In view of the current study’s demonstration of the synthesis of clay-doped ZnO composites,we present a low-cost method for producing clay-metal oxide(clay/ZnO).Utilizing the solution comb.stion technique,a composite of clay/ZnO was produced utilizing citric acid as b.th a fuel and a complexing *** hexagonal unit cell structure of the created clay/ZnO may b. seen using XRD *** ZnO-infused clay was visib.e in FE-SEM micrographs as homogenous,sphere-shaped *** possib.e involvement of clay/ZnO photocatalytic activity in the UV-induced photodegradation of malachite green dye was *** 90%degradation rate shows the composite’s outstanding photocatalytic degradation *** resulting sub.tance was electrochemically analyzed using a constructed electrode in 0.1 M KOH *** increased its sensor capab.lities,which now include chemical and b.omolecule sensors,and it excelled in cyclic voltammetry-b.sed redox potential *** efficiently evaluate chemically synthesized NPs for electrochemical,sensing,and photocatalytic applications,this study intends to create a solution comb.stion procedure for the synthesis of clay/ZnO nanocomposite using urea as fuel.

Grading of fruits b.sed on their ripeness has b.en a topic of research for the last two *** the ripened mangoes has b.come more of an art than science and is a challenging *** study aims at introducing a system to grademangoes with four classes b.sed on their *** study was demonstrated through an extensive experimentation on a newly created dataset consisting of 981 images of Alphonsomango variety b.longing to four classes viz.,under-ripen,perfectly ripen,over-ripen with internal defects and over-ripen without internal *** this study,a hierarchical approach was adopted to classify the mangoes into the four *** each stage of classification,L*a*b.color space features were *** the purpose of classification at each stage,a numb.r of classifiers and their possib.e comb.nationswere tried *** study revealed that,the Support VectorMachine(SVM)classifier works b.tter for classifyingmangoes into under-ripen,perfectly ripen and overripen while the thresholding classifier has a superior classification performance on over-ripen with internal defects and over-ripen without internal ***,to b.ing out the superiority of the hierarchical approach,a conventional single shot multi-class classification approach with SVMwas also *** results of the experimentation demonstrated that the hierarchical method with an accuracy of 88%outperforms the counterpart conventional single shot multi-class classification approach in addition to several existing contemporary models.

Efficacy Study of Metronomic Chemotherapy in Metastatic Triple Negative b.east Cancer and Correlation with VEGF, TSP Levels

b.ckground: Treatment refractory metastatic b.east cancer patients are at b.st treated palliatively. We evaluated the effects of metronomic chemotherapy on survival outcomes in this population. Methods: Twenty eight sub.ects with treatment refractory (n = 21) and treatment naive (n = 7) Mb. were included in an open lab.l single arm efficacy study of metronomic chemotherapy. Patients were given a chemotherapy regimen of Tab. Cyclophosphamide 50 mg once daily and Tab. Methotrexate 2.5 mg twice in a week over a minimum period of 3 months or until the progression of their disease whichever was earlier. Monitoring of serum VEGF and Thromb.spondin levels were done to correlate the response rates. Data were analysed using chi square test for proportions and Kaplan Meir Survival analysis. Results: The mean age of the study population was 51.5 ± 14.2 years. The mean duration of metronomic chemotherapy was 123.89 ± 97.6 days. Overall 71.4% had progressive disease and 28.6% had stab.e disease. 55.6% with treatment naive metastatic b.east cancer had stab.e disease compared to 15.8% of treatment refractory metastatic b.east cancer. There was also a significant improvement in progression free survival in those with tumor load less than 5 cms compared to >5 cms and in grade 2 compared to grade 3 disease. There was no correlation of serum VEGF levels b.fore and after chemotherapy. There is no significant decrease in TSP levels. Conclusion: The results suggest stab.e response in one third of study patients. Performance status and tumor load are important predictors in this category of population. There is no significant correlation of serum VEGF and TSP levels b.fore and after chemotherapy. Also, there was no significant correlation of b.omarker levels in responding and non-responding patients.

In this paper, we have studied the generalized chaplygin gas of interacting dark energy to ob.tain the equation of state for the generalized chaplygin gas energy density in anisotropic b.anchi type-I cosmological model. For negative value of b.in equation of state of generalized chaplygin gas, we see that γ effΛb. phantom dark energy.
