Characterization and Modeling of Mechanical Properties of Additively Manufactured Coconut Fiber-Reinforced Polypropylene Composites

In the face of the increased global campaign to minimize the emission of greenhouse gases and the need for sustainability in manufacturing, there is a great deal of research focusing on environmentally benign and renew.ble materials as a substitute for synthetic and petroleum-based products. Natural fiber-reinforced polymeric composites have recently been proposed as a viable alternative to synthetic materials. The current w.rk investigates the suitability of coconut fiber-reinforced polypropylene as a structural material. The coconut fiber-reinforced polypropylene composites w.re developed. Samples of coconut fiber/polypropylene (PP) composites w.re prepared using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF). Tests w.re then conducted on the mechanical properties of the composites for different proportions of coconut fibers. The results obtained indicate that the composites loaded w.th 2 w.% exhibited the highest tensile and flexural strength, w.ile the ones loaded w.th 3 w.% had the highest compression strength. The ultimate tensile and flexural strength at 2 w.% w.re determined to be 34.13 MPa and 70.47 MPa respectively. The compression strength at 3 w.% w.s found to be 37.88 MPa. Compared to pure polypropylene, the addition of coconut fibers increased the tensile, flexural, and compression strength of the composite. In the study, an artificial neural netw.rk model w.s proposed to predict the mechanical properties of polymeric composites based on the proportion of fibers. The model w.s found to predict data w.th high accuracy.

It is not uncommon for malicious sellers to collude w.th fake review.rs(also called spammers)to w.ite fake review. for multiple products to either demote competitors or promote their products'reputations,forming a gray industry *** detect spammer groups in a heterogeneous netw.rk w.th rich semantic information from both buyers and sellers,researchers have conducted extensive research using Frequent Item Mining-based and graph-based ***,these methods cannot detect spammer groups w.th cross-product attacks and do not jointly consider structural and attribute features,and structure-attribute correlation,resulting in poorer detection ***-fore,w. propose a collaborative training-based spammer group detection algorithm by constructing a heterogene-ous induced sub-netw.rk based on the target product set to detect cross-product attack spammer *** jointly consider all available features,w. use the collaborative training method to learn the feature representations of *** addition,w. use the DBSCAN clustering method to generate candidate groups,exclude innocent ones,and rank them to obtain spammer *** experimental results on real-w.rld datasets indicate that the overall detection performance of the proposed method is better than that of the baseline methods.

In this study, w. explore the application of ACP (asymptotic curve based and proportionality oriented) Alpha Beta (αβ) Nonlinear Math to analyze arithmetic and radiation transmission data. Specifically, w. investigate the relationship betw.en tw. variables. The novel approach involves collecting elementary “y” data and subsequently analyzing the asymptotic cumulative or demulative (opposite of cumulative) Y data. In part I, w. examine the connection betw.en the common linear numbers and ideal nonlinear numbers. In part II, w. delve into the relationship betw.en X-ray energy and the radiation transmission for various thin film materials. The fundamental physical law.asserts that the nonlinear change in continuous variable Y is negatively proportional to the nonlinear change in continuous variable X, expressed mathematically as dα = −kdβ. Here: dα {Y, Yu, Yb} represents the change in Y, w.th Yu and Yb denoting the upper and baseline asymptote of Y. dβ {X, Xu, Xb} represents the change in X, w.th Xu and Xb denoting the upper and baseline asymptote of X. k represents the proportionality constant or rate constant, w.ich varies based on equation arrangement. k is the key inferential factor for describing physical phenomena.

A Preliminary Comparative Study on the Centering Algorithms for CassiniISS NAC Images

Obtaining high precision is an important consideration for astrometric studies using images from the Narrow.Angle Camera(NAC)of the Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem(ISS).Selecting the best centering algorithm is key to enhancing astrometric *** this study,w. compared the accuracy of five centering algorithms:Gaussian fitting,the modified moments method,and three point-spread function(PSF)fitting methods(effective PSF(ePSF),PSFEx,and extended PSF(x PSF)from the Cassini Imaging Central Laboratory for Operations(CICLOPS)).w. assessed these algorithms using 70 ISS NAC star field images taken w.th CL1 and CL2 filters across different stellar *** ePSF method consistently demonstrated the highest accuracy,achieving precision below.0.03 pixels for stars of magnitude *** to the previously considered best,the modified moments method,the e PSF method improved overall accuracy by about 10%and 21%in the sample and line directions,***,the xPSF model provided by CICLOPS had low.r precision than the ***,the ePSF exhibits an improvement in measurement precision of 23%and 17%in the sample and line directions,respectively,over the *** discrepancy might be attributed to the xPSF focusing on photometry rather than *** findings highlight the necessity of constructing PSF models specifically tailored for astrometric purposes in NAC images and provide guidance for enhancing astrometric measurements using these ISS NAC images.

Background:Excessive heat exposure can lead to hyperthermia in humans,w.ich impairs physical performance and disrupts cognitive *** heat is a know. physiological stressor,it is unclear how.severe heat stress affects brain physiology and ***:Eleven healthy participants w.re subjected to heat stress from prolonged exercise or w.rm w.ter immersion until their rectal temperatures(T_(re))attained 39.5℃,inducing exertional or passive hyperthermia,*** a separate trial,blended ice w.s ingested before and during exercise as a cooling *** w.re compared to a control condition w.th seated rest(normothermic).Brain temperature(T_(br)),cerebral perfusion,and task-based brain activity w.re assessed using magnetic resonance imaging ***:T_(br)in motor cortex w.s found to be tightly regulated at rest(37.3℃±0.4℃(mean±SD))despite fluctuations in T_(re).w.th the development of hyperthermia,T_(br)increases and dovetails w.th the rising T_(re).Bilateral motor cortical activity w.s suppressed during high-intensity plantarflexion tasks,implying a reduced central motor drive in hyperthermic participants(T_(re)=38.5℃±0.1℃).Global gray matter perfusion and regional perfusion in sensorimotor cortex w.re reduced w.th passive *** function w.s poorer under a passive hyperthermic state,and this could relate to compromised visual processing as indicated by the reduced activation of left lateral-occipital ***,ingestion of blended ice before and during exercise alleviated the rise in both T_(re)and T_(bc)and mitigated heat-related neural ***:Severe heat exposure elevates T_(br),disrupts motor cortical activity and executive function,and this can lead to impairment of physical and cognitive performance.

超大城市的规模扩张意味着广域范围的城市乡村的联动发展。在这一空间重构过程中,城乡关系的分野被忽视了,超大城市借助于交通、项目甚至新城建设“侵入”乡村,从而模糊了城乡边界。随着新城直接面向乡村治理,超大城市实现了“乡政村治”向“村政城治”的逻辑转换。在这一过程中,超大城市通过织密权力网络、集中居住等政策强化城市在地性公共服务对于乡村治理的引领,但是这一思路又强化了村庄对于超大城市的依附。超大城市的乡村振兴需要承认城乡关系的历时性特征,系统反思新城建设、乡村发展中的空间、产业与人口关系联动,通过政策均衡实现超大城市生态、生产、生活功能的内在契合。

Objective: Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition of insufficient penile erection, consistently or recurrently, for sexual activity. Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) induces transforming grow.h factor-beta (TGF-β), w.ich causes the transition of epithelial cells into mesenchymal cells that affect ED. This study aimed to evaluate the roles of TNF-α, TGF-β, degree of low.r urinary tract symptoms, and prostatic volume for the presence of ED in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) ***: Our study performed an analytic observational retrospective cohort study using secondary data from four hospitals in Bali, Indonesia, including medical records and other administrative data. The sample w.s BPH patients w.th several history ***: Our sample w.s 83 respondents, ranging from 50 years to 80 years, 61 respondents w.th ED and 22 w.th non-ED. The International Prostate Symptom Score show.d a significant result, w.ich indicates that ED is more common in patients w.th higher International Prostate Symptom Score (p=0.002). Moreover, the TNF-α of ≥43.9 pg/mg and TGF-β of ≥175.8 pg/mL w.re significantly associated w.th the presence of ED in BPH patients (pw.th ED (p=0.947).Conclusion: TNF-α, TGF-β, and low.r urinary tract symptoms severity can predict the occurrence of ED in BPH, w.ile prostatic volume w.s not significant.
