A very large magnetoresistive effect in both homoepitaxial and heteroepitaxial semiconduding diamond films by chemical vapor deposition has been *** changes in the resistance of the films strongly depend on both magnetic Held intensity and geometric form of the *** effect of disk structure is greater than that of stripe type samples,also variation in the resistance of homoepitaxial diamond Blms is greater than that of heteroepit&xial diamond *** resistance of homoepitaxial diamond films with the disk structure is increased by a factor of 2.1 at room temperature under magnetic Geld intensity of 5 T,but only 0.80 for heteroepitaxial diamond films.

本文旨在研究MgO添加剂对熔剂性球团矿性能改善的机理及最适含量。本文调查了含氧化镁添加剂的类别和含量对CS、RSI、RDI和熔滴性能的影响。研究结果表明,含MgO添加剂的球团强度略低于含LBM添加剂的球团强度,使用菱镁矿添加剂的熔剂性球团矿显示出最高的RSI,使用菱镁矿添加剂的熔剂性球团矿的RDI最高,LBM是更适合用于熔剂性球团矿的含MgO添加剂。随着MgO添加剂含量从0%增加到2.0%,球团的抗压强度从3015N逐渐降低到2689N,球团中熔渣的液相温度和粘度也随之增加,从而导致软化滴落过程中MgO熔体球团的软化滴落温度升高。

How to mine valuable information from massive multisource heterogeneous data and identify the intention of aerial targets is a major research focus at present. Aiming at the longterm dependence of air target intention recognition, this paper deeply explores the potential attribute features from the spatiotemporal sequence data of the target. First, we build an intelligent dynamic intention recognition framework, including a series of specific processes such as data source, data preprocessing,target space-time, convolutional neural networks-bidirectional gated recurrent unit-atteneion (CBA) model and intention recognition. Then, we analyze and reason the designed CBA model in detail. Finally, through comparison and analysis with other recognition model experiments, our proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of air target intention recognition,and is of significance to the commanders’ operational command and situation prediction.

The oriented heteroepitaxial diamond films were obtained on Si(100)substrate via electron emission in hot filament chemical vapor deposition with the orientation relationship of diamond//Siand//Si.The nucleation and subsequent growth of diamond films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Raman *** experimental results showed that the electron emission from the diamond coating on the electrode played a critical role during the nucleation due to excition *** maximum value of nucleation density was up to 10^(11)cm^(-2) on pristine Si surface at emission current of *** effect of the electron emission on the reactive gas composition was analyzed by in situ infrared absorption,indicating that the concentration of CH_(4) and C_(2)H_(2) near the substrate surface was extremely *** may be responsible for the enhanced nucleation by electron emission.

Nanostructured carbon thin films on Si tips were prepared by hot filament chemical vapour deposition at different substrate *** Si tips and films were obtained under various deposition conditions in the same reaction *** was found that the field emission properties from graphite-like nanostructured carbon on Si tips were greatly improved as compared with those of nanodiamond films on Si tips.A turn-on field of 1.2 V·cm^(-1) was observed for high sp^(2) content thin films on Si *** analysis showed that the field emission enhancement effect was caused by the tip geometry,tunnel effect and sp^(2) content in the ***,the geometrical enhancement was greater than that of the tunnel and sp^(2) content effects.

Hydrogen is known for its elevated energy density and environmental compatibility and is a promising alternative to fossil *** water electrolysis utilizing renewable energy sources has emerged as a means to obtain high-purity ***,electrocatalysts used in the process are fabricated using conventional wet chemical synthesis methods,such as sol-gel,hydrothermal,or surfactantassisted approaches,which often necessitate intricate pretreatment procedures and are vulnerable to post-treatment ***,this study introduces a streamlined and environmentally conscious one-step potential-cycling approach to generate a highly efficient trimetallic nickel-iron-copper electrocatalyst in situ on nickel *** synthesized material exhibited remarkable performance,requiring a mere 476 mV to drive electrochemical water splitting at 100 mA cm^(-2)current density in alkaline ***,this material was integrated into an anion exchange membrane watersplitting device and achieved an exceptionally high current density of 1 A cm^(-2)at a low cell voltage of2.13 V,outperforming the noble-metal benchmark(2.51 V).Additionally,ex situ characterizations were employed to detect transformations in the active sites during the catalytic process,revealing the structural transformations and providing inspiration for further design of electrocatalysts.

Evolution of interfacial heat transfer,contact behavior and microstructure during sub-rapid solidification of molten steel with different hydrogen contents

Typical Q235 low-carbon steel samples with different hydrogen contents(0.0004,0.0008,and 0.0013 wt.%)were prepared by adjusting the environment humidity and *** effects of hydrogen on interfacial heat transfer,contact behavior,and microstructure evolution were investigated using a novel droplet solidification *** results revealed that when the hydrogen content increases from 0.0004 to 0.0013 wt.%,the maximum heat flux between the molten steel and cooling substrate decreases from 8.01 to 6.19 MW/m^(2),and the total heat removed in the initial 2 s reduces from 10.30 to 8.27 MJ/m^(2).Moreover,the final contact angle between the molten steel and substrate increases from 103.741°to 113.697°,and the number of pores on the droplet bottom surface increases significantly from 21 to 210 with the increase in *** surface roughness of the droplet bottom surface increases from 20.902 to 49.181 *** addition,the average grain size of the droplet increases from 14.778 to 33.548 pm with the increase in the hydrogen *** interfacial contact condition becomes worse due to the escape of hydrogen from the steel matrix during the cooling process,which leads to the reduction in the interfacial heat transfer and the increase in the grain size.

The one-bit compressed sensing problem is of fundamental importance in many areas,such as wireless communication,statistics,and so ***,the optimization of one-bit problem coustrained on the unit sphere lacks an algorithm with rigorous mathematical proof of convergence and *** this paper,an iteration algorithm is established based on difference-of-convex algorithm for the one-bit compressed sensing problem constrained on the unit sphere,with iterating formula■,where C is the convex cone generated by the one-bit measurements andη_(1)>η_(2)>1/*** new algorithm is proved to converge as long as the initial point is on the unit sphere and accords with the measurements,and the convergence to the global minimum point of the l_(1)norm is discussed.
