It is demonstrated by various geochemical indexes that the Zhengjia-wangzhuang Oilfield with viscous crude oil in the Jiyang Depression has been sourced from the contribution of matured source rocks in the upper Es4. The principal cause leading to the densification of crude oils would be biodegradation, with the degradation level of crude oils being ranked as 2-8; vertically, the biodegradation level increases from the top to bottom of the oil column, with a distinctive biodegradation gradient occurring. Calculated parameters of sterane, terpane and methyl-phenanthrene have indicated that the source-rock’s maturity of crude oils and asphaltic sands ranges from 0.7 to 0.9, and based on the calculation of Easy Ro model, the temperature of hydrocarbon generation in the source rock would be within 120-140℃, which coincides with the measurements of reservoir inclusions. Four samples from a Permian reservoir in the Ordos Basin of North china were separated into twelve fractions in grain sizes of 〈0.5, 0.5-1 and 1-2 μm. Using the ^40Ar-^39Ar step-heating method, all of the fractions essentially yielded plateau ages ranging from 172.5 to 217.1 Ma. These scattered plateau ages might not have been obtained from pure diagenetic illites but from mixed clay minerals, although the samples were disaggregated using a gentle freeze-thaw cycle to free them of non-clay minerals. A regional thermal event, as suggested by several proxies, led to intensive iHitization as a distinct diagenetic process when the Yanshanian Movement triggered magmatism around the entire North china Block during the Jurassic to Cretaceous. Thermal illites formed during a short time period, whereas detrital illites came from various sources. The scattered plateau ages could have resulted from mixed degassing of thermal and detrital illites. Within one sample, the plateau ages decrease with the diminution of grain sizes, but it is difficult to extrapolate to the detrital-illite-free ages. Because the plateau age is a mixture of ages for thermal and detrital illites, this regression analysis studies the dependence of the plateau ages on the synthetic values of contents and ages of detrital illites instead of on the grain sizes. Comparing the samples to one another, the plateau ages show the same trend among the different grain sizes. Weighted by the contents and ages of detrital illites, linear regression analysis revealed the relationship between the plateau ages and the relative weight proportions. Based on iterated calculations, a thermal event age and a set of weight proportions were derived. The regressed thermal event age is 163.3±1.6 Ma, which coincides with regional thermal activities and links to gas accumulation.

The environmental stability of infectious viruses in the laboratory setting is crucial to the transmission potential of human respiratory *** experimental techniques or conditions used in studies over the past decades have led to diverse understandings and predictions for the stability of viral infectivity in the atmospheric *** this paper,we review the current knowledge on the effect of simulated atmospheric conditions on the infectivity of respiratory viruses,mainly focusing on influenza viruses and coronaviruses,including severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 and Middle East respiratory syndrome ***,we summarize the impact of the experimental conditions on viral stability;these involve the methods of viral aerosol generation,storage during aging and collection,the virus types and strains,the suspension matrixes,the initial inoculum volumes and concentrations,and the drying ***,we summarize and discuss the detection methods of viral infectivity and their ***,we integrate the results from the reviewed studies to obtain an overall understanding of the effects of atmospheric environmental conditions on the decay of infectious viruses,especially aerosolized ***,this review highlights the knowledge gaps in predicting the ability of viruses to maintain infectivity during airborne transmission.

Natural gas releasing simulation experiments were carried out in laboratory for researching the gas storage capacity in state of high temperature and high pressure and its gas releasing potential in process of temperature decreasing and decompression. The exiting phase state was studied through measuring gas adsorption of coal and PVT phase calculating of natural gas. Gas volume, gas molecular and isotope compositions in process of temperature decreasing and decompression were measured, natural-gas yields released from the Upper Paleozoic coal strata after later Cretaceous (K3) were calculated and the formation of the reservoir was studied combining with the geological background. The results indicate that natural gas stored in coal has still bigger releasing potential after the uplift of Upper Paleozoic strata. There exists a weak gas supply-effluent equilibrium in the reservoir of Ordos Basin, which is another possible evidence that the Upper Paleozoic gas reservoir may be a deep basin gas reservoir.

The molecular compositions and molecular carbon isotopic compositions of gas hydrocarbons produced in the hydrocarbon generation of oil asphaltene from Lunnnan area were investigated by pyrolysis of asphaltene sealed in gold tube in a limited system. The experimental results indicated that oil asphaltene from Lunnan area had relatively high generation potential of methane. However, the molecular compositions and molecular carbon isotopic compositions of gas hydrocarbons in the hydrocarbon generation of oil asphaltene exhibited different characteristics from that of gas hydrocarbons by primary cracking of kerogen and secondary cracking of oil. Based on kinetic simulation with paleo-geothermal data of oil reservoir, the methane produced by cracking of oil asphatene was characterized by relatively light carbon isotopic compositions. Based on results of microscopic observation and laser Raman analysis about fluid in-clusions,multiple special forms of immiscible inclusions that contain sulphur,liquid hydrocarbon,bi-tumen,*** discovered in samples collected from the H_(2)S gas reservoir-containing carbonates in the Lower Triassic Feixianguan Formation in the Jinzhu-Luojia area,Kai County,Sichuan *** on the lithology and burial history of the strata involved as well as measurement results of homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions,bitumen reflectivity,etc.,it is concluded that the H_(2)S in the gas reservoir resulted from the thermal reaction between hydrocarbons in reservoir and casO_(4)in the gypsum-bearing dolostone section at the high temperature(140℃―170℃)oil-cracked gas for-mation stage in Late ***,research on a great number of immiscible inclusions in the reservoir reveals that elemental sulphur resulted from oxidation of part of the earlier-formed H_(2)S and further reaction between sulphates,hydrocarbons and H_(2)S in geological fluids in H_(2)S-bearing gas reservoir at a temperature of 86℃―89℃and a pressure of 340×10^(5)Pa and during the regional uplift stage as characterized by temperature decrease and pressure decrease in ***,gyp-sum,anhydrite and calcite formed at this stage would trap particles like elemental sulphur and result in a variety of special forms of immiscible inclusions,and these inclusions would contain information concerning the complexity of the fluids in the reservoir and the origin of H_(2)S and natural sulphur in the gas reservoir.

Secondary variation of reservoir is a hot problem in petroleum geochemistry field. Several kinds of secondary variations have taken place after the formation of bituminous sandstones in the Tarim Basin including biodegra-dation, washing, dissipation and secondary thermal stress. Biodegraded bituminous sandstones were used in the experiment. Pyrolysis experiment has been performed in a closed system, simulating secondary thermal stress with continual burial of Silurian bituminous sandstones which may cause the changes in molecular compositions, carbon isotope and physical properties of bituminous sandstones. The results are as follows: (i) Gases are mainly product during the experiment and carbon isotope of gas is lighter. (ii) Yield of C6+ hydrocarbon is relative smaller, and yielded oil is mainly light oil. (iii) Chromatogram character of biodegraded oil-sand is similar to that of saturated hydrocarbon in extracts from present-day bituminous sandstones, (iv) Porosity of bituminous sandstones gradually
