随着化石燃料燃烧导致的二氧化碳排放不断加剧气候变化,且化石燃料储量日益减少,寻求可再生能源已成为一项紧迫的任务.其中,藻类衍生可持续燃料因具有成本优势和可运输性,在解决全球能源危机方面展现出广阔前景,备受关注.利用化学转化技术从微藻中提取脂质,并通过酯交换反应可以将其转化为脂肪酸甲酯,是生产绿色生物燃料的有效途径.这一过程涉及游离脂肪酸、磷脂和甘油三酯的提取,并且生产过程能耗低,成为满足日益增长的能源需求的一种理想解决方案.本文综述了微藻脂质提取和酯交换制备生物燃料的相关研究进展.首先,介绍了微藻脂质的提取方法,包括溶剂提取法、索氏提取法、布利格和戴耶法、超临界二氧化碳提取以及离子液体溶剂法等,并分析了各方法的优缺点.随后,重点阐述了酯交换技术在微藻脂质转化中的应用,包括酸碱催化、酶催化以及原位酯交换反应等,并探讨了这些技术的反应机理、催化剂选择、反应器设计以及生物油生产工艺等方面的研究进展.通过综述上述研究进展,为微藻脂质的生产和应用提供了理论指导.研究表明,通过优化催化剂种类、反应条件以及提取方法,可以有效提高微藻脂质的转化效率和生物油品质.同时,本文也指出了当前微藻脂质生产中面临的挑战,如微藻栽培和生长条件优化、高效转化技术的开发等.随着可持续能源日益受到重视,微藻脂质作为一种可再生能源具有巨大的发展潜力.未来研究应进一步关注微藻的规模化栽培、生长条件优化以及高效转化技术的研发,以提高微藻脂质的产量和品质.同时,应进一步推动和实现微藻生物燃料的实际应用,从而为应对气候变化和能源危机提供有效的解决方案.

Autonomous navigation of mobile robots is a challenging task that requires them to travel from their initial position to their destination without collision in an *** Learning methods enable a state action function in mobile robots suited to their *** trial-and-error interaction with its surroundings,it helps a robot tofind an ideal behavior on its *** Deep Q Network(DQN)algorithm is used in TurtleBot 3(TB3)to achieve the goal by successfully avoiding the *** it requires a large number of training *** research mainly focuses on a mobility robot’s best path prediction utilizing DQN and the Artificial Potential Field(APF)***,a TB3 Waffle Pi DQN is built and trained to reach the *** the APF shortest path algorithm is incorporated into the DQN *** proposed planning approach is compared with the standard DQN method in a virtual environment based on the Robot Operation system(ROs).The results from the simulation show that the combination is effective for DQN and APF gives a better optimal path and takes less time when compared to the conventional DQN *** performance improvement rate of the proposed DQN+APF in comparison with DQN in terms of the number of successful targets is attained by 88%.The performance of the proposed DQN+APF in comparison with DQN in terms of average time is achieved by 0.331 *** performance of the proposed DQN+APF in comparison with DQN average rewards in which the positive goal is attained by 85%and the negative goal is attained by-90%.

In today’s information technology(IT)world,the multi-hop wireless sensor networks(MHWsNs)are considered the building block for the Internet of Things(IoT)enabled communication systems for controlling everyday tasks of organizations and industry to provide quality of service(Qos)in a stipulated time slot to end-user over the *** city(sC)is an example of one such application which can automate a group of civil services like automatic control of traffic lights,weather prediction,surveillance,etc.,in our daily *** IoT-based networks with multi-hop communication and multiple sink nodes provide efficient communication in terms of performance parameters such as throughput,energy efficiency,and end-to-end delay,wherein low latency is considered a challenging issue in next-generation networks(NGN).This paper introduces a single and parallels stable server queuing model with amulti-class of packets and native and coded packet flowto illustrate the simple chain topology and complexmultiway relay(MWR)node with specific neighbor ***,for improving data transmission capacity inMHWsNs,an analytical framework for packet transmission using network coding at the MWR node in the network layer with opportunistic listening is performed by considering bi-directional network flow at the MWR ***,the accuracy of the proposed multi-server multi-class queuing model is evaluated with and without network coding at the network layer by transmitting data *** results of the proposed analytical framework are validated and proved effective by comparing these analytical results to simulation results.

Flying an aircraft in low visibility is still a challenging task for the *** requires precise and accurate situational awareness(sA)in real-time.A Head-up Display(HUD)is used to project collimated internal and externalﬂight information on a transparent screen in the pilot’s forwardﬁeld of view,which eliminates the change of eye position between Head-Down-Display(HDD)instru-ments and outer view through the *** of HUD increases the sA and reduces the workload for the *** to provide a betterﬂying capability for the pilot,projecting extensive information on HUD causes human factor issues that reduce pilot performance and lead to accidents in low visibility *** literature shows that human error is the leading cause of more than 70%of aviation *** this study,the ability of the pilot able to read background and symbology information of HUD at a different level of back-ground seen complexity,such as symbology brightness,transition time,amount of symbology,size etc.,in low visibility conditions is *** result shows that increased complexity on the HUD causes more detection errors.

The revolution of blockchain technology started in the form of a cryptocurrency called *** recent years,this decentralized technology has attained worldwide adoption and growth in multiple sectors,including egovernance,e-commerce,and asset *** disrupted these sectors,the choice of blockchain technology to solve real-world problems concerning supply chain seems to be an innovative *** this paper,an attempt is made to analyze blockchain's ability to improve the standards of supply chain *** paper includes a methodology to implement the suggested idea using a permissioned blockchain platform—Hyperledger *** the paper's scope,the existing supply chain problems,such as data integrity,provenance transparency,privacy,and security,are given emphasis more specifically in the context of the coffee supply chain industry,while also concurrently attempting to generalize the solution to manage other supply chain activities ***,the final objective of this research is to identify whether permissioned blockchain platforms could help stakeholders in the supply chain industry engage in a less-corruptible alternative to traditional web technology and whether they could enable a more positively nuanced blockchain system that draws the best balance between traditional web technology and a public blockchain,including privacy protection and security.

In the present study,rare earth samarium(sm^(3+))substituted Ni-Cu spinel ferrites with the composition of Ni_(0.1)Cu_(0.9)sm_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4)(0≤x≤0.05 in steps of 0.01)were synthesized by using the citrate induced sol-gel auto combustion *** ferrites'structural,optical,magnetic,and dielectric studies were carried out using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FEsEM),ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis),a vibrational sample magnetometer(VsM),and an LCR *** pure Ni-Cu ferrite exhibits a tetragonal structure owing to the presence of the John Tellar ion(Cu^(2+)).XRD patterns confirm that the tetragonal structure gradually transforms into the cubic spinel structure with samarium *** nano-scale structures of these ferrites were confirmed by the average crystallite size(10.11-20.99 nm)derived from the X-ray diffraction patterns,and grain size(42.60-83.36 nm)assessed from FEsEM *** existence of elements according to their chemical composition was verified by using energy dispersive X-ray(EDX)*** absorption bands(v_(1) and v_(2))detected in FTIR transmission spectra below the wavenumber of 600 cm^(-1)reveal the stretching vibrations of M-O bonds in the spinel structure at tetrahedral and octahedral *** band gap ene rgy obtained from UV absorption reveals the semiconducting nature of the *** high saturation magnetization(M_(s))is noticed at 15 K temperature for x=0.02 composition as 32.98 emu/g,while at 300 K for x=0.01composition as 27.61 emu/*** suggested cation distribution is in good agreement with observed and predicted magnetic moment values at 300 *** expected behavior of ferrites reveals the observed dielectric constant,loss tangent,and ac-conductivity values in the frequency range of 20 Hz-20 ***-Cole plots confirm that the impedance contribution is attributed to grain boundaries.
