Purpose:To identify co-produced multi-stakeholder perspectives important for successful widespread physically active learning(PAL) adoption and ***:A total of 35 stakeholders(policymakers n=9;commercial education sector,n=8;teachers,n=3;researchers,n=15) attended a design thinking PAL *** formed 5 multi-disciplinary groups with at least 1 representative from each stakeholder *** group,facilitated by a researcher,undertook 2 tasks:(1) using Post-it Notes,the following question was answered:within the school day,what are the opportunities for learning combined with movement?and(2) structured as a washing-line task,the following question was answered:how can we establish PAL as the norm?All discussions were audio-recorded and *** analyses were conducted by 4 *** the analyses were complete,the main themes and subthemes were assigned to 4 predetermined categories:(1) PAL design and implementation,(2) priorities for practice,(3) priorities for policy,and(4) priorities for ***:The following were the main themes for PAL implementation:opportunities for PAL within the school day,delivery environments,learning approaches,and the intensity of *** main themes for the priorities for practice included teacher confidence and competence,resources to support delivery,and community of *** main themes for the policy for priorities included self-governance,the Office for standards in Education,Children’s services,and skill,policy investment in initial teacher training,and curriculum *** main themes for the research priorities included establishing a strong evidence base,school-based PAL implementation,and a whole-systems ***:The present study is the first to identify PAL implementation factors using a combined multi-stakeholder *** achieve wider PAL adoption and implementation,future interventions should be evidence based and address implementation factors

systemic analysis of metabolome reconfiguration in Arabidopsis after abiotic stressors uncovers metabolites that modulate defense against pathogens

Understanding plant immune responses is complex because of the high interdependence among biological processes in homeostatic ***,the integration of environmental cues causes network rewiring that interferes with defense ***,plants retain molecular signatures configured under abiotic stress periods to rapidly respond to recurrent stress,and these can alter *** changes imposed by abiotic stressors are persistent,although their impact on defense remains to be *** this study,we profiled metabolomes of Arabidopsis plants under several abiotic stress treatments applied individually or simultaneously to capture temporal trajectories in metabolite composition during adverse conditions and *** systemic analysis was performed to address the relevance of me-tabolome changes and extract central features to be tested in *** results demonstrate irreversibility in major fractions of metabolome changes as a general pattern in response to abiotic stress ***-tionalanalysisofmetabolomesandco-abundancenetworkspoints toconvergence inthereconfigurationof organic acid and secondary metabolite *** mutant lines for components related to these metabolic pathways showed altered defense capacities against different ***,our data suggest that sustained metabolome changes configured in adverse environments can act as mod-ulators of immune responses and provide evidence for a new layer of regulation in plant defense.

The intricacies of Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis are being increasingly illuminated by the exploration of epigenetic mechanisms,particularly DNA *** review comprehensively surveys recent human-centered studies that investigate whole genome DNA methylation in Alzheimer’s disease *** examination of various brain regions reveals distinctive DNA methylation patterns that associate with the Braak stage and Alzheimer’s disease *** entorhinal cortex emerges as a focal point due to its early histological alterations and subsequent impact on downstream regions like the ***,ANK1 hypermethylation,a protein implicated in neurofibrillary tangle formation,was recurrently identified in the entorhinal ***,the middle temporal gyrus and prefrontal cortex were shown to exhibit significant hypermethylation of genes like HOXA3,RHBDF2,and MCF2L,potentially influencing neuroinflammatory *** complex role of BIN1 in late-onset Alzheimer’s disease is underscored by its association with altered methylation *** the disparities across studies,these findings highlight the intricate interplay between epigenetic modifications and Alzheimer’s disease *** research efforts should address methodological variations,incorporate diverse cohorts,and consider environmental factors to unravel the nuanced epigenetic landscape underlying Alzheimer’s disease progression.

Application of sentiment and word frequency analysis of physician review sites to evaluate refractive surgery care

Fish Gelatin-Based Film Containing Maillard Reaction Products:Properties and Its Use as Bag for Packing Chicken skin Oil

Maillard reaction is a non-enzymatic browning reaction and its products(MRPs)have been proven to possess antioxidant *** research aimed to produce a fish gelatin-based packaging incorporated with MRPs to retard lipid oxidation in chicken skin oil(CsO)during storage at ambient temperature(28℃–30℃).MRPs produced from fish gelatin and fructose(1:1,90℃,pH 11)showed the highest antioxidant properties compared to those prepared under other *** glycerol/MRPs ratios(30:0,25:5,20:10,15:15,10:20,5:25,0:30)were incorporated into the film and resulting films were ***/MRPs at 10:20 ratio was chosen to add into the film prior to bag preparation via heat sealing *** packed in the bag was monitored for lipid hydrolysis and oxidation during 15 days of storage(30℃±0.5℃,RH 52%±5%).After 15 days,quality deterioration was lower in CsO packed in the prepared gelatin bag as evidenced by lower FFA,TBARs,and volatile compounds in comparison with CsO packed in LDPE *** gelatin film added with MRPs possessed an excellent water vapor barrier property(WV-BP).This finding indicated that MRPs could be used to substitute glycerol and simultaneously could serve as antioxidants for the developed active *** novel packaging can be a potential alternative packaging for retarding lipid oxidation of lipid or fatty foods.
