Optimal structural design for a certain near-space composite propeller of airship using adaptive region division blending model

Near-space airship is a frontier and hotspot in current military research and development,and the near-space composite propeller is the key technology for its *** order to obtain higher aerodynamic efficiency at an altitude of 22 km,a certain near-space composite propeller is designed as a long and slender aerodynamic shape with a 10 m diameter,which brings many challenges to the composite structure *** initial design is obtained by the composite structure variable stiffness design method using based on fixed region division blending ***,it weighs 23.142 kg,exceeding the required 20 *** order to meet the structural design requirements of the propeller,a variable stiffness design method using the adaptive region division blending model is proposed in this *** with the methods using the fixed region division blending model,this method optimizes region division,stacking thickness and stacking sequence in a single level,considering the coupling effect among *** a more refined region division,this method can provide a more optimal design for composite tapered ***,to improve the efficiency of optimization subjected to manufacturing constraints,a hierarchical penalty function is proposed to quickly filter out the solutions that do not meet manufacturing *** above methods combined with a Genetic Algorithm(GA)using specific encoding are adopted to optimize the near-space composite *** optimal design of the structure weighs 18.831 kg,with all manufacturing constraints and all structural response constraints being *** with the initial design,the optimal design has a more refined region division,and achieves a weight reduction of 18.6%.This demonstrates that a refined region division can significantly improve the mechanical performance of the composite tapered structure.

Marine umbilical is one of the key equipment for subsea oil and gas exploitation,which is usually integrated by a great number of different functional components with *** layout of these components directly affects manufacturing,operation and storage performances of the *** the multi-layer cross-sectional layout design of the umbilical,a quantifiable multi-objective optimization model is established according to the operation and storage *** the manufacturing factors,the multi-layering strategy based on contact point identification is introduced for a great number of functional ***,the GA-GLM global optimization algorithm is proposed combining the genetic algorithm and the generalized multiplier method,and the selection operator of the genetic algorithm is improved based on the steepest descent *** algorithm is used to find the optimal solution in the global space,which can converge from any initial layout to the feasible layout *** feasible layout solution is taken as the initial value of the generalized multiplier method for fast and accurate ***,taking umbilicals with a great number of components as examples,the results show that the cross-sectional performance of the umbilical obtained by optimization algorithm is better and the solution efficiency is ***,the multi-layering strategy is effective and *** design method proposed in this paper can quickly obtain the optimal multi-layer cross-sectional layout,which replaces the manual design,and provides useful reference and guidance for the umbilical industry.

Fine-mapping and primary analysis of candidate genes associated with seed coat color in mung bean(Vigna radiata L.)

Seed coat color affects the appearance and commodity quality of mung beans(Vigna radiata L.).The substances that affect mung bean seed coat color are mainly flavonoids,which have important medicinal *** the seed coat color gene in mung beans would facilitate the development of new varieties and improve their *** this study,an F2 mapping population consisting of 546 plants was constructed using Jilv9(black seed coat)and BIS9805(green seed coat).Using bulk segregated analysis(BSA)sequencing and kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)markers,the candidate region related to seed coat color was finally narrowed to 0.66 Mb on chromosome(Chr.)4 and included eight candidate *** transcriptome and metabolome analyses showed that three of the eight candidate genes(LOC106758748,LOC106758747,and LOC106759075)were differentially expressed,which may have caused the differences in flavonoid metabolite content between Jilv9 and *** findings can provide a research basis for cloning the genes related to seed coat color and accelerate molecular markerassisted selection breeding in mung beans.

Topology optimization of thermal-fluid coupling problems has received widespread *** article proposes a novel topology optimization method for laminar two-fluid heat exchanger *** proposed method utilizes an artificial density field to create two permeability interpolation functions that exhibit opposing trends,ensuring separation between the two fluid ***,a Gaussian function is employed to construct an interpolation function for the thermal conductivity ***,a computational program has been developed on the OpenFOAM platform for the topology optimization of two-fluid heat *** program leverages parallel computing,significantly reducing the time required for the topology optimization *** enhance computational speed and reduce the number of constraint conditions,we replaced the conventional pressure drop constraint condition in the optimization problem with a pressure inlet/outlet boundary *** 3D optimization results demonstrate the characteristic features of a surface structure,providing valuable guidance for designing heat exchangers that achieve high heat exchange efficiency while minimizing excessive pressure *** the same time,a new structure appears in large-scale topology optimization,which proves the effectiveness and stability of the topology optimization program written in this paper in large-scale calculation.

Two-dimensional(2D)lead halide perovskites have attracted tremendous attention due to their outstanding physical ***,the presence of toxic lead is a major problem for large-scale ***,we report the synthesis,phase transition,dielectric and photoluminescence(PL)properties of a lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)(BIM=benzimidazolium)which experiences a phase transition at 405 K accompanied by an order-disorder change of organic ***,the step-like dielectric transition near the phase transition temperature makes it suitable for dielectric ***,(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)has a direct bandgap of 2.23 eV and broadband emission from 550 to 1000 nm,implying its unique optical property for potential near-infrared lighting and *** work provides a fresh example for the development of lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite with potential applications in the fields of optoelectronics and high temperature dielectric switching.

Owing to the unique structure,anode-free lithium metal batteries(AFLMBs)have higher energy density and lower production cost than traditional lithium metal batteries(LMBs)or lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),However,AFLMBs suffer from an inherently finite Li reservoir and exhibit poor cycle stability,low Coulombic efficiency(CE)and severe dendrite *** this work,polydiallyl lithium disulfide(PDS-Li)was successfully synthesized and coated on Cu current collector by electrochemical *** PDS-Li acts as an additional lithium resource to compensate for the irreversible loss of lithium during *** addition,the special structure and lithiophilicity of PDS-Li contribute to lower nucleation overpotential and uniform lithium *** coupled with Li-rich manganese-based(LRM)cathode of Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2,the anode-free full cell exhibits significantly improved cycle stability over 100 cycles and capacity retention of 63.3%and 57%after 80 and 100 cycles,*** believe that PDS-Li can be used to ensure stable cycling performance and high-energy-density in AFLMBs.

In petroleum engineering,real-time lithology identification is very important for reservoir evaluation,drilling decisions and petroleum geological exploration.A lithology identification method while drilling based on machine learning and mud logging data is studied in this *** method can effectively utilize downhole parameters collected in real-time during drilling,to identify lithology in real-time and provide a reference for optimization of drilling *** the imbalance of lithology samples,the synthetic minority over-sampling technique(SMOTE)and Tomek link were used to balance the sample number of five ***,this paper introduces Tent map,random opposition-based learning and dynamic perceived probability to the original crow search algorithm(CSA),and establishes an improved crow search algorithm(ICSA).In this paper,ICSA is used to optimize the hyperparameter combination of random forest(RF),extremely random trees(ET),extreme gradient boosting(XGB),and light gradient boosting machine(LGBM)*** addition,this study combines the recognition advantages of the four *** accuracy of lithology identification by the weighted average probability model reaches *** study of this paper realizes high-precision real-time lithology identification method,which can provide lithology reference for the drilling process.

Four major studies(Checkmate577,Keynote-590,Checkmate649 and Attraction-4)of locally advanced esophageal cancer published in 2020 have established the importance of immunotherapy,represented by anti-programmed death protein(PD)-1 in postoperative adjuvant treatment and advanced first-line treatment of locally advanced or advanced esophageal cancer and esophagogastric junction cancer,from the aspects of proof of concept,long-term survival,overall survival rate and progression-free *** unresectable or inoperable nonmetastatic esophageal cancer,concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the standard treatment recommended by various *** its curative effect is still not ideal,it is necessary to explore radical radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the future,and it is considered to be promising to combine them with immunotherapeutic drugs such as *** paper mainly discusses how to combine radical concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with immunotherapy for unresectable local advanced esophageal cancer.

Silencing transformer and transformer-2 in Zeugodacus cucurbitae causes defective sex determination with inviability of most pseudomales

transformer is a switch gene for sex determination in many insects, which cooperates with transformer-2 that is expressed in both sexes to regulate female differentiation, particularly in dipterans. Zeugodacus cucurbitae(Coquillett) is a very destructive pest worldwide, however, its sex determination pathway remains largely uncharacterized. Here, we show that the female sex ratio is sharply reduced with knockdown of either transformer or transformer-2 by RNA interference in early embryos of Z. cucurbitae. Most of the males grown from the embryos with transient transformer and transformer-2 suppression mated with wild-type females and produced mixed sex progeny, with one exception that produced only female progeny, and all of the few remaining males failed to mate with wild-type females and produced no progeny. The exceptional male and those males with mating failure were XX pseudomales as determined by the detection of Y chromosome-linked Maleness-on-the-Y, indicating that most XX pseudomales are not viable. The phenotypes of transformer and transformer-2 suggest that they play a key role in regulating sex determination and are required for female sexual development of Z. cucurbitae. Our results will be beneficial to the understanding of sex determination in Z. cucurbitae and can facilitate the development of genetic sexing strains for its biological control.

In-situ SEM characterization of fracture mechanism of TiB/Ti-2Al-6Sn titanium matrix composites after electroshocking treatment

In this article,in-situ scanning electron microscope characterization of the tensile properties of TiB/Ti-2Al-6Sn titanium matrix composite(TMC)was conducted before and after electroshocking treatment(EST).After EST,the tensile strength increased by 113.2 *** effect of EST on the tensile strength and fracture behavior of TiB was investigated using in-situ characterization of the fracture morphology and crack propagation path of the matrix and *** EST,TiB fracture introduced cracks that extended into the matrix,resulting in material *** EST,the refined TiB improved the bearing capacity of the matrix,thereby improving TMC ***,after EST,the cracks were introduced into the matrix,and resulting the fracture of matrix *** an increase in the external load,cracks in the matrix were observed to propagate to TiB,and the refined TiB was fractured,detached,and pulled out,resulting in the formation of *** the propagation path of the main crack after EST showed that the deflection angle of the main crack *** micro structure of the fracture surface indicated that the fracture of the matrix was plastic,whereas that of TiB was *** EST,the size and area of the dimples increased,confirming the increase in *** results revealed that the comprehensive mechanical properties of TiB/Ti-2Al-6Sn improved after ***,EST is an efficient method for tailoring the micro structures and mechanical properties of TMCs.
