induced robust innate and cellular immune responses and inhibited tumor growth in a colorectal carcinoma-burden mouse *** summary,the fabricated cell membrane-based fusogenic liposomes offer a safe,effective,and easily applicable strategy for tumor immunotherapy and hold potential for personalized cancer immunotherapy.

Conventional type 1 dendritic cells(cDC1)are the essential antigen-presenting DC subset in antitumor *** B-cell lymphoma 9 and B-cell lymphoma 9-like(BCL9/BCL9L)inhibits tumor growth and boosts immune responses against ***,whether oncogenic BCL9/BCL9L impairs antigen presentation in tumors is still not completely ***,we show that targeting BCL9/BCL9L enhanced antigen presentation by stimulating cDC1 activation and infiltration into *** inhibition of BCL9/BCL9L with a novel inhibitor hsBCL9z96 or Bcl9/Bcl9l knockout mice markedly delayed tumor growth and promoted antitumor CD8^(+)T cell ***,targeting BCL9/BCL9L promoted antigen presentation in *** is due to the increase of cDC1 activation and tumor infiltration by the XCL1-XCR1 ***,using single-cell transcriptomics analysis,we found that Bcl9/Bcl9l deficient cDC1 were superior to wild-type(WT)cDC1 at activation and antigen presentation via NF-κB/IRF1 ***,we demonstrate that targeting BCL9/BCL9L plays a crucial role in cDC1-modulated antigen presentation of tumor-derived antigens,as well as CD8^(+)T cell activation and tumor *** BCL9/BCL9L to regulate cDC1 function and directly orchestrate a positive feedback loop necessary for optimal antitumor immunity could serve as a potential strategy to counter immune suppression and enhance cancer immunotherapy.

The effect of background light on the imaging quality of three typical ghost imaging(GI) lidar systems(namely narrow pulsed GI lidar, heterodyne GI lidar, and pulse-compression GI lidar via coherent detection) is investigated. By computing the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of fluctuation-correlation GI, our analytical results, which are backed up by numerical simulations, demonstrate that pulse-compression GI lidar via coherent detection has the strongest capacity against background light, whereas the reconstruction quality of narrow pulsed GI lidar is the most vulnerable to background light. The relationship between the peak SNR of the reconstruction image andσ(namely, the signal power to background power ratio) for the three GI lidar systems is also presented, and theresults accord with the curve of SNR-σ.

因材施教是精准教学所追求的价值取向,然而,如何知悉学生的知识点掌握程度、满足学生的个性化学习需求并引领学习者依循最佳学习路径则是教师面临的挑战。智适应学习系统支持的精准教学模式,包含“课前、课中、课后”三个阶段以及“测—设—学—练—析—辅”六个步骤的进阶路径。以小学五年级数学“平均数”这一内容为例进行教学实践,教师借助智适应学习系统的数据分析,监测调整教学策略,优化教学环节,提升教学效率,可将精准教学落到实处。模式应用案例表明,其对提升学业成绩、发展数学思维能力、改善学习效果具有显著作用。

The paper summarized the work on hydrogen enriched hydrocarbons combustion and its application in engines. The progress and understanding on laminar burning velocity, flame instability, flame structure flame and chemical kinetics were presented. Based on funda- mental combustion, both homogeneous spark-ignition engine and direct-injection spark-ignition engine fueled with natural gas-hydrogen blends were conducted and the technical route of natural gas-hydrogen combined with exhaust gas recirculation was proposed which experimen- tally demonstrated benefits on both thermal efficiency improvement and emissions reduction.
