The whole heart decellularized extracellular matrix(ECM) has become a promising scaffold material for cardiac tissue engineering. Our previous research has shown that the whole heart acellular matrix possesses the memory function regulating neural stem cells(NSCs) trans-differentiating to cardiac lineage cells. However, the cell subpopulations and phenotypes in the trans-differentiation of NSCs have not been clearly identified. Here, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing and identified 2,765 cells in the recellularized heart with NSCs revealing the cellular diversity of cardiac and neural lineage, confirming NSCs were capable of trans-differentiating into the cardiac lineage while maintaining the original ability to differentiate into the neural lineage. Notably, the trans-differentiated heart-like cells have dual signatures of neuroectoderm and cardiac mesoderm. This study unveils an in-depth mechanism underlying the trans-differentiation of NSCs and provides a new opportunity and theoretical basis for cardiac regeneration.

溶气原油CO_(2)溶解度预测模型

目的解决目前气体溶解度模型难以应用于溶气(CO_(2))原油等问题。方法利用自行设计建设的可承压搅拌釜装置研究了集输温度和压力对CO_(2)溶解度的影响规律,利用亨利定律对实验规律进行了分析,并建立了适用于集输环境下的CO_(2)溶解度计算模型。结果该模型创造性地引入了与实际压力和常压比值相关的4个参数,消除了已有模型的量纲问题。经过实验及文献数据验证,发现新的CO_(2)溶解度模型计算值与实验值相对误差最大为32.5%,与3种经典预测模型计算误差动辄超过50%相比有了明显改善,且绝对误差可以控制在2 L/L(以原油计)以内。结论基于该模型预测效果的显著提升,可以有效应用于溶气原油工业集输过程,对保障原油输运具有重要工程意义。

针对ICMPv6网络中DDoS攻击检测问题,提出一种基于CNN-BiLSTM网络的检测算法。通过将带有注意力机制、DropConnect和Dropout混合使用加入到CNN-BiLSTM算法中,防止在训练过程中产生的过拟合问题,同时更准确地提取数据的特性数据。通过实验表明:提出的算法在多次实验中的检测准确率、误报率与漏报率平均值分别为92.84%、4.49%和10.54%,检测算法泛化性较强,性能由于其他算法,能够有效处理ICMPv6 DDoS攻击检测问题。

China is entering a critical and accelerating phase of *** one of the most urbanized regions in China,the Changjiang(Yangtze)River Delta has experienced dramatic urbanization and urban ***,in the recent years,many changes have taken place in this region and there is limited attention to the regional urbanization path evolution,its problems and the way to solve these ***,we should revisit the urbanization process in the Changjiang River Delta *** this paper,we revisited urbanization paths of the Changjiang River Delta by data analysis,influence factors of urbanization by the Gray Relational Analysis,and major challenges to urbanization of the Changjiang River Delta by theoretical *** found that the urbanization of the Changjiang River Delta had experienced several stages of large-scale spatial and urban system *** the Changjiang River Delta,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Jiangshu had experienced different urbanization path with local *** with their development model gradually converging,their urbanization model is also *** also found that the major influence factors affecting the Changjiang River Delta urbanization were dynamic change and urbanization was driven by different key factors in different socio-economic development ***,the Changjiang River Delta urbanization is facing many problems such as existing institutional arrangements,including the hukou(household registration)system and others which can not meet the needs of current socioeconomic development and ***,it is imperative to promote institutional innovation and adopt a new urbanization development strategy for the sake of the orderly and sustainable urbanization development in the Changjiang River Delta.

Understanding the spatial variability of house- hold carbon emissions is necessary for formulating sustainable and low-carbon energy policy. However, data on household carbon emissions is limited in China, the world＇s largest greenhouse gases emitter. This study quantifies and maps household carbon emissions in Shanghai using a city-wide household survey. The findings reveal substantial spatial variability in household carbon emissions, especially in transport-related emissions. Low emission clusters are founded in Hongkou, Xuhui, Luwan, Jinshan, and Fengxian. High emission clusters are located in Jiading and Pudong. Overall, the spatial pattern of household carbon emissions in Shanghai is donut-shaped： lowest in the urban core, increasing in the surrounding suburban areas, and declining again in the urban fringe and rural regions. The household emissions are correlated with a number of housing and socioeconomic factors, including car ownership, type of dwelling, size of dwelling, age of dwelling, and income. The findings underscore the importance of a localized approach to low-carbon policy- making and implementation.

中小型河流防洪治理是水美乡村的关键内容,也是乡村振兴战略实施的重要举措。根据濛坝河封闭防洪体系和水生态文明建设新要求,结合治理河段地形地质条件及防洪现状,提出新建与加固防洪堤、清淤疏浚河道相结合的固岸防冲生态治理思路。通过分段修建格宾石笼生态式和浆砌石重力式防洪堤与上下游构建闭合防洪体系,治理河段防洪标准和行洪能力得到提高,河道水生态环境得到改善。

Lipase from Antarctic krill,with a molecular weight of 71.27kDa,was purified with ammonium sulfate precipitation and a series of chromatographic separations over ion exchange(DEAE)and gel filtration columns(Sephacryl S-100),resulting in 5.2%recovery with a 22.4-fold purification *** optimal pH and temperature for enzyme activity were 8.0 and 45℃,*** lipase had Km and Vmax values of 3.27mmolL−1 and 2.4Umg−1,respectively,using p-nitrophenyl laurate as the *** activity was enhanced by adding Ca2+and Mg2+ions in the concentration ranges of 0–0.5mmolL−1 and 0–0.3mmolL−1,respectively,while the activity was inhibited by a further increase in these ion ***3+and Cu2+ions showed obvious inhibitory effects on enzyme activity,and the inhibition rates were 71.8%and 53.3%when the ion concentrations were 0.5mmolL−1.

This paper studies the suburbanization process of Shanghai from 2000 to 2010 and the population aggregation of its five suburban new towns including Jiading,Songjiang,Qingpu,Nanqiao,and *** finds that Shanghai's population distribution pattern is featured by both continuity and *** detail,although Shanghai is still dominated by a single-centered expansion pattern,a multi-centered spatial pattern is gradually formed with a narrowing gap in population density between the central city and the *** the suburbanization of the migrant population is faster than that of the registered population and migrants re-gather in the central city as a result of its service industry development,there is a relatively smaller migrant population in the area between the Inner Ring Road and the Outer Ring ***,the population in the new towns that the city planning strategy has focused on is not increasing at the expected speed,thus more attention should be paid to a reasonable central citycentered,multi-leveled,towns-grouped,and compact urban spatial structure.

Piezoelectric nanogenerators(PENGs)are promising for harvesting renewable and abundant mechanical energy with high *** to now,published research studies have mainly focused on increasing the sensitivity and output of *** technical challenges in relation to practicability,comfort,and antibacterial performance,which are critically important for wearable applications,have not been well *** overcome the limitations,we developed an all-nanofiber PENG(ANF-PENG)with a sandwich structure,in which the middle poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene(P(VDF-HFP))/ZnO electrospun nanofibers serve as the piezoelectric layer,and the above and below electrostatic direct-writing P(VDF-HFP)/ZnO nanofiber membranes with a 110 nm Ag layer on one side that was plated by vacuum coating technique serve as the electrode *** the ANF-PENG only has 91μm thick and does not need further encapsulating,it has a high air permeability of 24.97 mm/*** nanoparticles in ANF-PENG not only improve the piezoelectric output,but also have antibacterial function(over 98%).The multifunctional ANF-PENG demonstrates good sensitivity to human motion and can harvest mechanical energy,indicating great potential applications in flexible self-powered electronic wearables and body health monitoring.
