Shaking table test for reinforcement of soil slope with multiple sliding surfaces by reinforced double-row anti-slide piles

Despite the continuous advancements of engineering construction in high-intensity areas,many engineering landslides are still manufactured with huge thrust force,and double-row piles are effective to control such large *** this study,large shaking table test were performed to test and obtain multi-attribute seismic data such as feature image,acceleration,and dynamic soil *** the feature image processing analysis,the deformation characteristics for the slope reinforced by double-row piles were *** analyzing the acceleration and the dynamic soil pressure time domain,the spatial dynamic response characteristics were *** Fast Fourier Transform and half-power bandwidth,the damping ratio of acceleration and dynamic soil pressure was *** that,the Seism Signal was used to calculate the spectral displacement of the accelerations to obtain the regional differences of spectral *** results showed that the overall deformation mechanism of the slope originates from tension failure in the soil *** platform at the back of the slope was caused by seismic subsidence,and the peak acceleration ratio was positively correlated with the relative pile *** dynamic soil pressure of the front row piles showed an inverted"K"-shaped distribution,but that of the back row piles showed an"S"-shaped *** predominant frequency of acceleration was 2.16 Hz,and the main frequency band was 0.7-6.87 Hz;for dynamic soil pressure,the two parameters became 1.15 Hz and 0.5-6.59 Hz,*** conclusion,dynamic soil pressure was more sensitive to dampening effects than ***,compared to acceleration,dynamic soil pressure exhibited larger loss factors and lower resonance ***,back row pile heads were highly sensitive to spectral displacement compared to front row pile *** findings may be of reference value for future seismic designs of double-row piles.

Surfactin是由多种芽孢杆菌产生的一种脂肽,其由一个环七肽头基通过内脂键与链长12-17个碳原子的β-羟基脂肪酸连接组成,是一种非常有效的生物表面活性剂,并具有重要的生物学功能。本文介绍了surfactin家族的结构和生物合成模式,surfactin是由非核糖体肽合成酶催化合成,这种机制赋予了surfactin家族成员的结构多样性;综述了surfactin在植物病害生防中的作用及机制。已有的研究表明surfactin在生物防治中的作用机制主要有以下4种方式:(1)损伤病原菌细胞膜,引起细胞膜裂解或渗透压失衡;(2)抑制病原体繁殖;(3)诱导植株系统抗性;(4)促进生防菌株的定殖或生物膜的形成。进一步总结了利用基因工程技术研究surfactin的最新进展,以指导surfactin的生物合成及其新衍生物开发。Surfactin的高度结构多样性,使其具有丰富的物理化学特性,这些特性可以与多种生物活性联系在一起,将在不同的领域有更广泛应用。随着对surfactin生物合成研究的日益深入,将会有更多高性能和广阔应用前景的新型脂肽被研发,这为surfactin的进一步研究和生防应用提供依据。

为了探析和厘清学生深度学习行为发生的影响因素,研究基于课堂教学视角,对不同学段、不同类型的82节教学视频进行系统观察和切片分析。研究发现:在课堂情境中,深度学习行为发生的程度整体偏低、教师主体深刻影响着课堂深度学习行为的发生、高阶认知目标和诊断性评价对深度学习行为发生的影响更为显著、直观性和参与性强的教学方法有更利于高阶学习行为的发生,而传统教学媒体和一般教学环境不利于深度学习行为的发生。由此,在课堂教学过程中,需结合学生素养发展需求和教学活动情境特点,革新课堂教学理念,营造积极主动的课堂氛围,选择恰当的教学方法,优化知识内容呈现方式,发挥及时评价的作用等,有效引导和驱动有层次、有结构、可持续和可拓展的深度学习行为的发生。

Epigenetic changes in virus-associated human cancers

Epigenetics of human cancer becomes an area of emerging research direction due to a growing understanding ofspecific epigenetic pathways and rapid development of detection technologies. Aberrant promoter hypermethylation is aprevalent phenonmena in human cancers. Tumor suppressor genes are often hypermethylated due to the increasedactivity or deregulation of DNMTs. Increasing evidence also reveals that viral genes are one of the key players inregulating DNA methylation. In this review, we will focus on hypermethylation and tumor suppressor gene silencing andthe signal pathways that are involved, particularly in cancers closely associated with the hepatitis B virus, simian virus40 (SV40), and Epstein-Barr virus. In addition, we will discuss current technologies for genome-wide detection ofepigenetically regulated targets, which allow for systematic DNA hypermethylation analysis. The study of epigeneticchanges should provide a global view of gene profile in cancer, and epigenetic markers could be used for early detection,prognosis, and therapy of cancer.

gATA-3-Not Just for Th2 Cells Anymore

gATA-3 was first cloned as a T cell specific transcription factor in 1991 and its importance in the transcriptional control of T helper type 2 cell （Th2） differentiation was established in the mid to late 90＇s. A role for gATA-3 during thymic development has long implied by its continuous and regulated expression through out T lineage development, but the absolute requirement for gATA-3 during early T lymphoid commitment/survival previously precluded definitive answers to this question. Several technical breakthroughs have fueled fruitful investigation in recent years and uncovered unexpected and critical roles for gATA-3 in CD4 thymocyte survival, invariant natural killer T cell generation and function, and also in beta selection. Not only does gATA-3 participate in nearly every stage of T cell development from common lymphoid progenitor to Th2, conditional knockout studies have indicated that the influence of gATA-3 also extends beyond the immune system. A novel joint navigation state error discriminator based on iterative maximum likelihood estimation

To break through the limitations of traditional discriminators used in vector tracking loops, this paper presents an iterative maximum likelihood estimation(IMLE) method for extracting navigation state errors from multi-satellite signals. The IMLE method takes into account both computational cost and estimation accuracy. The associated gradient vector and Hessian matrix of the MLE cost function are derived. The characteristics of the proposed joint discriminator are analyzed based on the properties of the MLE cost function,gradient vector, and Hessian matrix. The effectiveness of IMLE is verified by Monte Carlo simulation.

BACKgROUND Sodium glucose cotransporter 2(SgLT2)inhibitors use has been associated with toe amputations and non-healing ulcers and gangrene mostly of lower *** are no case reports about association of Empagliflozin with finger ulcers or *** is the first case report of Empagliflozin(Jardiance)an SgLT2 inhibitor causing gangrene of fingers and second case in literature about any SgLT2 inhibitor causing gangrene of upper *** SUMMARY A 76-year-old man with type 2 diabetes mellitus sustained minimal trauma to both middle fingers,which started *** was started on empagliflozin a week later for management of type 2 diabetes mellitus and started developing gangrene to both middle finger tips along with neuropathic pain which worsened over the course of next four *** were negative for vascular insufficiency,infection and vasculitis and imaging of hand was *** of empagliflozin slowed progression of gangrene and caused symptomatic improvement with reduction in neuropathic *** This case report suggests possible association of empagliflozin and finger gangrene and recommends that more research and awareness among clinicians is needed in this area.
