For protonic ceramic fuel cells,it is key to develop material with high intrinsic activity for oxygen activation and bulk proton conductivity enabling water formation at entire electrode ***,a higher water content which benefitting for the increasing proton conductivity will not only dilute the oxygen in the gas,but also suppress the O2adsorption on the electrode surface.

THE altered deformation zone type Au (Ag) deposits share an important part from the precious metallicore deposits in the Yunkai area, South china. Their formation is a history of poly-stage evolution. Pre- liminary source strata, Calidoniam metamorphism, Indosinian-Yanshanian ductile shear deformation andassociated hydrotheraml alteration all play certain roles in the history. This note discusses the geochemical conditional of the hydrothermal fluids during mineralization. Two representative ore deposits, the Pangxidong Ag(Au) deposit and Hetai Au deposits are selectedfor this study. They are hosted in altered ductile shear zones. Wall-rock hydrothermal alteration is bothspatially and temporally associated with the development of the ductile shear system. Silicification occurred throughout the whole alteration process. Baicalin(BA)is a flavonoid extracted from the dried root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory biological *** this study,Eudragit S100 was used as the colonic target material to prepare BA colonic targeting granules(EBCGs)based on plasticizer dry powder coating technology to improve the targeting transportation performance of *** vitro studies showed that EBCGs with pH-sensitive properties were successfully prepared by plasticizer dry powder coating,and in vivo animal imaging studies showed that EBCGs could deliver BA to the colon and inhibit the release of BA in the upper gastrointestinal tract(GIT).In vivo studies showed that EBCGs had good therapeutic effects in colitis,which reduced expression levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and increased superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities in the colonic tissues of rats with *** conclusion,Eudragit S100 could be used for the preparation of multi-unit oral colon-targeted formulations by plasticizer dry powder coating technology,and our prepared EBCGs had good colon-targeting properties,which could improve the therapeutic effect and provide a potential application for ulcerative colitis(UC).

Enhancing the therapeutic effect of existing treatments or developing new non-invasive treatments are important measures to achieve high-efficiency treatment of malignant *** therapy(PDT)is an emerging treatment modality,and the key for achieving high-efficiency PDT is to select light with strong tissue penetration depth and enhance the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Although the upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)modified with the photosensitizers could achieve PDT with strong penetration depth under near-infrared light irradiation,the ROS generated by traditional single-pathway PDT is still ***,we developed a novel nanoconjugate(UCNP-Ce6/AIEgen)for dual-pathway reinforced PDT,in which the UCNPs were co-modified with chlorin e6(Ce6)and luminogen with aggregation-induced emission(AIEgen).Due to the presence of AIEgen,UCNP-Ce6/AIEgen could avoid aggregation-caused luminescence quenching in biological water environments and convert upconversion luminescence(UCL)of UCNPs to Ce6-activatable ***,under the irradiation of 808 nm laser,UCNP-Ce6/AIEgen can not only undergo direct lanthanide-triplet energy transfer to activate Ce6,but also convert the UCL of UCNPs to the light that can activate Ce6 through Fӧrster resonance energy transfer to generate more ROS,thus promoting tumor cell *** work broadens the applications of nanoconjugates of lanthanide-based inorganic materials and organic dyes,and provides a conception for reinforced PDT of tumors.

Polymer dielectrics capable of operating efficiently at high electric fields and elevated temperatures are urgently demanded by next-generation electronics and electrical power *** inorganic fillers have been extensively utilized to improved high-temperature capacitive performance of dielectric polymers,the presence of thermodynamically incompatible organic and inorganic components may lead to concern about the long-term stability and also complicate film ***,zero-dimensional polymer dots with high electron affinity are introduced into photoactive allyl-containing poly(aryl ether sulfone)to form the all-organic polymer composites for hightemperature capacitive energy *** ultraviolet irradiation,the crosslinked polymer composites with polymer dots are efficient in suppressing electrical conduction at high electric fields and elevated temperatures,which significantly reduces the high-field energy loss of the composites at 200℃.Accordingly,the ultraviolet-irradiated composite film exhibits a discharged energy density of 4.2 J cm^(−3)at 200℃.Along with outstanding cyclic stability of capacitive performance at 200℃,this work provides a promising class of dielectric materials for robust high-performance all-organic dielectric nanocomposites.

THIS note deals with the geochemical behavior of elements near the water/sediment interface of a fossil seafloor. The Nandan-Hechi basin, located in northwest Guangxi, Southern china, is selected for exemplified study. It is an elongated basin, and developed on a Caledonian basement. Its Devonian strata hosthydrtothermally sedimentary formations, and are typical of the intra-platformal basin facies sediments oversouthern china. A steady sedimentary sequence may be observed, commonly going from carboniferouspelite at bottom, upward through bedded chert, thickly banded argillaceous limestone, thinly bandedsiliceous limestone and small lensiod argillaceous limestone in the middle, to coarse lensoid siliceousand/or argillaceous limestone at the top. The chert and some argillaceous limestone are related to hydrothermally sedimentary origin. The present study focuses on the lensoid argillaceous limestone formation. This formation contains the following characteristic sedimentary structures: small lensoid structure,vermiform structure, wave-shaped banded structure, massive structure, white framboid structure, andcage netting structure.

The growth-promoting hormones brassinosteroids(BRs)and their key signaling component BZR1 play a vital role in balancing normal growth and defense ***,we discovered that BRs and OsBZR1 up-regulated sakuranetin accumulation and conferred basal defense against Magnaporthe oryzae infection under normal *** shortages,including phosphate(Pi)deficiency,potentially disrupt this growth-defense ***1 and OsSPX2 have been reported to sense Pi concentration and interact with the Pi signal mediator OsPHR2,thus regulating Pi starvation *** this study,we discovered that OsSPX1/2 interacts with OsBZR1 in both Pi-sufficient and Pi-deficient conditions,inhibit-ing BR-responsive *** Pi is sufficient,OsSPX1/2 is captured by OsPHR2,enabling most of OsBzR1 to promote plant growth and maintain basal *** response to Pi starvation,more OsSPX1/2 is released from OsPHR2 to inhibit OsBZR1 activity,resulting in slower ***,our study reveals that the OsBZR1-SPX1/2 module balances the plant growth-immunity trade-off in *** Y.,Zhao Y.,Hu J.,wang L.,Li L.,zhang X.,zhou Z.,Chen L.,wang H.,wang J.,and Hong G.(2024).The OsBZR1-OsSPX1/2 module fine-tunes the growth-immunity trade-off in adaptation to phosphate availability in esponse to Pi availability.

As a material with good biocompatibility,hydroxyapatite(HAP)can have optical properties after doping with various rare earth *** a biocompatible fluorescent material,doped HAP could have broad applications in biological probes,drug delivery,optoelectronic materials,fluorescence anti-counterfeiting,and other *** this paper,we put forward the preparation of HAP doped with terbium(Ⅲ)ions(Tb^(3+))by hydrothermal *** controlling the Tb^(3+)doping content in reaction and the reaction time,the changes in HAP's structure,morphology,and luminescence properties under different conditions were *** the doping amount of Tb^(3+)reached an optimal value,the dipole-quadrupole would occur and the concentration would be *** control experiment showed that the optimal Tb3+content was 7.5×10^(-5)mol,which showed the best fluorescence ***,a non-luminous material,was rarely used in the field of fluorescent anti-counterfeiting and photoelectric *** proposed to prepare a luminescent aramid/polyphenylene sulfide(ACFs/PPS)fiber paper and a new light-emitting diode(LED)using the Tb-doped HAP *** composite sample exhibited an excellent stability and fluorescence performance,which also demonstrated a possibility of HAP applications in anticounterfeiting and *** introduction of Tb3+dopant HAP was done to give HAP optical properties and broaden the application range of HAP.

Recently,Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs)have become the mainstream text-to-image(T2I)***,a standard normal distribution noise of inputs cannot provide sufficient information to synthesize an image that approaches the ground-truth image ***,the multistage generation strategy results in complex T2I ***,this study proposes a novel feature-grounded single-stage T2I model,which considers the“real”distribution learned from training images as one input and introduces a worst-case-optimized similarity measure into the loss function to enhance the model's generation *** results on two benchmark datasets demonstrate the competitive performance of the proposed model in terms of the Frechet inception distance and inception score compared to those of some classical and state-of-the-art models,showing the improved similarities among the generated image,text,and ground truth.
