机器学习作为人工智能的核心分支之一,是中医智能化研究及数据挖掘的代表性技术手段。目前,机器学习在中医证候相关研究、组方配伍规律研究、预后模型构建研究及中医思维认知模型等中医证治规律研究领域逐步得到推广应用,并体现出了独特的优势,有效推动了传统中医向精准化、标准化和客观化的方向发展,但尚存在一些问题和局限性亟待解决。通过系统回顾近年来机器学习方法在中医证治规律领域的研究,并进行归纳总结、分析不足和提出今后应当努力的方向,以期进一步推动人工智能与传统中医药的交叉融通,促进中医药事业的高质量发展。

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in China in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in China-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in China used HVPG technology in 2.2. distributed across 2. provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2.2.,of which 2.1. cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2.2..9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82.87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in China and confirmed that some medical institutions in China have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

Lockdown and re-opening may become cyclical due to the recurrent waves of the COVID-19 *** studies have examined temporal trends and determinants of in-hospital mortality among patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),a life-threatening condition that requires emergency medical *** nation-wide data before,during and after the Wuhan lockdown,we aimed to depict temporal patterns and major determinants of STEMI in-hospital mortality in China across five time periods of the COVID-19 *** analyzed the data of 2.3,661 STEMI patients who were admitted to 4,487 chest-pain-centers across China,from January 1,2.1. to May 31,*** with the period before the lockdown,STEMI in-hospital mortality increased by 2.%(OR 1.2.,95%CI 1.16–1.34)during Early Lockdown,by 12.(OR 1.12.95%CI 1.03–1.2.)during Later Lockdown,by 35%(OR 1.35,95%CI 1.2.–1.50)during Early Lift,and returned to pre-COVID risk(OR 1.04,95%CI 0.95–1.14)during Later *** each time-period,we observed a clear mortality gradient by timing and types of revascularization *** conclusion,the COVID-19 epidemic had a significant adverse impact on STEMI in-hospital mortality,with bimodal peaks during early lockdown and early lift periods and clear mortality gradients by timing and types of revascularization procedure,independent of the time periods.

目的分析社区老年人群高尿酸血症(HUA)患病现状,探讨HUA界值及血尿酸水平与慢性代谢性疾病的相关性。方法该研究为横断面研究,以2.2.年上海闵行区2.社区参与体检的1508例老年人为研究对象。主要观察指标为血清尿酸、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂检测、身高、体重、腰围、血压等。HUA定义为血清尿酸男性>42.μmol/L,女性>360μmol/L。结果该人群HUA总体粗患病率为2..8%(404/1508,95%CI:2..6%~2..1%),男性为2..7%(182.736),女性为2..8%(2.2.772.。男女性患病率均随年龄增长呈上升趋势,并且HUA组慢性代谢性疾病患病率均显著高于非HUA组。女性HUA患者不同尿酸水平合并慢性代谢性疾病比例差异无统计学意义。多因素回归分析显示,高血压(OR_(男)=1.847,95%CI:1.2.9~2.82.;OR_(女)=1.519,95%CI:1.009~2.2.8)、高TG(OR_(男)=1.2.6,95%CI:1.100~1.52.;OR_(女)=1.619,95%CI:1.316~1.991)是HUA的危险因素,BMI与尿酸水平呈正相关关系。结论社区老年人群HUA患病率较高。高血压、高TG是HUA的危险因素。血尿酸>360μmol/L的女性均合并较高比例的慢性代谢性疾病,建议女性血尿酸控制目标水平<360μmol/L。

OBJECTIVE: To determine the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Jianghuo Ningxin Decoction(ZYJHNXD) plus dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA) and menopausalhormone therapy(MHT) in patients suffering from menopausal symptoms identified as, in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, symptom pattern of Yin deficiency with hyperactive ***: Totally 180 postmenopausal women aged 40 to 60 years were assigned into four groups and accepted femoston, femoston with ZYJHNXD,femoston with DHEA, femoston with ZYJHNXD and DHEA therapies, respectively, for three *** questionnaire-based measure instruments included modified Kupperman index(MKI),Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA), and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD). Follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2., 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid(5-HIAA), norepinephrine(NE), dopamine(DA),bone mineral density(BMD), and sleep quality were evaluated before and three months after the ***: In all four groups, the scores of MKI, HAMA, HAMD and the levels of FSH, LH decreased significantly(P 2. 5-HIAA, NE, and DA showed obvious elevation(P < 0.05). The group receiving ZYJHNXD and DHEA combined with femoston had superiority in the preservation of bone mineral density and improvement of total sleep time and nighttime sleep time over the other three ***: ZYJHNXD and DHEA combined with MHT therapy have a favorable outcome in managing menopausal symptoms, restoring hormone levels, preventing skeletal rarefaction or osteoporosis,and improving sleep quality for postmenopausal women.

Huntington's disease(HD)is an autosomal dominant degenerative disease that mainly encompasses movement,cognition,and behavioral *** apolipoprotein E(APOE)gene is thought to be associated with many neurodegenerative ***,we enrolled a cohort of 2.3 unrelated Han Chinese patients with HD and12.1.unrelated healthy controls in Southeastern China and analyzed the correlation between APOE genotypes and HD *** results showed that the frequency of the E4 allele(7.1%)in HD patients was statistically less than that in controls(12.0%)(P =0.004).In addition,we divided patients into motor-onset and non-motor-onset groups,and analyzed the relationship with APOE *** results,however,were ***,the age at onset(AAO),defined as the age at the onset of motor symptoms,was compared in each APOE genotype subgroup and multivariate regression analysis was used to exclude the interference of CAG repeat length on AAO,but no association was found between APOE genotypes and ***,we analyzed adult-onset HD to exclude the interference caused by juvenile HD(n = 13),and the results were ***,our study suggests that APOE may not be a genetic modifier for HD,especially for adult-onset HD among Chinese of Han *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first study of the correlation between APOE genotypes and HD phenotypes in a Han Chinese population.

Atmospheric nanoparticles are crucial components contributing to fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),and therefore have significant effects on visibility,climate,and human *** to the unique role of atmospheric nanoparticles during the evolution process from gas-phase molecules to larger particles,a number of sophisticated experimental techniques have been developed and employed for online monitoring and characterization of the physical and chemical properties of atmospheric nanoparticles,helping us to better understand the formation and growth of new *** this paper,we firstly review these state-of-the-art techniques for investigating the formation and growth of atmospheric nanoparticles(e.g.,the gas-phase precursor species,molecular clusters,physicochemical properties,and chemical composition).Secondly,we present findings from recent field studies on the formation and growth of atmospheric nanoparticles,utilizing several advanced ***-more,perspectives are proposed for technique development and improvements in measuring atmospheric nanoparticles.
