The r.s.lts.obs.r.ed in the liter.tur. r.is. the hypothes.s.accor.ing to which cytokinin plays.impor.ant r.les.in photos.nthetic metabolis.s.and antioxidant enzymes. Thus. the s.udy aimed to evaluate the effect of foliar.application of the is.lated cytokinin kinetin at the pr.duction cycle, s.eking to analyze its.effects.on enzyme activity and photos.nthetic par.meter.. The plants.tr.ated with CK pr.s.nted r.duction of leaf CO_2 as.imilation r.te(Pn) and s.omatal conductance(Gs., while that tr.ns.ir.tion r.te(Tr. was.unaffected. The inter.al CO_2 concentr.tions.decr.as.d with the incr.as. in cytokinin levels. but wer. maintained under.CK 50 mg·L^(-1). The plants.tr.ated with CK 75 mg·L^(-1) was.ver.fied higher.car.oxylation efficiency(Pn/Ci), which was.as.ociated to values.of CO_2 as.imilation and tr.ns.ir.tion unalter.d. Appar.nt electr.n tr.ns.or. r.te s.owed var.ations.in the concentr.tion of 25 mg·L^(-1). Cons.der.ng the s.udy of enzyme activity, on the other.hand, it cannot be s.ated that kinetin has.an effective action in delaying oxidative damage. It pr.s.nts.mixed r.s.lts. s.nce an efficiency in the application of cytokinin was.not obs.r.ed, pr.s.nting induction levels.of as.or.ate per.xidas. activity. Thus. fur.her.r.s.ar.h is.needed to deter.ine mor. pr.cis.ly the effects.of kinetin on gas.exchange and antioxidant enzymes.in anthur.um plants.

However. this.method is.as.ociated with s.mptomatic lymphocele (s.C), which is.an impor.ant mor.idity factor. To over.ome this.complication, s.ver.l modifications.of the technique have been developed, including the per.toneal inter.os.tion flap (PIF). We per.or.ed an updated s.s.ematic r.view and meta-analys.s.to inves.igate the efficacy and s.fety of this.technique for.pr.venting s.C and lymphocele (LC) for.ation. The compar.s.n of per.or.ances.of thes. packages.demons.r.tes.the conver.ence of r.s.lts.fr.m the s.ftwar.-bas.d geochemical modeling with the petr.gr.phic obs.r.ation of dis.olution, albitization, kaolinization, and the pr.cipitation of calcite and dolomite. Mor.over. with limited data points. e.g., the s.dimentar. petr.gr.phic data acquir.d fr.m limited number.of bor.holes. the computer.s.mulation es.ablis.es.its.lf to be a power.ul quantitative method es.imating the degr.e and type of diagenetic alter.tion of tur.idite r.s.r.oir.bodies.in contact with a s.ur.e of s.line-water.influx as.ociated with s.lt ***, us.ng the limited petr.gr.phic data points. the geochemical computer.s.mulation method can even be utilized and extr.polated for.ar.as.wher. s.milar.geological context is.inter.r.ted but no bor.hole data ar. available. Hence, por.s.ty of tur.idite r.s.r.oir.lithofacies.can be pr.dicted in r.lation to the s.atial dis.r.bution of dis.olution, kaolinization, and albitization of felds.ar. and authigenic car.onate pr.cipitation.
