研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定植物中微量钯的方法。详细讨论了样品前处理的方法及测定铂族元素钯时受到的质谱干扰,建立了新的干扰方程,可有效地消除镉(Cd)等元素对钯测定的干扰,省去了传统分离步骤,与铜试剂(DDTC)络合分离消解液的测定结果比较,相对标准偏差<8%。采用铂族元素标准矿样GBW07293评价准确性,相对误差5.5%,方法简便并准确有效。应用所建方法测定北京市市区主要公路道路两旁四种常见植物草坪草,国槐,小叶冬青和松树中钯的含量。

研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）同时测定土样中痕量铂、铑、钯的分析方法。比较几种尘土样品的消解处理方法，采用王水加热回流来消解样品。优化了样品测量条件，并研究了干扰情况和消除干扰的方法。所建立的方法的精密度、线性关系良好，在优化的实验条件下Pt，Pd，Rh的检出限分别为0．48，4．22和0．42ng·g^-1，样品的加标回收率分别为Pt 87．6％～88%，Pd 85．2％～87．8％和Rh 93％～95％。将建立的方法应用于环境尘土样品的测定，回收率在85％以上，结果令人满意。

用ICP-MS法检测北京市区公路旁尘土中铂、铑和钯各种形态的含量及总含量.结果表明,北京市区采样点公路旁土壤中铂,铑和钯的总量分别为154·23ng·g-1,62·77ng·g-1和77·97ng·g-1,其中非残留态的百分比含量为铑(37·82%)>钯(27·45%)>铂(26·87%);在自然条件作用下可进入地下水和可被植物吸收部分的百分比为铑(29·14%)>钯(23·87%)>>铂(7·92%).

SARS-CoV-2 mutations contribute to increased viral transmissibility and immune escape,compromising the effectiveness of existing vaccines and neutralizing *** in-depth investigation on COVID-19 pathogenesis is urgently needed to develop a strategy against SARS-CoV-2 ***,we identified CD147 as a universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2 and its ***,Meplazeumab,a humanized anti-CD147 antibody,could block cellular entry of SARS-CoV-2 and its variants-alpha,beta,gamma,and delta,with inhibition rates of 68.7,75.7,52.1,52.1,and 62.3%at 60μg/ml,***,humanized CD147 transgenic mice were susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 and its two variants,alpha and *** infected,these mice developed exudative alveolar pneumonia,featured by immune responses involving alveoli-infiltrated macrophages,neutrophils,and lymphocytes and activation of IL-17 signaling ***,we proposed that severe COVID-19-related cytokine storm is induced by a"spike protein-CD147-CyPA signaling axis":Infection of SARS-CoV-2 through CD147 initiated the JAK-STAT pathway,which further induced expression of cyclophilin A(CyPA);CyPA reciprocally bound to CD147 and triggered MAPK ***,the MAPK pathway regulated the expression of cytokines and chemokines,which promoted the development of cytokine ***,Meplazumab could effectively inhibit viral entry and inflammation caused by SARS-CoV-2 and its ***,our findings provided a new perspective for severe COVID-19-related ***,the validated universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2 and its variants can be targeted for COVID-19 treatment.

Background:The incidence of cryptococcal meningitis among immunocompetent patients increases,especially in China and imaging plays an important *** current study was to find the correlation between magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)manifestation and clinical severity in nonhuman immunodeficiency virus patients with cryptococcal infection of central nervous system (CNS). Methods:A total of 65 patients with CNS cryptococcal infection from August 2014 to October 2016 were retrospectively included in this *** the patients had MRI data and clinical *** patients were divided into two groups according to whether the patients were confirmed with identifiable underlying *** and correlation of MRI and clinical data in both groups were investigated using independent sample t-test,Chi-square test,Mann-Whitney test and Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results:In all 65 patients,41 cases (41/65,63.1%;Group 1)had normal immunity and 24 cases (24/65,36.9%;Group 2)had at least one identifiable underlying ***,higher percentage of neutrophil (NEUT)in white blood cell (WBC),and increased cell number of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF)were much common in patients with underlying disease (Group 1 *** 2:Fever:21/41 vs.21/24,x^2 =8.715,P =0.003;NEUT in WBC:73.15%vs.79.60%,Z=-2.370,P =0.018;cell number of CSF:19 vs.200,Z=-4.298,P <0.001;respectively).Compared to the patients with normal immunity,the lesions are more common in the basal ganglia among patients with identifiable underlying disease (Group 1 *** 2:20/41 vs.20/24,x^2 =7.636,P =0.006).The number of the involved brain areas in patients with identifiable underlying disease were well correlated with the number of cells and pressure of CSF (r =-0.472,P =0.031,r =0.779,P =0.039;respectively). Recent evidence suggests that CD147 serves as a novel receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** CD147 via anti-CD147 antibody could suppress the in vitro SARS-CoV-2 *** is a humanized anti-CD147 IgG_(2) monoclonal antibody,which may effectively prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)***,we conducted a randomized,double-blinded,placebo-controlled phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of meplazumab in healthy subjects,and an open-labeled,concurrent controlled add-on exploratory phase 2 study to determine the efficacy in COVID-19 *** phase 1 study,59 subjects were enrolled and assigned to eight cohorts,and no serious treatment-emergent adverse event(TEAE)or TEAE grade≥3 was *** serum and peripheral blood Cmax and area under the curve showed non-linear pharmacokinetic *** obvious relation between the incidence or titer of positive anti-drug antibody and dosage was observed in each *** biodistribution study indicated that meplazumab reached lung tissue and maintained>14 days stable with the lung tissue/cardiac blood-pool ratio ranging from 0.41 to *** the exploratory phase 2 study,17 COVID-19 patients were enrolled,and 11 hospitalized patients were involved as concurrent *** meplazumab treatment significantly improved the discharged(P=0.005)and case severity(P=0.021),and reduced the time to virus negative(P=0.045)in comparison to the control *** results show a sound safety and tolerance of meplazumab in healthy volunteers and suggest that meplazumab could accelerate the recovery of patients from COVID-19 pneumonia with a favorable safety profile.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.
