The growth in biomedical data resources has raised potential privacy concerns and risks of genetic information leakage. For instance, exome sequencing aids clinical decisions by comparing data through web services, but it requires significant trust between users and providers. To alleviate privacy concerns, the most commonly used strategy is to anonymize sensitive data. Unfortunately, studies have shown that anonymization is insufficient to protect against reidentification attacks. Recently, privacy-preserving technologies have been applied to preserve application utility while protecting the privacy of biomedical data. We present the PICOTEES framework, a privacy-preserving online service of phenotype exploration for genetic-diagnostic variants (https://***:3000/). PICOTEES enables privacy-preserving queries of the phenotype spectrum for a single variant by utilizing trusted execution environment technology, which can protect the privacy of the user's query information, backend models, and data, as well as the final results. We demonstrate the utility and performance of PICOTEES by exploring a bioinformatics dataset. The dataset is from a cohort containing 20,909 genetic testing patients with 3,152,508 variants from the Children's Hospital of Fudan university in china. dominated by the Chinese Han population (>99.9%). Our query results yield a large number of unreported diagnostic variants and previously reported pathogenicity.

Invertebrate species are a natural reservoir of viral genetic diversity,and invertebrate pests are widely distributed in crop ***,information on viruses infecting invertebrate pests of crops is *** this report,we describe the deep metatranscriptomic sequencing of 88 invertebrate samples covering all major invertebrate pests in rice *** identified 296 new RNA viruses and 13 known RNA *** viruses clustered within 31 families,with many highly divergent viruses constituting potentially new families and *** the identified viruses,13 RNA viruses clustered within the Fiersviridae family of bacteriophages,and 48 RNA viruses clustered within families and genera of *** detected known rice viruses in novel invertebrate hosts at high ***,some novel RNA viruses have genome structures closely matching to known plant viruses and clustered within genera of several plant virus *** potential insect pathogenic RNA viruses were detected in invertebrate *** analysis revealed that host taxonomy plays a major role and geographical location plays an important role in structuring viral ***-species transmission of RNA viruses was detected between invertebrate *** identified viral genomes showed extensive variation for invertebrate viral families or ***,the large-scale metatranscriptomic analysis greatly expands our understanding of RNA viruses in rice invertebrate species,the results provide valuable information for developing efficient strategies to manage insect pests and virus-mediated crop diseases.

Objective:To investigate the effect of combination of valproate(low-and hlgh-plasma valproate levels)and low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on seizure susceptibility in ***:Sprague Dawley male rats was repeated(total of 7 injections given 3 times per day) administration of valproate by two kind of doses(200mg/kg i.p and 100mg/kg i.p)before an intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetrazole(60mg/kg).Half rats were magnetically stimulated at 0.5Hz of 600 pulses before injection of *** electroencephalogram and behavior of rats were both recorded. The serum valproate level and cortical concentration were also ***:In rats with low plasma valproate level,*** rTMS led to prolonged latency to epileptiform discharge on EEG and myoclonic jerk,effectively prevented the development of clonic-tonic seizure induced by *** this significant effect on seizure susceptibility was similar as in rat only received high dose of ***,in rats with high plasma valproate level,0.5Hz rTMS had no ***:Our findings indicate that the 0.5Hz rTMS may share the same mechanism on seizure susceptibility with valproate,the combination of rTMS and VPA may reduce the use of *** therapeutic use of rTMS in epilepsy should take into consideration the interaction between rTMS and drugs.

Perioperative complication incidence and risk factors for retroperitoneal neuroblastoma in children:analysis of 571 patients

Investigation of Breaking Efficiency of N-Glycosidic Bond Between Sulfonamide and Honey

Sulfonamide residue in honey existed in a form bonded to sugar via the N-glycosidic *** would result in the possible underestimation of concentration of sulfonamide if it is not decomposed by chemical ***,in china.s Mainland and Taiwan（***）,the regulation for sulfonamide residue analysis does not include hydrolysis and has been applied to a very broad range of samples,for example,egg,milk,meat,seafood as well as *** paper demonstrates the necessity of hydrolysis of it prior to extracting *** breaking efficiencies of N-glycosidic bond were investigated by 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid,pure methanol and 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid in methanol,*** was found that acid plays the key role in breaking the N-glycosidic bond,and it was also noticed that the dissolution of liberated sulfonamide in methanol could carry the reaction forward in favor of breaking the N-glycosidic bond.
