少弱精子症是男性不育的重要原因,其发病与多个脏腑有关。肾为先天、脑为髓海、心主藏神、精室主泌精生精,依据郭军教授“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论,通过肾精亏损的成因及后果、脑心肾失调、精室失用对少弱精子症的影响,发现“脑-心-肾-精室”轴与肾精亏损型少弱精子症密切相关。补肾为本、脑心肾相济、精室为用的填精育嗣方理法方药均契合肾精亏损型少弱精子症,本方滋肾填精、阴阳并补、益脑宁心、充养并清利精室,运用填精育嗣方治疗肾精亏损型少弱精子症,效果良好。

The influence of NH3-treating temperature on the visible light photocatalytic activity of N-doped P25-TiO2 as well as the relationship between the surface composition structure of TiO2 and its visible light photocatalytic activity were *** results showed that N-doped P25-TiO2 treated at 600℃ had the highest *** structure of P25-TiO2 was converted from anatase to rutile at 700℃.Moreover,no N-doping was detected at the surface of *** was no simply linear relationship between the visible light photocatalytic activity and the concentration of doped nitrogen,and visible light *** visible light photocatalytic activity of N-doped P25-TiO2 was mainly influenced by the synergistic action of the following factors:(i) the formation of the single-electron-trapped oxygen vacancies(denoted as Vo);(ii) the doped nitrogen on the surface of TiO2;(iii) the anatase TiO2 structure.

The SARS-CoV-2 variants have been emerging and have made great challenges to current vaccine and pandemic control *** is urgent to understand the current immune status of various Chinese populations given that the preexisting immunity has been established by national vaccination or ex posure to past *** sera from 85 individuals(including 21 convalescents of natural infection,15 cases which suffered a breakthrough infection after being fully vaccinated,and 49 healthy vaccinees),we showed signifcantly enhanced neutralizing activities against SRAS-CoV-2 variants in convalescent sera,especially those who had been fully *** neut ralizing antibodies against Omicron were detectable in 75%of convalescents and 4.9%of healthy vaccinees(p=0.006),with a GMT of 289.5,180.9-463.3,and 42.6,31.3-59,***,the neutralizing activities were weaker in young convalescents(aged<18y),with a detectable rate of 50%and a GMT of 46.4 against *** also examined and found no *** neutralizing activities in vaccinated SARS-CoV-I survivors.A booster dose could further increase the breadth and magnitude of neutralization against WT and variants of concern(VOCs)to different *** addition,we showed that COVID-19-inactivated vaccines can elicit Omicron-specific T-cell *** positive rates of ELISpot reactions were 26.7%(4/15)and 43.8%(7/16)in the full vaccination group and the booster vaccination group,respectively,although without statistically significant *** neutralizing antibody titers declined while T-cell responses remain consistent over 6 *** findings will inform the optimization of public health vaccination and intervention strategies to protect diverse populations against SARS-CoV-2 *** infection significantly boosted neutralizing activities against SARS-CoV-2 variants a compared to booster immunization with inaclivated ***-induced vir us-specific T-cell imm

Background： The ACTS-GC study had shown postoperative adiuvant therapy with S-1 improved survival of patients with locally advanced gastric cancer. Addition of oxaliplatin to S-1 is considered to be acceptable as one of the treatment options for gastric cancer patients after radical gastrectomy with D2 lymph node excision. Methods： We have commenced a randomized phase III trial in December 2016 to evaluate S-I plus oxaliplatin compared with S-1 alone in the adjuvant setting for locally advanced gastric cancer. A total of 564 patients will be accrued from 13 Chinese institutions in two years. The primary endpoint is 3-year relapse-free survival. The secondary endpoints are 5-year overall survival, proportion of patients who complete the postoperative chemotherapy and incidence of adverse events. Ethic and dissemination： The trial has been approved by the institutional review board of each participating institution and it was activated on December, 2016. The enrollment will be finished in December, 2018. Patient＇s follow-up will be ended until December, 2023. Trial registration： ***, identifier： NCT02867839. Registered on August 4, 2016.

Emerging and re-emerging RNA viruses occasionally cause epidemics and pandemics worldwide,such as the on-going outbreak of the novel coronavirus ***,we identified two potent inhibitors of human DHODH,S312 and S416,with favorable drug-likeness and pharmacokinetic profiles,which all showed broad-spectrum antiviral effects against various RNA viruses,including influenza A virus,Zika virus,Ebola virus,and particularly against ***,S416 is reported to be the most potent inhibitor so far with an EC5o of 17 nmol/L and an SI value of 10,505.88 in infec-ted *** results are the first to validate that DHODH is an attractive host target through high antiviral efficacy in vivo and low virus replication in DHODH knock-out *** work demonstrates that both S312/S416 and old drugs(Leflunomide/Teriflunomide)with dual actions of antiviral and immuno-regulation may have clinical potentials to cure SARS-CoV-2 or other RNA viruses circulating worldwide,no matter such viruses are mutated or not.

Since its initial release in 2001,the human reference genome has undergone continuous improvement in quality,and the recently released telomere-to-telomere(T2T)version-T2T-CHM13—reaches its highest level of continuity and accuracy after 20 years of effort by working on a simplified,nearly homozygous genome of a hydatidiform mole cell ***,to provide an authentic complete diploid human genome reference for the Han Chinese,the largest population in the world,we assembled the genome of a male Han Chinese individual,T2T-YAO,which includes T2T assemblies of all the 22+X+M and 22+Y chromosomes in both *** quality of T2T-YAO is much better than those of all currently available diploid assemblies,and its haploid version,T2T-YAO-hp,generated by selecting the better assembly for each autosome,reaches the top quality of fewer than one error per 29.5 Mb,even higher than that of *** from an individual living in the aboriginal region of the Han population,T2T-YAO shows clear ancestry and potential genetic continuity from the ancient *** haplotype of T2TYAO possesses330-Mb exclusive sequences,3100 unique genes,and tens of thousands of nucleotide and structural variations as compared with CHM13,highlighting the necessity of a population-stratified reference *** construction of T2T-YAO,an accurate and authentic representative of the Chinese population,would enable precise delineation of genomic variations and advance our understandings in the hereditability of diseases and phenotypes,especially within the context of the unique variations of the Chinese population.
