The discovery of the Higgs boson with its mass around 125 GeV by the ATLAS and CMS Collaborations marked the beginning of a new era in high energy *** Higgs boson will be the subject of extensive studies of the ongoing LHC *** the same time,lepton collider based Higgs factories have been proposed as a possible next step beyond the LHC,with its main goal to precisely measure the properties of the Higgs boson and probe potential new physics associated with the Higgs *** Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is one of such proposed Higgs *** CEPC is an e^+e^- circular collider proposed by and to be hosted in *** in a tunnel of approximately 100 km in circumference,it will operate at a center-of-mass energy of 240 GeV as the Higgs *** this paper,we present the first estimates on the precision of the Higgs boson property measurements achievable at the CEPC and discuss implications of these measurements.

INTRODUCTIONAntiarrhythmic drugs remain a critically important component of the approach to therapy of cardiac arrhythmias. Over the past 20 years, despite their antiarrhythmic efficacy in many pathological settings, Class Ⅰ and Ⅲ antiarrhythmic drugs have been shown to be associated with the development of proarrhythmias and an increase in the likelihood of causing higher mortality by inducing torsade de pointes ventricular tachycardia and other serious adverse reactions. Consequently, the development of safe and effective antiarrhythmic regimens remains a primary focus of contemporary cardiovascular research.

目的探讨基于镜像神经元理论的动作观察疗法对早期脑卒中患者上肢运动功能和体感诱发电位（SEP）的影响。方法将30例脑卒中患者按随机数字表法分为观察组（15例）和对照组（15例）。对照组采用常规康复治疗，如肢体良肢位摆放、平衡训练、日常生活活动（ADL）能力训练等，观察组在对照组基础上辅以动作观察疗法，每周治疗10次，共治疗8周。分别于治疗前、治疗4周和治疗8周后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法（FMA）（上肢部分）及Barthe]指数（BI）对2组患者的上肢运动功能和SEP进行评估检测，记录SEP检测中N9、N20的潜伏期和波幅。结果观察组治疗4周及治疗8周后的上肢FMA评分分别为（18．87±6．62）分和（26．27±9．22）分，与治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗4周和治疗8周后的上肢FMA评分分别为（16．53±4．79）分和（20．07±6．77）分，组内比较仅治疗8周后的上肢FMA评分与治疗前差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；与对照组比较，观察组治疗8周后上肢FMA评分的提高值大于对照组治疗8周后上肢FMA评分的提高值（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗4周及治疗8周后的BI指数评分分别为（58．00±19．89）分和（62．33±20．34）分，而对照组治疗4周及治疗8周后的BI指数评分分别为（65．67±18．01）分和（71．33±14．82）分，2组BI评分与治疗前相比，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗8周后观察组BI提高值与对照组BI提高值相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗4周及治疗8周后，观察组偏瘫侧SEP的N9和N20潜伏期分别为[（9．35±1．63）ms和（9．03±1．68）ms、（20．84±2．07）ms和（20．32±2．56）ms]，波幅分别为[（3．71±1．28）μV和（3．91±1．18）μV、（1．83±0．44）μV和（2．08±0．51）μV]，比较后发现，N9、N20的潜伏期均逐渐缩短、波幅逐渐增高（P〈0．05）；对照组偏瘫侧SEP的N9、N20潜伏期分别为[（9．874-1．68）ms和（9．52±1．54）ms、（20．89±2．38）ms和（20．51±2．69）ms]，波幅分别为[（2．75±1．54）μV和（2．84±1．47）μV、（1．38±0．43）μV和（1．51±0．44）μV]，治疗4周后的N20潜伏期和治疗8周后的N9、N20潜伏期与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），对照组偏瘫侧仅治疗8周后的N20波幅与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论基于镜像神经元理论的动作观察疗法可改善早期脑卒中患者的上肢运动功能，改善其SEP。

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

[目的]为获得优良、高效的稻曲病生防菌株。[方法]通过对峙培养法、菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法,综合筛选对稻曲病菌具有拮抗作用的生防菌株,根据形态特征、生理生化特性和16S r DNA序列进行种类鉴定。[结果]筛选出2株抑菌活性较高的生防菌QYQN-3和ZHQN-6,抑菌圈直径分别为33.33、31.67 mm,30%发酵液的菌丝生长抑制率分别为56.06%和50.76%,孢子萌发抑制率分别为47.85%和74.85%。菌株QYQN-3具有广谱抑菌效果。QYQN-3为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),ZHQN-6为短小芽孢杆菌(B. pumilus)。[结论]2株生防菌对稻曲病菌均有较高的抑制效果,拓宽了稻曲病生防菌的种类。

The Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST, also called the guo Shou jing Telescope) is a special reflecting Schmidt telescope. LAMOST’s special design allows both a large aperture (effective aperture of 3.6 m–4.9 m) and a wide field of view (FOV) (5°). It has an innovative active reflecting Schmidt configuration which continuously changes the mirror’s surface that adjusts during the observation process and combines thin deformable mirror active optics with segmented active optics. Its primary mirror (6.67m×6.05 m) and active Schmidt mirror (5.74m×4.40 m) are both segmented, and composed of 37 and 24 hexagonal sub-mirrors respectively. By using a parallel controllable fiber positioning technique, the focal surface of 1.75 m in diameter can accommodate 4000 optical fibers. Also, LAMOST has 16 spectrographs with 32 CCD cameras. LAMOST will be the telescope with the highest rate of spectral acquisition. As a national large scientific project, the LAMOST project was formally proposed in 1996, and approved by the Chinese government in 1997. The construction started in 2001, was completed in 2008 and passed the official acceptance in June 2009. The LAMOST pilot survey was started in October 2011 and the spectroscopic survey will launch in September 2012. Up to now, LAMOST has released more than 480 000 spectra of objects. LAMOST will make an important contribution to the study of the large-scale structure of the Universe, structure and evolution of the Galaxy, and cross-identification of multiwaveband properties in celestial objects.

To verify the performance of the neutron total cross-sectional spectrometer, the neutron total cross section of carbon is initially measured in the energy range of 1 eV to 20 MeV using the time-of-flight method. The measurement is performed at the Back-n white neutron source with a 76-m time-of-flight path using the China Spallation Neutron Source. A multilayer fast fission chamber with 235U and 238U is employed as the neutron detector. The diameter and thickness of the natural graphite sample are 70 mm and 40 mm, respectively. Signal waveforms are collected using a data acquisition system. Off-line data processing was used to obtain the neutron time-of-flight spectra and transmissions. The uncertainty of the counting statistics is generally approximately 3% for each bin in the energy range of 1–20 MeV. It is determined that the results for the neutron total cross section of carbon obtained using ^235U cells are in good agreement with the results obtained using 238U cells within limits of statistical uncertainty. Moreover, the measured total cross sections show good agreement with the broadening evaluated data.

目的评价2种赛洛多辛胶囊在健康中国男性的生物等效性。方法用开放、单剂量、双周期、随机交叉设计,32名健康男性受试者随机分为2组,单次口服赛洛多辛胶囊试验药物或对照药物4 mg,用LC-MS/MS测定血浆赛洛多辛血药浓度,用WinNonlin非房室模型计算药代动力学参数,评价生物等效性。结果试验药物与对照药物药代动力学参数分别如下:Cmax为(28.14±10.12),(29.43±10.28)***-1;tmax为(0.98±0.65),(1.06±0.76)h;t1/2为(7.27±1.75),(7.50±1.42)h;AUC0-24 h为(120.22±35.08),(114.59±31.24)***-1。Cmax、AUC0-24 h和AUC0-∞的90%可信区间分别为85.6%～106.0%、97.5%～111.6%和97.2%～110.9%。试验药物对于对照药物的平均相对生物利用度F为(106.7±22.2)%。结论 2种赛洛多辛胶囊剂在中国健康男性受试者体内具有生物等效性。

矽肺小鼠肺部菌群失调影响肺上皮间质转化过程

目的探讨肺部菌群失调对矽肺小鼠肺纤维化和肺上皮间质转化(EMT)过程的影响。方法将无特定病原体级雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为空白对照组、矽肺模型组、溶剂对照组、万古霉素(VM)+氨苄青霉素(AMP)组、甲硝唑(MNZ)+新霉素(NEO)组和混合处理组,每组12只。除空白对照组予20.0μL的0.9%氯化钠溶液外,其余5组小鼠均采用一次性气管滴注法滴注20.0μL质量浓度为250.0 g/L的矽尘混悬液建立矽肺小鼠模型。各组小鼠采用鼻内滴注法对应予以下处理:溶剂对照组小鼠予双蒸水;VM+AMP组小鼠予质量浓度为0.5 g/L的VM和1.0 g/L的AMP;MNZ+NEO组小鼠予质量浓度均为1.0 g/L的MNZ和NEO;混合处理组小鼠予上述相同剂量的四种抗生素,滴注体积均为50.0μL;于染尘前7 d、染尘前0.5 h以及染尘后7、14、21 d各滴注抗生素1次。染尘后28 d采集小鼠肺组织,采用苏木精-伊红和Masson染色法观察肺组织病理变化;以蛋白质印迹法检测肺组织中α平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)、E-钙黏蛋白(E-CAD)、波形蛋白(VIM)的相对表达水平,免疫组织化学法检测肺组织中E-CAD和VIM相对表达水平,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法检测肺组织中Ⅰ型胶原α2链(Col1a2)mRNA相对表达水平。结果组织病理学结果显示,空白对照组小鼠肺泡壁薄且结构完整,周围浸润炎性细胞少,无异常的胶原纤维分布;矽肺模型组小鼠肺泡结构紊乱,伴有大量炎性细胞浸润,肺泡壁增厚,细胞纤维结节增生,蓝色胶原沉积大量分布在纤维结节团块中;与矽肺模型组和溶剂对照组比较,VM+AMP组、MNZ+NEO组和混合处理组小鼠肺组织炎症与纤维化均有不同程度的减轻。与空白对照组比较,矽肺模型组小鼠肺组织α-SMA、VIM蛋白和Col1a2 mRNA相对表达水平均升高(P值均<0.05),E-CAD蛋白相对表达水平降低(P<0.05);与矽肺模型组和溶剂对照组比较,MNZ+NEO组和混合处理组小鼠肺组织α-SMA、VIM蛋白和Col1a2 mRNA相对表达水平均降低(P值均<0.05),E-CAD蛋白相对表达水平均升高(P值均<0.05)。结论干预肺部菌群的矽肺小鼠肺纤维化程度降低,其中厌氧菌和革兰氏阴性菌抑制了肺纤维化,肺部菌群的失调影响了肺EMT。
