＜正＞Biochemical composition and nutritional value in the muscle of wild-caught Dentex tumifrons in the East china Sea were determined,evaluated and compared with another three maricultured sparids,Acanthopagrus schlegilii schlegilii,Pagrus major and Rhabdosargus *** muscle of *** consisted of 18.30%crude protein and 0.47%crude lipid;crude protein was higher and crude lipid lower than *** schlegilii,*** and *** the muscle of ***, the total essential amino acids（EAA）required by humans comprised 42.88%of total amino acids,higher than *** schlegilii,*** and *** first limiting amino acid （s）was Threonine（Thr）based on the amino acid score（AAS）,and were Methionine（Met）and Cysteine（Cys）based on the chemical score（CS）.The EAA index was *** 19 fatty acids were *** acid（EPA）and docosahexaenoic acid（DHA）contributed to 22.65%of the total fatty acids with 17.25%from *** composition and nutritional value in the muscle of wild-caught Dentex tumifrons provide information on food quality and nutritive requirement and composition of the species,which will help to develop resembling feeds for its mariculture.

充分利用木质纤维素中的糖分是提高以此类生物质为原料生产二代燃料乙醇经济盈利性的基本要求,也是实现其他生物基化学品规模化生产的基础。传统的乙醇生产微生物酿酒酵母Saccharomyces cerevisiae具有独特的生产性能及内在优势,是备受关注的底盘细胞,但其不能有效地利用戊糖。利用代谢工程、合成生物学策略,对二代燃料乙醇生产专用酿酒酵母的精准构制持续研究了30余年,已明显改善了其对木糖/葡萄糖的乙醇共发酵能力。近年来关注点集中在早期忽略的限速步骤即糖转运环节的研究上,以期实现不同糖分各行其道、高效专一性转运蛋白各行其责的二代燃料乙醇生产特种酿酒酵母所需的糖转运理想状态。文中主要综述了酿酒酵母戊糖转运蛋白的研究进展,及酿酒酵母的木糖和L-阿拉伯糖代谢工程的研究现状。

Cu-optimized long-range interaction between Co nanoparticles and Co single atoms:Improved Fenton-like reaction activity

The interplay between multi-atom assembly configurations and single atoms(SAs)has been gaining attention in ***,the effect of long-term range interactions between SAs and multi-atom assemblies on the orbital filling characteristics has yet to be *** this context,we introduced copper(Cu)doping to strengthen the interaction between cobalt(Co)nanoparticles(NPs)and Co SAs by promoting the spontaneous formation of Co-Cu alloy NPs that tends toward aggregation owing to its negative cohesive energy(-0.06454),instead of forming Cu *** incorporation of Cu within the Co-Cu alloy NPs,compared to the pure Co NPs,significantly expedites the kinetics of peroxymonosulfate(PMS)oxidation processes on Co *** Co NPs,Co-Cu NPs facilitate electron rearrangement in the d orbitals(especially dz^(2)and dxz)near the Fermi level in Co SAs,thereby optimizing the dz^(2)-O(PMS)and dxz-O(SO_(5)^(-))orbital ***,the Co-Cu alloy NPs embedded in nitrogen-doped carbon(CC@CNC)catalysts rapidly eliminated 80.67% of 20 mg L^(-1)carbamazepine(CBZ)within 5 *** performance significantly surpasses that of catalysts consisting solely of Co NPs in a similar matrix(C@CNC),which achieved a 58.99% reduction in 5 *** quasi in situ characterization suggested that PMS acts as an electron donor and will transfer electrons to Co SAs,generating^(1)O_(2)for contaminant *** study offers valuable insights into the mechanisms by which composite active sites formed through multi-atom assembly interact at the atomic orbital level to achieve high-efficiency PMS-based advanced oxidation processes at the atomic orbital level.

Neutral color and self-healable electrochromic system based on CuI/Cu and I_(3)^(-)/I^(-)conversions

The electrochromic(EC)mechanisms of inorganic materials are usually based on reversible cation insertion/extraction or metal deposition/dissolution,which are plagued by ion trapping and dendrite growth,*** this paper,a novel conversion-type electrochromic mechanism is proposed,by making good use of the CuI/Cu redox *** CuI-based electrochromic system shows a neutral color switching from transparent and dim *** simply increasing the bleaching voltage,I_(3)^(-)/I^(-)redox couple can be further *** generated I_(3)^(-)will readily react with Cu,effectively improving the conversion reversibility and thereby rejuvenating the degraded electrochromic *** to the well-designed electrode and the self-healing ability,this conversion electrochromic system achieves rapid response times(tcoloring:23 s,tbleaching:6 s),decant optical modulation amplitude(26.4%),high coloration efficiency(86.15 cm^(2)·C^(-1)),admirable cyclic durability(without performance degradation after 480 cycles)and excellent optical memory ability(transmittance variation1%after 10 h open-circuit storage).The establishment of this conversion-type electrochromism may inspire the exploration of novel electrochromic materials and devices.

In the bone immune microenvironment,immune cells can regulate osteoblasts through a complex communication *** play a central role in mediating immune osteogenesis,exosomes derived from them have osteogenic regulation and can be used as cariers in bone tissue ***,there are problems with exosomal therapy alone,such as poor targeting,and the content of loaded molecules cannot reach the therapeutic *** this study,macrophage-derived exosomes modified with miR-365-2-5p were developed to accelerate bone ***3T3-E1 cells were incubated with the culture supermatants of Mo,M1 and M2 macrophages,and it was found that the culture medium of M2 macrophages had the most significant effects in contributing to ***-throughput sequencing identified that miR-365-2-5p was significantly expressed in exosomes derived from M2 *** incubated MC3T3-E1 with exosomes overexpressing or kmocking down miR-365-2-5p to examine the biological function of exosome miR-365-2-5p on MC3T3-E1 *** findings suggested that miR-365-2-5p secreted by exosomes increased the osteogenesis of ***,miR-365-2-5p had a direct influence over osteogenesis for *** analysis combined with dual luciferase detection indicated that miR-365-2-5p binded to the 3'-UTR of *** summary,exosomes secreted by M2 macrophages targeted OLFML1 through miR-365-2-5p to facilitate osteogenesis.

Over the past decade, graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4)) has emerged as a universal photocatalyst toward various sustainable carbo-neutral technologies. Despite solar applications discrepancy, g-C_(3)N_(4) is still confronted with a general fatal issue of insufficient supply of thermodynamically active photocarriers due to its inferior solar harvesting ability and sluggish charge transfer dynamics. Fortunately, this could be significantly alleviated by the “all-in-one” defect engineering strategy, which enables a simultaneous amelioration of both textural uniqueness and intrinsic electronic band structures. To this end, we have summarized an unprecedently comprehensive discussion on defect controls including the vacancy/non-metallic dopant creation with optimized electronic band structure and electronic density, metallic doping with ultraactive coordinated environment(M–N_(x), M–C_(2)N_(2), M–O bonding), functional group grafting with optimized band structure, and promoted crystallinity with extended conjugation π system with weakened interlayered van der Waals interaction. Among them, the defect states induced by various defect types such as N vacancy, P/S/halogen dopants, and cyano group in boosting solar harvesting and accelerating photocarrier transfer have also been emphasized. More importantly, the shallow defect traps identified by femtosecond transient absorption spectra(fs-TAS) have also been highlighted. It is believed that this review would pave the way for future readers with a unique insight into a more precise defective g-C_(3)N_(4) “customization”, motivating more profound thinking and flourishing research outputs on g-C_(3)N_(4)-based photocatalysis.

For the first time we established the water-sediment-organism system,under the condition of sediment exposure,the kinetic parameters of the absorption process of accumulation and elimination of heavy metals Cu and Pb in Meretrix meretrix were investigated using the semi-static two-compartment kinetic *** kinetic parameters of bioconcentration were obtained from the semi-static two-compartment model by nonlinear curve fitting,including uptake rate constant(K),elimination rate constant(K),bioconcentration factor(BCF),and biological half-life(B).The modeling results showed that K ranged from 2.73 to 58.33,K ranged from 0.04 to 0.07,C ranged from 8.40 to 35.96,BCF ranged from 53.36 to 1545.05,B ranged from 10.42 to *** was found that the metal concentration data were fitted to the two-compartment model,and good agreement was found between the predicted and observed metal concentration using the goodness-of-fit test under the condition of sediment *** results also indicated that the uptake rate constant(K) and bioconcentration factor (BCF) of *** generally decreased with the increase of heavy metal exposure concentration in ambient seawater,and so as the C,the bioaccumulation ability order to the two heavy metals was Cu>Pb,the biological half-life(B) of Cu was longer than that of Pb,maximal content in the organism(C) at the theoretic equilibrium increased and was basically directly proportional to increasing metal concentration in the ambient *** experimental results show that the semi-static two-compartment kinetic model could well fit the bioconcentration of heavy metals Cu and Pb in ***,but require further experimental research and analysis under different conditions.
