Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of action of Celastrus paniculatus oil on the treatment of perinatal rats with attention deficit hyperactivity ***:In the perinatal stage,the rats were either isolated or administered with lead acetate to establish an animal model of attention deficit hyperactivity *** served as the reference ***’behaviours were assessed through Y-maze,novel object preference,fear conditioning and residentintruder aggression *** stress parameters,bioamine concentration(dopamine,noradrenaline and 5-hydroxytryptamine),nerve growth factor,interleukin-6,nuclear factor-κb,and tumour necrosis factor(TNF)-αwere *** immunohistochemical assay was ***:Celastrus paniculatus oil significantly improved behavioural parameters in Y maze,novel object preference,discrimination index,fear conditioning and resident intruder aggressive *** treatment groups showed a decrease in malondialdehyde *** in the levels of dopamine,noradrenaline,and serotonin were restored by Celastrus paniculatus *** paniculatus oil increased nerve growth factor and decreased interleukin-6,nuclear factor-κb,and TNF-α.Synaptophysin immunoreactivity was also improved by Celastrus paniculatus oil with alleviated reactive gliosis,degeneration,and vascular ***:This research shows the therapeutic potential of Celastrus paniculatus oil for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

This research was carried out on nine provenances from the north Western Ghats to quantify proximate principles,mineral matter,total phenols and other phytochemicals in Melia dubia drupe *** biometric,biomass attributes,proximate principles,mineral matter and total phenols diff ered signifi cantly among the *** average drupe length and width was 26.5 and 22.3 mm,*** drupe and pulp fresh weight,pulp dry weight and stone weight were 783.1,552.1,165.1,and 179.8 g/100 drupes,***,dry matter and moisture per cent were 70.5%,29.9%and 70.0%,*** crude fi bre,protein,ether extract,total ash and nitrogen-free extract were 8.3%,7.6%,5.1%,6.3%,and 72.6%,*** Ca,Mg,P and K levels were 0.5%,0.2%,0.2%,and 2.0%,*** phenols were 0.4%.Cluster analysis showed that the study area may be divided into three distinct provenances,each having diff erent drupe traits and proximate composition,including mineral ***-chromatography mass-spectrometry analysis revealed 27 phytochemicals,many of which possess benefi cial biological *** implications of this provenance variation study should be useful for future improvement in terms of better drupe pulp nutrition for livestock *** study suggests that *** pulp could be categorized as a good feed source with low fi bre,energy,fat and mineral *** proximate parameters,mineral matter content and total phenols are within prescribed limits.

bACKGROUND Remdesivir is a broad-spectrum antiviral drug having in vitro activity against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 and is currently being used on a compassionate basis outside of clinical *** To analyze the efficacy and safety of remdesivir compared with other interventions in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** We searched online databases to include randomized controlled trials evaluating the efficacy and safety of remdesivir compared with other interventions in COVID-19 *** summarized efficacy and safety data as risk ratios(RRs)with 95%confidence interval(CI)and used Mantel-Haenszel fixed or randomeffect *** estimated the number needed to treat(NNT)to cause one additional *** used the GRADE approach to assess the quality of the evidence for all outcome *** We included four randomized controlled *** observed no significant difference in mortality(RR:0.83;95%CI:0.57–1.20;I2=59%)and rate of ventilation(RR:0.69;95%CI:0.41-1.18;I2=77%)between remdesivir-and placebo-treated *** showed higher rates of clinical recovery than placebo(RR:1.10;95%CI:1.04–1.16;I2=0%;NNT:14.3).We observed no difference in overall adverse events between remdesivir-and placebo-treated patients(RR:1.05;95%CI:0.86–1.27;I2=77%).We observed less risk of serious adverse events(RR:0.75;95%CI:0.63–0.89;I2=0%)in remdesivir-than placebo-treated *** GRADE approach suggested moderate quality of evidence for all efficacy and safety *** We observed limited clinical benefit of remdesivir over placebo in the treatment of *** findings could be biased because of the small number of trials.

Analysis of Pollutant Load Carrying Capacity of the River Tapi Using QUAL2Kw for Surat City

River Tapi is the prime water body for Surat city, Gujarat, India. On a long stretch of 22.39 km in Surat city (Kamrej to Causeway) of the Tapi river, there are many identified and non-identified discharge points available. Excessive discharge from these points restricts the efficiency of the self-purification process which ultimately degrades the river water quality. In this paper, an attempt has been made to estimate the pollutant load-carrying capacity at different segments of the river Tapi using the QUAL2Kw tool. The study has been undertaken with different scenarios: First, the QUAL2Kw model was trained with available river water quality and hydraulic data of the Tapi river in which the complete river segment was divided into 21 reaches. The model was calibrated and validated with the actual concentrations of the pollutants entering. In the second phase, all the point source, non-point source, and headwater characteristics were considered and the pollutant load-carrying capacity of the river in terms of bOD, ISS, and N-nitrate was found. In the third phase, all the sources of pollutants entering the river have been removed and only headwater characteristics were considered for the study. The results indicate that reach no. 21 (21.23ºN, 72.82ºE) has the maximum load-carrying capacity of biochemical Oxygen Demand (bOD) up to 2057.7 kg/day, Inorganic Suspended Solids (ISS) up to 85633.8 kg/day, and Nitrate (NOb>3b>) up to 31688.8 kg/day. However, reach no. 4 has the minimum load carrying capacity of bOD up to 1088.1 kg/day, reach 8 carries a minimum of ISS 205341.6 kg/day and NO3 10215.57 kg/day.

For a graph having no isolated vertex, a function is called an edge product cordial labeling of graph G, if the induced vertex labeling function defined by the product of labels of incident edges to each vertex is such that the number of edges with label 0 and the number of edges with label 1 differ by at most 1 and the number of vertices with label 0 and the number of vertices with label 1 also differ by at most 1. In this paper, we discuss edge product cordial labeling for some cycle related graphs.

The brittle fracture mode close to the surface of Inconel 718 subsea bolts is closely related to their nanostructure. When the bolts are used subsea under cathodic protection, hydrogen evolves. Intergranular precipitates and points of intersection of slip lines always held responsible for hydrogen enhanced decohesion. However, thus far, little attention has been paid to the bolts manufacturing method and to the characterization of the role of subsurface oversized nanoprecipitates on transgranular surface cracking. As-received subsea bolts were analyzed using multi-scale observation techniques such as focused ion beam milling, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and in-air strain rate tensile tests. The results further demonstrated that under identical API aging, there was a difference in the morphological precipitation and strength of 718 as a bolt and rectangular billet. For the 718 rectangular billets, discrete intergranular stable δ/MC carbides precipitate and only γ' of 10 - 20 nm was observed for the bulk and subsurface. Whereas, for the CRA subsea bolt, γ' was approximately 30 nm, γ" was 30 - 50 nm for the bulk (370 HV);γ' was approximately 50 nm and γ" was 50 - 100 nm at subsurface (400 HV). As-received subsea bolts were investigated at subsurface (10 μm from the surface) at the thread and shank region, which revealed transgranular sheared oversized ~50 nm γ' (with dislocation networks) and metastable γ" > 100 nm particles, respectively. Thus, an effort was made to develop the hydrogen-assisted surface cracking theory for bolts.

Objective:To perform a narrative review about the role of robot-assisted retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy(R-RPLND)in the management of testicular ***:A PubMed search for all relevant publications regarding the R-RPLND series up until August 2019 was *** largest series were identified,and weighted means calculated for outcomes using the number of patients included in each study as the weighting ***:Fifty-six articles of R-RPLND were identified and eight series with more than 10 patients in each were *** weighted mean age was 31.12 years;primary and post chemotherapy R-RPLND were performed in 50.59%and 49.41%of *** clinical stage was I,II and III in 47.20%,39.57%and 13.23%of patients.A modified R-RPLND template was used in 78.02%of patients,while 21.98%underwent bilateral full *** weighted mean node yield,operative time and estimated blood loss were,respectively,22.15 nodes,277.35 min and 131.94 *** weighted mean length of hospital stay was 2 days and antegrade ejaculation was preserved in 92.12%of *** post-operative complications(Clavien III or IV)occurred in 5.34%.Positive pathological nodes were detected in 24.54%,while the recurrence free survival was 95.77%with a follow-up of 21.81 ***:R-RPLND has proven to be a reproducible and safe approach in experienced centers;short-term oncologic outcomes are similar to the open approach with less morbidity and shorter convalescence related to its minimal ***,longer follow-up and new trials comparing head-to-head both techniques are expected.
