Defects engineering is an effective strategy for manipulating electromagnetic parameters and enhancing electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption ***,the relationship between them is not clear,especially in solid solution *** this work,a series of(Cr_(1-x)V_(x))_(2)AlC MAX phase solid solutions with layered structure were prepared via tuning the ratio of Cr and V to explore their EMW absorption *** experimental results indicated that the doping of V atoms at the M-site could effectively regulate its impedance matching and EMW absorption properties by introducing appropriate numbers of defects in the crystal,such as twin boundaries,dislocations and lattice *** them,if Cr:V=3:1,Cr_(1.5)V_(0.5)AlC,as radar absorption materials,could reach a strong reflection loss of-51.8 dB at the frequency of 12.8 GHz under an ultra-thin thickness of 1.3 *** reflection loss value could attain-10 dB in a wide frequency range of 2.7-18 GHz and thickness range of 1-5 *** addition,after high temperature and acid-alkali immersion treatment,this sample still had good EMW absorption capability,and the effective absorption bandwidth was enhanced from 2.3 to 2.6 GHz after concentrated acid immersion or 3.1 GHz after concentrated alkali *** work has great reference significance for the research and development of high-performance MAX-based EMW absorption materials in harsh environments.

Evaluation of the energy budget of thermokarst lake in permafrost regions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Thermokarst lake formation accelerates permafrost degradation due to climate warming,thereby releasing significant amounts of carbon into the atmosphere,complicating hydrological cycles,and causing environmental ***,the energy transfer mechanism from the surface to the sediment of thermokarst lakes remains largely unexplored,thereby limiting our understanding of the magnitude and duration of biogeochemical processes and hydrological ***,herein,a typical thermokarst lake situated in the center of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)was selected for observation and energy budget *** results showed that the net radiation of the thermokarst lake surface was 95.1,156.9,and 32.3 W m^(-2) for the annual,ice-free,and ice-covered periods,respectively,and was approximately 76%of the net radiation consumed by latent heat *** in heat storage in the thermokarst lake initially increased from January to April,then decreased from April to December,with a maximum change of 48.1 W m^(-2) in *** annual average heat fuxes from lake water to sediments were 1.4 W m^(-2);higher heat fluxes occurred during the ice-free season at a range of 4.9-12.0 W m^(-2).The imbalance between heat absorption and release in the millennium scale caused the underlying permafrost of the thermokarst lake to completely *** present,the ground temperature beneath the lake bottom at a depth of 15 m has reached 2.0℃.The temperatures and vapor-pressure conditions of air and lake surfaces control the energy budget of the thermokarst *** findings indicate that changes in the hydrologic regime shifts and biogeochemical processes are more frequent under climate warming and permafrost degradation.

Neural tube defects(NTDs)are severe congenital neurodevelopmental disorders arising from incomplete neural tube *** folate supplementation has been shown to mitigate the incidence of NTDs,some cases,often attributable to genetic factors,remain *** SHROOM3 gene has been implicated in NTD cases that are unresponsive to folate supplementation;at present,however,the underlying mechanism remains *** tube morphogenesis is a complex process involving the folding of the planar epithelium of the neural *** determine the role of SHROOM3 in early developmental morphogenesis,we established a neuroepithelial organoid culture system derived from cynomolgus monkeys to closely mimic the in vivo neural plate *** of SHROOM3 resulted in shorter neuroepithelial cells and smaller *** morphological changes were attributed to the insufficient recruitment of cytoskeletal proteins,namely fibrous actin(F-actin),myosin II,and phospho-myosin light chain(PMLC),to the apical side of the neuroepithelial ***,these defects were not rescued by folate *** sequencing revealed that differentially expressed genes were enriched in biological processes associated with cellular and organ *** summary,we established an authentic in vitro system to study NTDs and identified a novel mechanism for NTDs that are unresponsive to folate supplementation.

Fasting is typically used before feeding metabolizable energy assessment in broilers. Previous studies have shown that fasting cause atrophy of the intestinal villus. Whether fasting affects intestinal permeability during refeeding by altering barrier function and nutrient absorption is of concern. Here, 23-d-old broilers were randomly assigned to 5 treatments, fasted for 0, 12, 24, 36, and 48 h, respectively, and then refed for 2 d, to study the impact of different duration of fasting on the intestinal regeneration and barrier function during refeeding. Results showed that the intestinal morphology in fasted birds was recovered in 2 d of refeeding at most. The efficient electrocatalysts with low cost, high activity and good durability plays a crucial role in the application of direct formic acid fuel cells. Herein, Pd nanoparticles supported on N-doped hollow carbon nanospheres (NHCN) embedded in Ndoped graphene (NG) with three-dimensional (3D) layered porous configuration by a simple and economical method were investigated as direct formic acid fuel cell catalysts. Owing to the unique 3D interconnected layered porous configuration doped with nitrogen atoms, Pd/NHCN@NG catalyst with smaller Pd nanoparticle size shows large catalytic active surface area, superior electrocatalyticactivity,highsteady-statecurrentdensity,strongabilitytoresistCOpoisoning,farsurpassingthoseofconventionalPd/C,Pd/NG,andPd/***/GOratio,itisfoundthatwhenthe HCN/GO mass ratio is 1∶1, Pd/NHCN@NG catalyst has the most outstanding performance in catalytic oxidation of formic acid,with an activity 4.21 times that of Pd/C. This work has developed a superior carbon-based support material for electrocatalysts, which brings broad application prospects for the development of fuel cells.

Review and prospect of floating car data research in transportation

With the advancement of Intelligent Transportation Systems， floating car data， as a crucial source of transportation information， has garnered increasing attention for its applications and development directions within the context of massive traffic data. This study conducts an in-depth literature review analysis of floating car data in the transportation field based on the Web of Science (WOS) database from 2000 to 2023， employing bibliometric methods and knowledge graph technologies. The current research status was visually analyzed through the literature distribution by year， research regions and institutions， research hotspots， and literature clustering using the bibliometric tool CiteSpace. Three major research topics were identified based on the literature clustering analysis. A systematic review of key literature was conducted to address research challenges related to floating car sampling proportions and frequencies， and future research challenges and opportunities were proposed. The result shows an overall parabolic increase in publication volume， with research hotspots mainly focusing on mountainous cities， cluster analysis， machine learning， and deep learning. The three major research clusters include traffic flow state， traffic safety， and route planning. The optimal investment proportion for floating cars is determined to be 3-8%， and the sampling frequency significantly affects the accuracy of vehicle speed and heading angle information， while having a weaker impact on positional parameters. With the trend of large-scale Internet-connected vehicle deployment in the future， a massive amount of floating car data will be generated， prompting in-depth research on the fusion of heterogeneous data sources， including floating car data. Future research could focus on leveraging Transformer and Graph Neural Networks to explore spatiotemporal features of data， developing lightweight real-time floating car data processing algorithms， and constructing multimodal r
