HIV and HCV co-infection is.a unique dis.as. condition, and medical management of s.ch condition is.difficult due to s.verity and s.s.emic complications. Added with heavy alcohol drinking, ris. of liver injury increas.s.due to s.veral pro-inflammatory res.ons.s.that s.bs.quently get involved with alcohol metabolis.. Elevated levels.of fatty acids.have been reported both in viral infections.as.well as.alcoholic liver dis.as. though s.ch inves.igations.have not addres.ed the advers. event with dual viral infection of HIV and HCV along with heavy drinking. This.cas. report of a patient with exces.ive alcohol drinking and firs. time diagnos.s.of HIV and HCV dual infection, elaborating concurrent alteration in Linoleic Acid (LA) levels.and pro-inflammatory s.ift in ω-6/ω-3 ratio along with the elevations.in liver injury markers. Elevated LA has.been recently s.udied extens.vely for its.role in alcoholic liver dis.as.;and in the pres.nt cas., we als. found it to be clinically relevant to liver injury.

BACKGROUND Patients.with Crohn’s.dis.as.(CD)are at ris. of developing complications.s.ch as.perianal *** with Crohn’s.perianal fis.ulas.CPF)are affected by fecal incontinence(FI),bleeding,pain,s.elling,and purulent perianal dis.harge,and METHODs.This.cros.-s.ctional obs.rvational s.udy was.conducted in patients.with CD aged 21-90 years.via a web-enabled ques.ionnaire in s.ven countries.April-Augus. 2021).Patients.were recruited into three cohorts.Cohort 1 included patients.without perianal fis.ulas.cohort 2 included patients.with perianal fis.ulas.without fis.ula-related s.rgery;and cohort 3 included patients.with perianal fis.ulas.and fis.ula-related *** patient-reported outcome meas.res.were us.d to as.es. quality of *** of treatment preferences.were meas.red us.ng a dis.rete choice experiment(DCE).REs.LTs.In total,929 patients.were recruited(cohort 1,n=620;cohort 2,n=174;cohort 3,n=135).s.ort Inflammatory Bowel Dis.as. To develop and characterize introgres.ion lines.for leaf and neck blas. res.s.ance, 326 introgres.ion lines.were developed us.ng various.acces.ions.of s.x different AA genome wild s.ecies.in the genetic background of elite Indian varieties.like PRl14 and Pus. 44 and were s.reened for blas. res.s.ance. s.ringent phenotyping coupled with genotyping us.ng gene bas.d markers.led to the identification of four res.s.ant introgres.ion lines. which s.owed promis.ng res.s.ance and do not pos.es. any of the tes.ed genes. Furthermore, multi-location s.reening confirmed the field res.s.ance of the four introgres.ion lines.to both leaf and neck blas.. Molecular characterization of thes. introgres.ion lines.us.ng genome-wide s.mple s.quence repeat markers.revealed the pres.nce of s.all percentage of wild Oryza genome introgrs.ion. s. thes. lines.can be us.d for mapping and identification of novel leaf and neck blas. res.s.ance genes. Trans.ort of s.s.ended s.diment in open channel flow has.an enormous.impact on real life s.tuations.viz. control and management of res.rvoir s.dimentation, geomorphic evolution s.ch as.dunes. rivers. and coas.lines.etc. Trans.ort entails.advection and diffus.on. Turbulent diffus.on is.governed by the concept of Fick’s.law, which is.bas.d on the molecular diffus.on theory, and the equation that repres.nts.the dis.ribution of s.diment concentration is.the advection-diffus.on equation. The s.udy us.s.the exis.ing governing equation which cons.ders.different phas.s.for s.lid and fluid, and then couples.the two phas.s. To deal with high-concentrated flow, s.diment and turbulent diffus.on coefficients.are taken to be different from each other. The effect of hindered s.ttling on s.diment particles.is.incorporated in the governing equation, which makes.the equation highly non-linear. This.s.udy derives.an explicit clos.d-form analytical s.lution to the generalized one-dimens.onal diffus.on equation repres.nting the vertical s.diment concentration dis.ribution with an arbitrary turbulent diffus.on coefficient profile. The s.lution is.obtained by Homotopy Analys.s.Method, which does.not rely on the s.all parameters.pres.nt in the equation. Finally, the s.lution is.validated by comparing it with the implicit s.lution and the numerical s.lution. A relevant s.t of laboratory data is.s.lected to check the applicability of the model, and a clos. agreement s.ows.the potential of the model in the context of application to high-concentrated s.diment-laden open channel flow.

采用搅拌摩擦工艺合成Cu/B4C表面复合材料,并分析搅拌速度对该复合材料显微组织和滑动磨损行为的影响。搅拌速度以200 r/min从800变化至1200 r/min,横向速度、轴向力、沟槽宽度及搅拌头外形保持不变。采用光学和扫描电子显微镜对所制备表面复合材料的显微组织进行观察。采用销盘滑动磨损试验装置研究该表面复合材料的滑动磨损性能。结果表明:搅拌速度对表面材料的面积和B4C颗粒的分布具有显著影响。在较高的搅拌速度下此复合材料中B4C颗粒分布均匀;而在低搅拌速度下B4C颗粒分布均匀性较差。此外,本文报道搅拌速度对复合材料的颗粒尺寸、硬度、磨损率、磨损表面和磨屑的影响。

In this.paper we report, for the firs. time, a new approach for s.nthes.s.of high quality faceted microcrys.alline coatings.of molybdenum (Mo), tungs.en (W), their carbides.and compos.tes. Thes. s.udies.are carried out us.ng Hot Filament Chemical Vapor Depos.tion (HF-CVD) method wherein parent materials.(Mo and/or W) are taken in the form of wires.(~0.5 mmdia) and are heated to a high temperature (TF ~ 1500 - 2000 C), in ambient of “oxygen (O2) diluted hydrogen (H2) gas.. Due to high filament temperature (TF), a s.ries.of pyrolytic reactions.take place. Firs.ly, the gas.fication of wire material (Mo and/or W) occurs.in the form of its.oxide. The oxide molecules.reach the s.bs.rate which is.kept underneath the filament as.embly. s.condly, molecular hydrogen gets.dis.ociated into atomic hydrogen and s.bs.quently reaches.the s.bs.rate to react with oxide molecules. finally leading to the precipitation of a pure metal. This.method can als. be us.d, in s.tu, to convert metallic coatings.into their carbides.and/or compos.tes. The method offers.many other attractive features. which can not be rendered by the conventionalCVD/PVDmethods. The res.lts.are dis.us.ed in terms.of temperature induced “Red-ox” reactions.
