Some patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection failed to clear HBV,even persistently continue to produce antibodies to *** we performed a two stage genome wide association study in a cohort of Chinese patients designed to discover single nucleotide variants that associate with HBV infection and clearance of *** first stage involved genome wide exome sequencing of 101 cases(HBsAg plus anti-HBs positive)compared with 102 control patients(antiHBs positive,HBsAg negative).Over 80%of individual sequences displayed 209 sequence ***,uncertain bases[10%or low-quality base calls([50%)were filtered and compared to the human reference genome *** the second stage,579 chronic HBV infected cases and 439 HBV clearance controls were sequenced with selected genes from the first *** there were no significant associated gene variants in the first stage,two significant gene associations were discovered when the two stages were assessed in a combined *** association showed rs506121-“T”allele[within the dedicator of cytokinesis 8(DOCK8)gene]was higher in chronic HBV infection group than that in clearance group(P=0.002,OR=0.77,95%CI[0.65,0.91]).The second association involved rs2071676—A allele within the Carbonic anhydrase(CA9)gene that was significantly elevated in chronic HBV infection group compared to the clearance group(P=0.0003,OR=1.35,95%CI[1.15,1.58]).Upon replication these gene associations would suggest the influence of DOCK8 and CA9 as potential risk genetic factors in the persistence of HBV infection.

介绍具有多个焦点的160 kV碳纳米管阴极分布式X射线管的研制工作及无损检测初步应用。基于Opera-3D软件对线阵列布置多焦点的模拟仿真,设计了多阴极—阵列聚焦—阳极结构,研究了45个碳纳米管阴极阵列的恒流发射特性以及多焦点的各焦点尺寸一致性。该射线管阳极电压160 kV,阳极电流15 mA,可长时间连续稳定工作于2.4 kW大功率状态,45个碳纳米管阴极工作于恒流状态时,各阴极控制电压的差异可反映其一致性,测得标准差为5.2%,45个焦点的平均焦斑尺寸为1.09 mm×1.22 mm,与模拟计算结果相符,且标准差为0.02 mm×0.06 mm,具有较好的一致性。该分布式X射线管以多焦点可编程脉冲发射的方式工作,在较小焦点状态实现大功率运行,通过线对卡测试具备较高的分辨率,对小型发动机进行多个视角的静态层析快速成像测试,可获得相比传统单点DR检测更丰富的结构信息。

AIM： To assess the effect of notoginsenoside R1 on hepatic microcirculatory disturbance induced by gut ischemia/reperfusion （I/R） in mice. METHODS： The superior mesenteric artery （SMA） of C57/BL mice was ligated for 15 min to induce gut ischemia followed by 30-rain reperfusion. In another set of experiments, R1 was continuously infused （10 mg/kg per hour） from 10 min before I/R until the end of the investigation to study the influence of R1 on hepatic microcirculatory disturbance induced by gut I/R. Hepatic microcirculation was observed by inverted microscopy, and the vascular diameter, red blood cell （RBC） velocity and sinusoid perfusion were estimated. Leukocyte rolling and adhesion were observed under a laser confocal microscope. Thirty and 60 min after reperfusion, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, alanine aminotransferase （ALl＇） and aspartate transaminase （AST） in peripheral blood were determined. The expression of adhesion molecules CD11b/CD18 in neutrophils and tumor necrosis factor- alpha （TNF-α）, interleukin-6 （IL-6） and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 （MCP-1） in plasma were evaluated by flow Oltometry. E-selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ICAM-1） in hepatic tissue were examined by ***： After gut I/R, the diameters of terminal portal venules and central veins, RBC velocity and the number of perfused sinusoids were decreased, while the leukocyte rolling and adhesion, the expression of E-selectin in hepatic vessels and CD18 in neutrophils, IL-6, MCP-1, LDH, ALT and AST were increased. R1 treatment attenuated these alterations except for IL-6 and MCP-1. CONCLUSION： R1 prevents I/R-induced hepatic microcirculation disturbance and hepatocyte injury, The effect of R1 is related to its inhibition of leukocyte rolling and adhesion by inhibiting the expression of E-selectin in endothelium and CD18 in neutrophils.

＜正＞Effects of morphine on acquisition and retrieval of memory have been proven in the avoidance *** present study,we used a two-trial recognition Y-maze to test the effects of acute morphine and morphine withdrawal on spatial recognition memory.Y-maze is based on the innate tendency of rodents to explore novel environments therefore can avoid punishment and ***:1) Pre-training morphine 10 mg/kg impaired the recognition spatial memory of acquisition after a 1 h inter-trial interval（ITI）,whereas morphine 2.5,5 and 10 mg/kg showed impairment after 2 h ITI.2) Preretention morphine 5,10 mg/kg disrupted the retrieval of memory after 1 h ITI.3) Morphine 5 and 10 mg/kg caused hyperlocomotor activity depending on the state.4) Mice withdrawn from morphine 40 mg/kg but not 10 mg/kg for 3 d showed amnesia in *** data suggested t hat acute morphine impaired the acquisition and retrieval of spatial recognition memory and increased the locomotor activity in Y-maze depending on the dose and ***,withdrawal from chronic morphine also impaired acquisition in Y-maze depending on the dose and state.

Clinical Profile and Significance of Mucocutaneous Lesions of Primary Sjogren＇s Syndrome： A Large Cross-sectional Study with 874 Patients

Background： Mucocutaneous lesions are common features of primary Sjogren＇s syndrome （pSS）, but only a few studies have focused on them. To demonstrate the profile ofmucocutaneous lesions ofpSS and further explore their potential clinical significance, we perfermed a cross-sectional study on 874 patients. Methods： Demographic data, clinical manifestations, and laboratory results of 874 pSS patients were collected. Patients were divided into two groups according to the presence of mucocutaneous lesions. Differences in primary symptoms and systemic impairments between the two groups were analyzed. Results of laboratory tests were also compared alter excluding those who had taken corticosteroid from both groups. One-year follow-up was done, and occurrences of various new complications were compared. Results： Among the 874 pSS patients, 181 patients had mucocutaneous lesions, accounting for 20.7%. Multiple mucocutaneous manifestations were displayed, and the top four most common types of lesions were purpuric eruptions （39.8%）, urticaria （23.8%）, Raynaud＇s phenomenon （14.9%）, and angular stomatitis （9.9%）. Incidences of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, pulmonary bullae, leukopenia, and anemia were significantly higher among patients with mucocutaneous lesions （P 〈 0.05）. Increase in lgG and decrease in C4 among patients with mucocutaneous lesions displayed statistical significance after excluding patients from both groups who had taken corticosteroid （P 〈 0.05）. Alter one-year follow-up, patients with mucocutaneous lesions presented a slightly higher incidence of new complications compared to those without. Conclusions： Mucocutaneous manifestations ofpSS patients were common and diverse. Patients with mucocutaneous manifestations had more systemic damages, higher level of IgG, and lower level of serum C4, suggesting a higher activity of the primary disease.
