Objective Viral encephalitis is an infectious disease severely affecting human *** is caused by a wide variety of viral pathogens,including herpes viruses,flaviviruses,enteroviruses,and other *** laboratory diagnosis of viral encephalitis is a worldwide ***,high-throughput sequencing technology has provided new tools for diagnosing central nervous system ***,In this study,we established a multipathogen detection platform for viral encephalitis based on amplicon *** We designed nine pairs of specific polymerase chain reaction(PCR)primers for the 12 viruses by reviewing the relevant *** detection ability of the primers was verified by software simulation and the detection of known positive *** sequencing was used to validate the samples,and consistency was compared with Sanger *** The results showed that the target sequences of various pathogens were obtained at a coverage depth level greater than 20×,and the sequence lengths were consistent with the sizes of the predicted *** sequences were verified using the National Center for Biotechnology Information BLAST,and all results were consistent with the results of Sanger *** Amplicon-based high-throughput sequencing technology is feasible as a supplementary method for the pathogenic detection of viral *** is also a useful tool for the high-volume screening of clinical samples.

The traditional simple random sampling(SRS)design method is inefficient in many *** proposed some new designs to increase *** this paper,as a variation of moving extremes ranked set sampling(MERSS),double MERSS(DMERSS)is proposed and its properties for estimating the population mean are *** turns out that,when the underlying distribution is symmetric,DMERSS gives unbiased estimators of the population ***,it is found that DMERSS is more efficient than the SRS and MERSS methods for usual symmetric distributions(normal and uniform).For asymmetric distributions considered in this study,the DMERSS has a small bias and it is more efficient than SRS for usual asymmetric distribution(exponential)for small sample sizes.

Real-time arrival picking of rock microfracture signals based on convolutional-recurrent neural network and its engineering application

Accurately picking P-and S-wave arrivals of microseismic(MS)signals in real-time directly influences the early warning of rock mass failure.A common contradiction between accuracy and computation exists in the current arrival picking ***,a real-time arrival picking method of MS signals is constructed based on a convolutional-recurrent neural network(CRNN).This method fully utilizes the advantages of convolutional layers and gated recurrent units(GRU)in extracting short-and long-term features,in order to create a precise and lightweight arrival picking ***,the synthetic signals with field noises are used to evaluate the hyperparameters of the CRNN model and obtain an optimal CRNN *** actual operation on various devices indicates that compared with the U-Net method,the CRNN method achieves faster arrival picking with less performance *** application of large underground caverns in the Yebatan hydropower station(YBT)project shows that compared with the short-term average/long-term average(STA/LTA),Akaike information criterion(AIC)and U-Net methods,the CRNN method has the highest accuracy within four sampling points,which is 87.44%for P-wave and 91.29%for S-wave,*** sum of mean absolute errors(MAESUM)of the CRNN method is 4.22 sampling points,which is lower than that of the other *** the four methods,the MS sources location calculated based on the CRNN method shows the best consistency with the actual failure,which occurs at the junction of the shaft and the second ***,the proposed method can pick up P-and S-arrival accurately and rapidly,providing a reference for rock failure analysis and evaluation in engineering applications.

Acoustic emission(AE)localization algorithms based on homogeneous media or single-velocity are less accurate when applied to the triaxial localization *** the end,a robust triaxial localization method of AE source using refraction path is ***,the control equation of the refraction path is established according to the sensor coordinates and arrival ***,considering the influence of time-difference-of-arrival(TDOA)errors,the residual of the governing equation is calculated to estimate the equation ***,the refraction points in different directions are solved using Snell’s law and orthogonal ***,the source coordinates are iteratively solved by weighted correction *** feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method are verified by pencil-lead breaking *** simulation results show that the new method is almost unaffected by the refraction ratio,and always holds more stable and accurate positioning performance than the traditional method under different ratios and scales of TDOA outliers.

Pre-shaped microbeams,curved or inclined,are widely used in MEMS for their interesting stiffness *** mechanisms allow a wide range of positive and negative stiffness tuning in their direction of motion.A mechanism of pre-shaped beams with opposite curvature,connected in a parallel configuration,can be electrothermally tuned to reach a near-zero or negative stiffness behavior at the as-fabricated *** simple structure helps incorporate the tunable spring mechanism in different designs for accelerometers,even with different transduction *** sensitivity of the accelerometer can be considerably increased or tuned for different applications by electrothermally changing the stiffness of the spring *** inclined beams are implemented in a capacitive micromachined *** measurements on fabricated prototypes showed more than 55 times gain in sensitivity compared to their initial *** experiments showed promising results in enhancing the resolution of acceleration sensing and the potential to reach unprecedent performance in micromachined accelerometers.

Achieving a balance between accuracy and efficiency in target detection applications is an important research *** detect abnormal targets on power transmission lines at the power edge,this paper proposes an effective method for reducing the data bit width of the network for floating-point *** performing exponent prealignment and mantissa shifting operations,this method avoids the frequent alignment operations of standard floating-point data,thereby further reducing the exponent and mantissa bit width input into the training *** enables training low-data-bit width models with low hardware-resource consumption while maintaining *** tests were conducted on a dataset of real-world images of abnormal targets on transmission *** results indicate that while maintaining accuracy at a basic level,the proposed method can significantly reduce the data bit width compared with single-precision *** suggests that the proposed method has a marked ability to enhance the real-time detection of abnormal targets in transmission ***,a qualitative analysis indicated that the proposed quantization method is particularly suitable for hardware architectures that integrate storage and computation and exhibit good transferability.

Corrosion Behavior of Pre-oxidized GH4169 Alloy with Solid NaCl Deposited in a Wet Oxygen Flow at 600℃

The corrosion behavior of the pre-oxidized GH4169 alloy was studied after 20 h of exposure under a solid NaCl deposit film in a wet O_(2) environment at 600℃by mass-gain measurements,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy *** results indicate that the pre-oxidized GH4169 alloy undergoes serious corrosion in the corrosive *** preformed Cr_(2)O_(3) layer is gradually destroyed by deposit NaCl,and the inner Nb2O5 layer beneath the complete outer Cr_(2)O_(3) layer also reacts with NaCl to form NaNbO_(3).The electrochemical test results testified the existence of electrochemical reactions during this corrosion *** corrosion behavior of pre-oxidized GH4169 under a solid NaCl deposit film in a wet O_(2) environment at 600℃has been discussed in detail.

Time series anomaly detection is crucial in various industrial applications to identify unusual behaviors within the time series *** to the challenges associated with annotating anomaly events,time series reconstruction has become a prevalent approach for unsupervised anomaly ***,effectively learning representations and achieving accurate detection results remain challenging due to the intricate temporal patterns and dependencies in real-world time *** this paper,we propose a cross-dimension attentive feature fusion network for time series anomaly detection,referred to as ***,a series and feature mixing block is introduced to learn representations in 1D ***,a fast Fourier transform is employed to convert the time series into 2D space,providing the capability for 2D feature ***,a cross-dimension attentive feature fusion mechanism is designed that adaptively integrates features across different dimensions for anomaly *** results on real-world time series datasets demonstrate that CAFFN performs better than other competing methods in time series anomaly detection.

目的构建耐核酸酶的含乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)部分非结构蛋白1(Non-structural protein 1,NS1)基因的假病毒,为JEV的实验室核酸检测提供质控品,提高检测质量。方法将JEV部分NS1基因、蚊18S RNA基因和人GAPDH基因片段次序连接克隆到该质粒上,构建重组载体pET-MS2-JEV;转化大肠杆菌后表达纯化假病毒,并对其进行耐受性和稳定性评估。结果构建了重组载体pET-MS2-JEV,表达获得的假病毒具有耐核酸酶、耐物理化学因子的特性,可在4℃和-20℃条件下稳定保存。结论本研究获得了稳定性好的含JEV部分NS1基因的假病毒,可作为JEV实验室核酸检测的质控品。

Effectiveness of Acupoint Application in Patients with Pharyngeal Pain: Evidence from CHUNBO, A Prospective Real-World Study

Objective: To assess the outcomes after acupoint application in patients with pharyngeal pain in a real-world settings, and analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Methods: Based on CHUNBO platform, patients with pharyngeal pain who were candidates for acupoint application on the basis of physician-evaluation, were enrolled in a nationwide, prospective, 69-week multicenter observational study from August 2020 to February 2022. Propensity score matching(PSM) was used to match the confounding factors and the association rules were used to analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Outcome assessments included the disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain(within 3, 7, and 14 days), disappearance time of pharyngeal pain, as well as adverse events. Results: Of 7,699 enrolled participants, 6,693(86.9%) received acupoint application and 1,450(21.7%) with non-acupoint application. After PSM, there were 1,004 patients each in the application group(AG) and non-application group(NAG). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the AG at 3, 7, and 14 days were all higher than those in the NAG(P<0.05). The disappearance time of pharyngeal pain in the AG were shorter than that in the NAG(logrank P<0.001, hazard ratio=1.51, 95% confidence interval: 1.41–1.63). The median age of effective cases was 4 years, mainly 3–6 years old(40.21%). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the application group with tonsil diseases was 2.19 times higher than that in the NAG(P<0.05). The commonly used acupoints for the effective cases were Tiantu(RN 22), Shenque(RN 8) and Dazhui(DU 14). The commonly used herbs for the effective cases were Natrii sulfas, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, and Herba Ephedrae. Among them, Natrii sulfas was applied to RN 8 most frequently(support 84.39%).
