The effects of 5 lactic acid bacteria(LAB)fermentation on the pasting properties of glutinous rice flour were compared,and suitable fermentation strains were selected based on the changes of viscosity,setback value,and breakdown value to prepare LAB compound starter cultures.The results revealed that Latilactobacillus sakei HSD004 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HSD005 had apparent advantages in increasing the viscosity and reducing the setback and breakdown values of glutinous rice flour.In particular,the compound starter created using the two abovementioned LAB in the ratio of 3:1 had better performance than that using a single LAB in improving the pasting properties and increasing the water and oil absorption capacity of glutinous rice flour.Moreover,the gelatinization enthalpy of the fermented samples increased significantly.For frozen glutinous rice dough stored for 28 days,the viscoelasticity of frozen dough prepared by compound starter was better than that of control dough,and the freezable water content was lower than that of control dough.These results indicate that compound LAB fermentation is a promising technology in the glutinous rice-based food processing industry,which has significance for its application.

Post-disaster recovery and reconstruction provide an effective way to reduce the disaster vulnerability of, and promote leapfrog development in, an affected area. To date, studies that have used administrative boundaries to investigate the reconstruction of settlement space have not been able to clearly define the real boundaries of land use changes or quantify the degree of response to the ‘Build-Back-Better’ initiative, and have lacked any consideration of the fourth reconstruction stage–development period(10 years). This study constructed a mountain settlement niche and analyzed the characteristics, spatial reconstruction, and drivers of rural settlements during 2009–2019 in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River, southwest China. The results showed the following:(1) Natural factors were the basis for the formation and development of mountain settlement niches. The scale of the settlement niche and its land use structure depended on the physical geography features and the ethnic farming and grazing traditions. The settlement niche provided a realistic boundary for the spatial reconstruction.(2) The layout of residential land around cropland was the common feature of the mountain settlement niche. Of all the land use types, the roads and rural residential lands showed the most change over the 10 years;13,860 residential patches increased in size and 4,742 patches were abandoned.(3) The area of orchards, planted to reconstruct the economy in the mountains, increased by nearly 2.5 times.(4) Collapses, landslides, and debris flow disasters and the ecological red line influenced the spatial reconstruction. While the main focus of post-disaster recovery is spatial reconstruction, initiatives should include economic and spiritual recovery, and should also achieve sustainable development of the region.

Boron-doped high-entropy oxide toward high-rate and long-cycle layered cathodes for wide-temperature sodium-ion batteries

03-type layered metal oxides hold great promise for sodium-ion batteries cathodes owing to their energy density advantage.However,the severe irreversible phase transition and sluggish Na+diffusion kinetics pose significant challenges to achieve high-performance layered cathodes.Herein,a boron-doped03-type high entropy oxide Na(Fe0.2Co0.15Cu0.05Ni0.2Mn0.2Ti0.2)B0.02O2(NFCCNMT-B0.02) is designed and the covalent B-O bonds with high entropy configuration ensure a robust layered structure.The obtained cathode NFCCNMT-B0.02exhibits impressive cycling performance（capacity retention of 95% and 82% after100 cycles and 300 cycles at 1 and 10 C,respectively） and outstanding rate capability(capacity of 83 mAh g-1at 10 C).Furthermore,the NFCCNMT-B0.02demonstrates a superior wide-temperature performance,maintaining the same capacity level(113,4 mAh g-1@-20℃,121 mAh g-1@25℃,and 119 mAh g-1@60℃) and superior cycle stability（90% capacity retention after 100 cycles at 1 C at-20℃）.The high-entropy configuration design with boron doping strategy contributes to the excellent sodium-ion storage performance.The high-entropy configuration design effectively suppresses irreversible phase transitions accompanied by small volume changes（ΔV=0.65 ?3）.B ions doping expands the Na layer distance and enlarges the P3 phase region,thereby enhancing Na+diffusion kinetics.This work offers valuable insights into design of high-performance layered cathodes for sodium-ion batteries operating across a wide temperature.

社会发展需求的增长、工程建造能力的提升以及气候变化等环境因素的改变带来的新震害现象、技术手段和工程需求,为土动力学及岩土地震工程研究提出了新挑战并创造了新机遇。文章重点针对近年来土动力学与岩土地震工程领域的一些新现象、新手段和新挑战进行综述,聚焦于土的动力特性、砂土地震液化、土的动力测试和岩土地震工程试验、岩土地震工程数值模拟以及岩土工程抗震等方面,分析当前理论研究和工程实践所面临的新问题和新挑战,梳理近年来所取得的一些最新进展,并对今后的研究方向进行探讨。

The community structure of zooplankton has been conducted in the Lembeh Strait in Bitung and Wori Beach in Manado, North Sulawesi in October 2015. Sampling of this research was conducted in 22 sampling sites along the strait. Zooplankton samples were collected from 22 stations, by NORPAC 300 μm net that was vertically hauled from maximum 10 m depth up to the surface water. The samples were poured into the bottle with formalin of 4%as preservative. The results showed that there were 43 taxa of zooplankton. The abundance of zooplankton was between 21.216–4 193.776 ind./m;. The dominant taxa were copepod, especially Calanoida. The composition of zooplankton was relatively similar in all stations. We showed the abundance, dominance, composition and distribution of zooplankton at this research. More extensive studies concerning zooplankton is required to understand zooplankton biodiversity as a whole especially on the geographical and spatial distribution to describe population and community dynamic in the Lembeh Strait and Wori Beach.

IntroductionGaN has attracted a lot of research attention because it has lower Ohmic contact resistance, large electron saturation velocity and a large breakdown field, combined with excellent thermal conductivity and stability, making it an excellent material for high-temperature, high-power and high-brightness optoelectronic devices such as field effect transistors (FET), junction (FET), bipolar transistors and photodiodes[1]. Since threading dislocations resulting from large lattice mismatach and the difference between thermal expansion coefficients of epitaxial GaN and substrate severely degrade the optical and electric qualities of the GaN layer, high quality GaN is indeed required for manufacture of high performance optical device[2]. Characterization of the microstructures of selectively lateral overgrowth of epitaxial GaN using SEM is presented in this work with focus on fully understanding evolution of the morphology and dislocation distribution that occurs in the different growth situations in order for establishment of procession-microstructure-properties interrelations.

Regional disparities of phytoplankton in relation to environmental factors in the western Arctic Ocean during summer of 2010

Global warming has caused Arctic sea ice to rapidly retreat,which is affecting phytoplankton,the primary producers at the base of the food chain,as well as the entire ecosystem.However,few studies with large spatial scales related to the Arctic Basin at high latitude have been conducted.This study aimed to investigate the relationship between changes in phytoplankton community structure and ice conditions.Fifty surface and 41 vertically stratified water samples from the western Arctic Ocean（67.0°–88°26′N,152°–178°54′W） were collected by the Chinese icebreaker R/V Xuelong from July 20 to August 30,2010 during China＇s fourth Arctic expedition.Using these samples,the species composition,spatial distribution,and regional disparities of phytoplankton during different stages of ice melt were assessed.A total of 157 phytoplankton taxa（〉5 μm） belonging to 69 genera were identified in the study area.The most abundant species were Navicula pelagica and Thalassiosira nordenskioeldii,accounting for 31.23% and 14.12% of the total phytoplankton abundance,respectively.The average abundance during the departure trip and the return trip were 797.07×10~2 cells/L and 84.94×10~2 cells/L,respectively.The highest abundance was observed at Sta.R09 in the north of Herald Shoal,where Navicula pelagica was the dominant species accounting for 59.42% of the abundance.The vertical distribution of phytoplankton abundance displayed regional differences,and the maximum abundances were confined to the lower layers of the euphotic zone near the layers of the halocline,thermocline,and nutricline.The species abundance of phytoplankton decreased from the low-latitude shelf to the high-latitude basin on both the departure and return trips.The phytoplankton community structure in the shallow continental shelf changed markedly during different stages of ice melt,and there was shift in dominant species from centric to pennate diatoms.Results of canonical correspondence analysis（CCA） showed that there were two distinct communities of phytoplankton in the

Fifty-seven stations （48 grid stations and nine stratified stations） were sampled across the study region （67.000°-88.394°N, 152.500°-178.643°W） during the 4th Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition （CHI- NARE 4） from July to August 2010 by the icebreaker R/VXuelong. A total of 24 species of Hydromedusae were identified from 130 zooplankton samples, of which seven species belonged to Automedusa, eight species to Anthomedusae, four species to Leptomedudae, and three species to Siphonophora. Catablema multicir- ratum Kishinouye, 1910, Bougainvillia bitentaculata Uchida, 1925, and Euphysajaponica （Maas, 1909） were recorded for the first time in the Arctic sea. In the present paper, 18 species of Hydromedusae were described and illustrated, of which three species were described for the first time in the Arctic sea, and 15 species were described for the first time in China.

重叠效应理论是教育领域中指导家校社合作最具影响力的理论。基于“理论解读-问题剖析-逻辑阐释-模式构建-推进路径”的思路,运用文献资料法、文本分析法深入探讨了我国儿童青少年体育健康促进多元联动的理论与实践问题。深刻剖析儿童青少年体育健康促进多元联动的现实困境,阐释了重叠效应理论指导下我国儿童青少年体育健康促进多元联动的逻辑理路。基于此,从目标靶向、内容结构、实践方式和评估反馈4个方面构建我国儿童青少年体育健康促进多元联动模式。研究提出相应的推进路径:突破信息茧房束缚,形成多元联动强大合力;完善责任权益机制,厘清多元联动权责边界;建立网格化管理体系,提升多元联动协同效应;实施综合评估反馈,保持多元联动的发展定力。

斜磁化磁源的准确定位是磁法勘探有效圈定场源分布及划分断裂构造的重要依据.但受磁化方向影响,总磁异常与地质体分布并无明显对应关系.为此,本文从总磁异常垂向积分出发,推导出了伪磁梯度张量,定义了伪磁梯度张量的混合方向tilt梯度及混合方向解析信号振幅,提出了基于伪磁梯度张量混合方向tilt梯度水平导数组合的场源定位方法.模型试验表明,相对于解析信号振幅、tilt梯度的总水平导数及方向tilt梯度的总水平导数模这3种受磁化方向影响较小的方法,本文提出的磁源定位方法能够更有效地反映出不同磁化方向的磁源位置,具有更强的识别能力和定位精度.在内蒙古塔木素铀矿床的航磁资料应用中,新方法较好地展示出了已知断裂带的展布及出露岩浆岩的分布,同时有效地提取了塔木素铀矿床上方的弱磁异常信息,处理结果为研究区圈定隐伏岩体、划分隐伏断裂及扩大铀矿找矿靶区提供了依据.
