The equiatomic TiNbZrTaHf alloy was successfully rolled at room temperature with the reduction of ~ 85%. The microstructure and tensile properties were investigated after cold working and annealing. It was determined that the recrystallization temperature of the TiNbZrTaHf alloy between 850 and 900 ℃. Complete recrystallization and normal grain growth occurred, the high stability of single phase was maintained after annealing at 1000, 1200, and 1400 ℃. But the precipitated phase appeared after long term annealing, as seen after 500 h at 1000 ℃. After cold working, the tensile strength and the elongation of TiNbZrTaHf were 1137 MPa and 25.1%, respectively. The annealed alloy has a high tensile strength (σ_(b )= 863 MPa) and ductility (ε_(e )= 28.5%). Moreover, the oxidation of TiNbZrTaHf alloy at elevated temperatures has a significant impact on its mechanical properties. The poor oxidation resistance of TiNbZrTaHf can accelerate tensile failure by inducing fractures at grain boundaries.

The effects of Ag layers with different locations and thicknesses on the structural and magnetic property of SiO2/FePt multilayer films were *** non-magnetic Ag layer plays an important role in inducing（001） orientation and ordering of FePt grains,as well as the SiO2-doping reducing the grain size and the magnetic exchange coupling between *** the 10 nm Ag layer is moved from the bottom to the top of the SiO2/FePt multilayer film,the coercivity gradually decreases;the largest difference between the out-of-plane coercivity and the in-plane one is obtained in the sample of [SiO2（2 nm）/FePt（3 nm）]3/Ag（10 nm）/[SiO2（2 nm）/FePt（3 nm）]***,the location of Ag layers was fixed and the thickness was *** XRD curves suggest that the intensity of the（001） peak becomes the strongest with the addition of 10 nm Ag layers.

Element doping has been proved to be a useful method to correct for the mass bias fractionation when analyzing iron isotope *** present a systematic re-assessment on how the doped nickel may affect the iron isotope analysis in this study by carrying out several *** find three important factors that can affect the analytical results,including the Ni:Fe ratio in the analyte solutions,the match of the Ni:Fe ratio between the unknown sample and standard solutions,and the match of the Fe concentration between the sample and standard ***,caution is required when adding Ni to the analyte Fe solutions before *** our method,theδ56Fe and δ57Fe values of the USGS standards W-2 a,BHVO-2,BCR-2,AGV-2 and GSP-2 are consistent with the recommended literature values,and the long-term(one year) external reproducibility is better than 0.03 and 0.05‰(2 SD) for δ56Fe and δ57Fe,***,the analytical method established in our laboratory is a method of choice for high quantity Fe isotope data in geological materials.

The N-doped bismuth tungstate （BizWOt） photocatalysts with high visible light activity were prepared by the hydrothermal method using urea as a nitrogen source. The as-prepared N-doped Bi2WO6 samoles were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, specific surface area, photocurrent analysis, and UV-Vis diffuse re- flectrance spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B （RhB） solution under visible light irradiation. The photocatalytic mechanisms were analyzed by active species trapping experi- ments which revealed that the holes were the main active species of N-doped BizWO6 products in aqueous solution under visible light irradiation, rather than .OH and O-. With the assistance of H202, the photocatalytic activity for degradation of RhB could be further improved because H202 reacted with conduction band electrons to generate more hydroxyl radicals. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS） is the most commonly used technique to deter- mine the abundances of trace elements in a wide range of geological materials. However, incomplete sample digestion, isobaric interferences and instrumental drift remain obvious problems that must be overcome in order to obtain precise and accurate results, For this reason, we have done many experi- ments and developed a set of simple, cost-effective and practical methods widely applicable for precise and rapid determination of trace element abundances in geological materials using ICP-MS. Commonly used high-pressure digestion technique is indeed effective in decomposing refractory phases, but this inevitably produces fluoride complexes that create new problems. We demonstrate that the fluoride complexes formed during high-pressure digestion can be readily re-dissolved using high-pressure vessel at 190 ℃ for only 2 h for 50 mg sample. In the case of isobaric interferences, although oxide （e.g., MO^＋/M^＋） and hydroxide （e.g., MO^＋/M^＋） productivity is variable between runs, the （MO^＋/M^＋）/（CeO^＋/Ce^＋） and （MOH^＋/M^＋）/（CeO^＋/Ce^＋） ratios remain constant, making isobaric interference correction for all other elements of interest straightforward, for which we provide an easy-to-use off-line procedure. We also show that mass-time-intensity drift curve is smooth as recognized previously, for which the correction can be readily done by analyzing a quality-control （QC） solution and using off-line Excel VBA procedure without internal standards. With these methods, we can produce data in reasonable agreement with rec- ommended values of international rock reference standards with a relative error of 〈8% and precision generally better than 5%. Importantly, compared to the widely used analytical practice, we can effectively save 〉60% of time （e.g., 〈24 h vs. 〉60 h）.

To screen specific antitumor drugs targeting telomerase catalytic subunit (hEST2), 12 different hEST2 antisense oligonucleotides were designed based on hEST2 mRNA second structure and transfected into tumor cell lines by the lipofectin-mediated method. Cell growth activity was evaluated by MTT assay. HEST212 was picked out and its specificity, antitumor tree and continuous effect were analyzed. The results showed that hEST212 had promising anti-tumor activity in vitro, hEST2 can be used as a pratical target and an antisense drug candidate for cancer.

Relying on seed method,a double template ZIF-8@ZIF-67 with a layered core-shell structure was made,which is used as a sacrificial template in the next *** going through loading process with solvent thermal method and calcination process,ZIF-8@ZIF-67 was etched and calcined into ternary ZnO/Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO ***,benefiting from right amount of the addition of inorganic salts,the optimized ZnO/Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO-2(ZCN-2)shows the outstanding performance in its morphologic structure and electrochemical *** the case of a current density of 1 Ag^(-1),the high specific capacitance of 1119.11 Cg^(-1) can be calculated in *** addition,at 10 Ag^(-1),the capacitance value can maintain 93.75%after experiencing 5000 cycles of charging and *** maximum energy density of the assembled ZCN-2//activated carbon(AC)asymmetric supercapacitor can reach 95.82 Wh kg^(-1),which is really outstanding in the present research *** experiencing charge-discharge cycles with the number of 10,000 times in the case of a current density of 10 Ag^(-1),the cycling stability of this supercapacitor can reach 94.53%of the initial *** after a charge,the device connected by two supercapacitors can make a light emitting diode(LED)shine up to 30 min successfully.

The testing on the bearing strength of single-shear bolt jointed composite laminates structure is *** the effect of the fixture on the testing results is analyzed. Then a macro-micro multi-scale analytical model combined with the improved"Generalized Method of Cells( GMC) "is developed,which is used to predict the macro bearing strength and to characterize the micro constitute material failure of the bolt jointed composite laminates structure. Both the contact conditions at the bolt/hole boundary and the contact conditions at the specimen/fixture boundary,progressive damage,and the material properties degradation are all taken account into the analytical model. Thus,the numerical simulation results agree well with the experimental ***,the effect of the fixture on the testing results is characterized. The results show that the incomplete contaction between the fixture and the specimen or the lack of the lateral constraint on the specimen will affect the limited bearing strength and the offset bearing strength of the bolt jointed composite laminates structure. In addition,the lower support rigid of the fixture will affect the rigid of the bolt jointed composite laminates structure.

Objective： To explore the association of membrane-associated guanylate kinase inverted 1（MAGI1） with gastric cancer（GC） and the related molecular ***： The reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） and immunohistochemistry（IHC）were utilized to measure the MAGI1 expression level in GC tissues. Quantitative real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to ensure the MAGI1 expression in GC cell lines. Small hairpin RNA（sh RNA） was applied for knockdown of endogenous MAGI1 in GC cells. MTT assay and colony formation assay, scratch wounding migration assay and transwell chamber migration assay, as well as transwell chamber invasion assay were employed respectively to investigate the GC cell proliferation, migration and invasion in MAGI1-knockdown and control GC cells. The potential molecular mechanism mediated by MAGI1 was studied using Western blotting and RT- ***： RT-PCR and IHC verified MAGI1 was frequently expressed in matched adjacent noncancerous mucosa compared with GC tissues and the expression of MAGI1 was related to clinical pathological parameters. Functional assays indicated that MAGI1 knockdown significantly promoted GC cell migration and invasion. Further mechanism investigation demonstrated that one pathway of MAGI1 inhibiting migration and invasion was mainly by altering the expression of matrix metalloproteinases（MMPs） and epithelial-mesenchymal transition（EMT）-related molecules via inhibiting MAPK/ERK signaling ***： MAGI1 was associated with GC clinical pathological parameters and acted as a tumor suppressor via inhibiting of MAPK/ERK signaling pathway in GC.
