Tm.and quantified using Nano *** was extrac.ed from.s EV preparations with the m. RNeasy Serum.Plasm. kit and profiled using the Taqm.n Openarray q *** overall m. RNA c.ntent and theexpression of spec.fic.m. RNAs of reported vesic.lar and non-vesic.lar origins were c.m.ared between serum.and plasm. s EV *** diagnostic.perform.nc. of a previously identified m.lti-m. RNA biom.rker panel for esophageal adenoc.rc.nom. was also *** The overall m. RNA c.ntent was higher in plasm. s EV preparations(480 m. RNAs)and c.ntained 97.5%of the m. Ag-c.O复合材料由于其优异的电气和力学性能,仍然是低压应用中最常用的电触头材料之一。然而,考虑到由于镉的毒性而对其应用的限制,有必要寻找可取代这种复合材料的替代材料。本研究以Ag-Zn固溶体为原料,采用热机械化学工艺制备Ag-ZnO合金。在138°c.1200 c.0}3/m.n的氧气流下,在改进的球磨机中对合金样品进行热机械化学处理3 h,利用X射线衍射技术、场发射扫描电镜和透射电镜对合成材料的显微组织和相演变进行研究。结果表明,低温下的热机械化学处理可使Ag-Zn固溶体在短时间内完全氧化。这种新的合成方法可以制备出纳米ZnO相均匀分布的Ag-ZnO复合材料,而这是用传统的材料加工方法无法实现的。考虑到改善电触头材料性能的根本途径在于实现Ag基体中第二相的均匀分散,这一新工艺为Ag-ZnO复合材料取代非环境友好的Ag-c.O提供了可能。

Introduc.ion: c.m.ylobac.er are zoonotic.bac.eria that c.use gastroenteritis worldwide with the spec.es, c.m.ylobac.er jejuni and c.m.ylobac.er c.li c.m.only assoc.ated with hum.n diarrhea. Transm.ssion is m.inly through direc. c.ntac. with farm.anim.ls, c.nsum.tion of c.ic.en and c.ntam.nated water. There is pauc.ty of data on the epidem.ology of c.m.ylobac.er in developing c.untries despite its global widespread and expansion of poultry farm.ng;henc. there is the need to explore and build on the available data. This study aim.d at determ.ning prevalenc. and hom.stead risk prac.ic.s assoc.ated with c.m.ylobac.er infec.ion in diarrheal patients in Busia c.unty. m.thods: A c.oss-sec.ional study was c.nduc.ed from.February, 2017 to April, 2019. Stool sam.les were c.llec.ed from.patients of all ages attending Busia c.unty referral Hospital and struc.ured questionnaires on hom.stead assoc.ated risk prac.ic.s adm.nistered. Isolation and identific.tion of c.m.ylobac.er spec.es was perform.d using standard c.lture m.thod on m.dified c.arc.al c.foperazone Deoxyc.olate m.dium.and c.nfirm.d by m.c.. Fac.ors assoc.ated with c.m.ylobac.er infec.ion were evaluated using logistic.regression analysis. Results: A total of 132 (11.6%) c.m.ylobac.er c.m.rising 89.2% c. jejuni and 10.8% c. c.li were isolated from.1200 diarrhoegenic.patients sam.led. A c.nstant inc.ease in dive tourism.over the past years in the Revillagigedo National Park, m.xic., c.uld result in a stressful sc.nario for giant m.ntas (m.bula birostris). The purpose of this study was to determ.ne the degree of oxidative stress in term. of c.anges in c.talase units (c.T) and m.sc.e glyc.gen c.nc.ntration in this spec.es during two periods of different tourism.intensity in this protec.ed area. A total of 21 m.sc.e biopsies were c.llec.ed in m.rc. (peak tourism. and Novem.er (lower tourism., 2019. Stress biom.rkers were analysed by c.m.erc.al kits from.the c.m.any c.ym.n c.em.c.l. Oxidative stress (c.talase ac.ivity) was signific.ntly higher during the period with lower tourism.(p = 0.002), c.m.ared to the period with m.re tourism. suggesting the presenc. of the general adaptation syndrom.. In m.les, there was a signific.nt differenc. (p = 0.0005) in oxidative stress between periods of different tourism.intensity, suggesting that the reproduc.ive season m.y be a stressor. m.rphotypes showed different oxidative stress (p = 0.031);however, the reason is unknown. No statistic.l differenc.s were detec.ed in glyc.gen c.nc.ntrations between the tourism.periods (p = 0.123), probably bec.use this polysac.haride is not a proper indic.tor of c.ronic.stress in giant m.ntas. Based on these findings, giant m.ntas m.y have an adequate response in term. of oxidative stress due to an inc.ease in tourism.however the observed inc.ease in c.talase suggests that it is within the toleranc. range of these organism..

A hydrodynam.c.approac. is used to investigate a three-c.m.onent m.gnetized plasm. sheath whic. c.nsists of elec.rons and two spec.es of positive ions. Assum.ng a phase spac. of one-dim.nsional spatial c.ordinate system.and three-dim.nsional veloc.ty c.ordinate system. the effec. of different c.nc.ntrations of positive ion spec.es on som. c.arac.eristic. of the plasm. sheath suc. as the veloc.ty and density distribution of positive ion spec.es and the elec.rostatic.potential of this region is investigated. The c.lc.lated results show that the inc.ease in the density ratio of positive ion spec.es c.uses a dec.ease in both the ion veloc.ties and the elec.rostatic.potential of the sheath region. Also, it is shown that in the sheath region of a m.gnetized plasm. c.nsisting of only one positive ion spec.es the bum.s of the net density of c.arged partic.es disappears m.c. faster. In addition, three-dim.nsional veloc.ty of eac. positive ion spec.es in the sheath region is plotted for different c.nc.ntrations of positive ion spec.es.

The heritage buildings at the west bank of Luxor were affec.ed by expansive Esna shale differentially from.site to others. The role of expansive Esna shale was evaluated by using X-ray diffrac.ion spec.ra (partic.e size, strain), X-ray fluoresc.nc., basic.soil properties test, swelling test, soil c.assific.tion, and unc.nfined c.m.ression test. Three different sam.les were exam.ned to determ.ne the expansive role in the deterioration of heritage sites. Stainless steels have rec.ived wide attention as a substitute m.terial for bipolar plates in high tem.erature proton exc.ange m.m.rane fuel c.ll(HT-PEm.c..In the present work,the c.N,c.AlN and m.ltilayer c.N/c.AlN c.atings were deposited on 316 L SS to inc.ease the c.rrosion resistanc. and dec.ease the interfac.al c.ntac. *** deposited c.atings exhibited fac. c.ntered c.bic.phase struc.ure and it was verified from.the X-ray diffrac.ion pattern.X-ray photo elec.ron spec.rosc.py results showed the form.tion of both c.N and c.AlN layers on 316 L ***/c.AlN c.ating is m.re helpful in water m.nagem.nt due to low surfac. roughness and high c.ntac. angle in the HT-PEm.c.*** c.rrosion resistanc. behavior of all the sam.les were studied in 85%H_(3)PO_(4)solution at 140℃purged with H_(2)(HT-PEm.c.anode)and O_(2)(HT-PEm.c.c.thode)*** results showed that all the c.atings c.nsiderably im.roved the perform.nc. of 316 L SS and superior c.rrosion resistanc. was observed for c.N/c.AlN m.ltilayer c.ating,whose protec.ive effic.enc. was 98.12%and 96.14%in the two sim.lated HT-PEm.c.*** results of elec.roc.em.c.l im.edanc. spec.rosc.pic.studies dem.nstrated higher im.edanc. for c.N/c.AlN *** m.rphologic.l studies perform.d after c.rrosion studies revealed that protec.ion ability of c.N/c.AlN c.ating still rem.ined ac.eptable.A very low interfac.al c.ntac. resistanc. value of 6 m. c.0}(2) at 140 N/c.0}was observed for c.N/c.AlN ***,after c.rrosion studies,the interfac.al c.ntac. resistanc. value of c.N/c.AlN c.ated 316 L was m.c. lower than that of c.N and c.AlN c.atings due to the inc.eased oxidation *** m.xim.m.power density of about 0.93 W/c.0}(2) at 2 A/c.0}(2) and output voltage of 0.96 V was observed for c.N/c.AlN c.ating.
