Several gentamicin bulk samples from different origins were investigated using an LC/MS *** equipped with ion trap MS with positive ionization was performed on a Capcell Pak C18(AQ) column with the mobile phase containing 50 mM trifluoroacetic(TFA) and *** present in batches of gentamicin bulk samples were elucidated and compared according to their fragmentation *** total seventeen impurities present in samples,five impurities were not elucidated and two compounds were identified *** was observed that the impurity profiles were different in samples from different origins which indicate necessity in the quality control of gentamicin.

Nowadays potential preclinical drugs for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)have failed to achieve expected therapeutic efficacy because the pathogenic mechanisms are *** rhomboid protein 2(IRHOM2),a promising target for treatment of inflammation-related diseases,contributes to deregulated hepatocyte metabolism-associated nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)***,the molecular mechanism underlying Irhom2 regulation is still not completely *** this work,we identify the ubiquitin-specific protease 13(USP13)as a critical and novel endogenous blocker of IRHOM2,and we also indicate that USP13 is an IRHOM2-interacting protein that catalyzes deubiquitination of Irhom2 in ***-specific loss of the Usp13 disrupts liver metabolic homeostasis,followed by glycometabolic disorder,lipid deposition,increased inflammation,and markedly promotes NASH ***,transgenic mice with Usp13 overexpression,lentivirus(LV)-or adeno-associated virus(AAV)-driven Usp13 gene therapeutics mitigates NASH in 3 models of ***,in response to metabolic stresses,USP13 directly interacts with IRHOM2 and removes its K63-linked ubiquitination induced by ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2N(UBC13),a ubiquitin E2 conjugating enzyme,and thus prevents its activation of downstream cascade ***13 is a potential treatment target for NASH therapy by targeting the Irhom2 signaling pathway.

Hydrogel has been used for in suit gastric ulcer therapy by stopping bleeding,separating from ulcer from gastric fluids and providing extracellular matrix scaffold for tissue regeneration,however,this treatment guided with endoscopic catheter in most ***,we developed an oral keratin hydrogel to accelerate the ulcer healing without endoscopic guidance,which can specially adhere to the ulcer because of the high-viscosity gel formation on the wound surface in *** 50%of the ulcer-adhesive keratin hydrogel can resident in ethanol-treated rat stomach within 12 h,while approximately 18%of them maintained in health rat stomach in the same amount of ***,Keratin hydrogels accelerated the ethanol-induced gastric ulcer healing by stopping the bleeding,preventing the epithelium cells from gastric acid damage,suppressing inflammation and promoting *** oral administration of keratin hydrogel in gastric ulcer treatment can enhance the patient compliance and reduce the gastroscopy *** research findings reveal a promising biomaterial-based approach for treating gastrointestinal ulcers.

力学环境对植物根系生长发育及形态结构的影响受到国内外研究者越来越多的关注,但是目前相关研究着重于力学刺激下根系的生理学变化,对定量力学调控根系生长发育的研究仍然缺乏。同时,土壤紧实程度的力学刺激会直接影响根系发育,进而会对农作物生长发育和其产量造成影响。因此,建立机械强度可控的培养基模型来模拟土壤条件,这对于研究根系在土壤中的穿透生长情况具有重要意义。本研究基于Phytagel培养基成功构建了梯度杨氏模量实验模型,并在该模型的基础上开展拟南芥根系生长实验。研究发现:当培养基的杨氏模量在一定范围内(0.03~0.12 MPa)时,可以根据培养基的杨氏模量大小来预测拟南芥根系的长势。同时,在0.03~0.12 MPa的杨氏模量下,拟南芥根系生长发育并不是严格地随着培养基杨氏模量的增大而受到抑制。培养基的杨氏模量为0.06 MPa时最适合拟南芥根系生长发育;当培养基杨氏模量大于0.06 MPa时,根系生长发育随着杨氏模量的增大而受到抑制,达到0.11 MPa时,拟南芥根系不能穿透培养基生长。

Oxide-supported metal single-atom catalysts(SACs)have exhibited excellent catalytic performance for water-gas shift(WGS)***,we report the single-atom catalyst Pt1/FeOx exhibits excellent medium temperature catalytic performance for WGS reactions by the density functional theory(DFT)calculations and experimental *** calculations indicate that H_(2)O molecules are easily dissociated at oxygen vacancies,and the formed*OH and*O are adsorbed on Pt1 single atoms and the adjacent O atoms,*** studying four possible reaction mechanisms,it is found that the optimal WGS reaction pathway is proceeded along the carboxyl mechanism(pathway III),in which the formation of*COOH intermediates can promote the stability of Pt1/FeOx SAC and the easier occurrence of WGS *** energy barrier of the rate-determining step during the entire reaction cycle is only 1.16 eV,showing the high activity for the medium temperature WGS reaction on Pt1/FeOx SAC,which was verified by experimental ***,the calculated turnover frequencies(TOFs)of CO_(2)and H_(2)formation on Pt1/FeOx at 610 K(337℃)can reach up to 1.14×10^(-3)s^(-1)·site^(-1)through carboxyl *** this work,we further expand the application potential of Pt1/FeOx SAC in WGS reaction.

Based on the results from prospcction of seismic sonobuoy and two-ship refraction measurement, structural characteristics for earth crust of South China Sea Basin are analyzed: very thick crustal Layer 1, normal crustal Layer 2 and abnormally thin crustal Layer 3 are observed, with Layer 3 increasing continuously in thickness towards NS direction from the centre of the basin, and the earth crust becoming thick accordingly. These structural characteristics are in conformity with Cenozoic sea spreading mode inferred from magnetic anomaly. Finally, possible causes that account for these characteristics are discussed.
