Endophytic fungi are being investigated for their ability to create industrially relevant secondary *** recent years,there has been a surge in interest in these fungi as a source of novel enzymes,particularly hydrolytic *** present study investigated the effect of different carbon,organic and inorganic nitrogens on the growth and ligninolytic enzyme production by the endophytic fungus Diaporthe *** fungus was isolated from the leaves of Dillenia indica and analyzed by morpho-molecular *** fungus showed promising results for in vitro production of ligninolytic *** was the most favorable carbon compound for growth among all the carbon compounds *** displayed maximum lignin peroxidase(Lip)activity in fructose(3.5 U/ml),followed by pectin(2.60 U/ml)and glucose(2.53 U/ml).Glucose gave the highest manganese peroxidase(MnP)activity i.e.,6.88 U/ml followed by starch,sucrose and ***,the maximum laccase activity was 44.5 U/ml in *** nitrate and L-asparagine were the best inorganic and organic nitrogen for *** the case of ligninolytic enzyme production,ammonium acetate and ammonium phosphate were the best media for LiP and MnP,whereas laccase production was highest in ammonium nitrate supplemented *** organic nitrogen sources,medium supplemented with DL-tryptophan gave the highest Lip production,whereas MnP and laccase production was observed in the medium containing L-tyrosine and *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first report related to the growth and ligninolytic enzyme production by Diaporthe *** findings from the study will assist researchers in improving the production of ligninolytic enzymes by this fungus under in vitro conditions on an industrial scale.

The present study reported the effect of filler metals on the microstructure and mechanical properties of pulsed current gas tungsten arc-welded Inconel 718 plates. Two different filler metals such as ERNiCr-3 and ERNiCrMo-4 were employed for welding Inconel 718. The primary objective of this study is to suppress or eradicate the deleterious phase such as Laves or δ （delta） which is considered to be detrimental to the weld properties. Microstructure examination corroborated the presence of unmixed zone at the HAZ for both the weldments. Tensile test trials envisaged that ERNiCrMo-4 weldments offered better tensile properties compared to ERNiCr-3 weldments, whereas the impact toughness was found to be better for ERNiCr-3 weldments. Line mapping analysis was carried out to study the elemental migration across the weldments. The structure-property relationships of the weldments were arrived at using the combined tech- niques of optical and scanning electron microscopy. Optical and SEM/EDAX analysis showed that there is no prominent occurrence of deleterious phases at the weld zone on employing these filler metals.

Objective:To study detail pharmacognosy and anti-inflammatory activity of Callistemon lanceolatus(***) ***:Leaf sample was studied by organoleptic, macroscopical,microscopical,phytochemical and other WHO recommended methods for *** methanolic leaf extract of the plant was also screened for antiinflammatory activity on carrageenan-induced paw edema in rat at doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg, *** detail pharmacognostic study of the *** leaf was carried out to lay down the standards which could be useful in future experimental ***:*** methanolic leaf extract showed significant(Pvity at doses of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/*** significant anti-inflammatory of *** methanolic leaf extract at the dose of 400 mg/kg was comparable with diclofenac ***:The pharmacognostic profile of the *** leaf is helpful in standardization for quality,purity and sample *** methanolic extract at a dose of 400 mg/kg shows a significant activity in comparison with the standard drug diclofenac sodium(50 mg/kg).

Objective:To evaluate antidiabetic and hypolipidemic activities of Kigelia pinnata rnethanolic(lowers extract in slreplozolocin(STZ) induced diabetic W islar *** were made diabetic by a single dose of STZ at 60 mg/kg body weight *** blood glucose level was checked before and 72 h after STZ injection to confirm the development ot *** flower extract and glibenclamide were administered orally at the doses of 250 and 500 mg/kg body weight for 21 ***:Daily oral treatment with the extract and standard drug for 21 days significantly reduced blood glucose,serum cholesterol and triglycerides *** density lipoprotein-cholesterol level was found to be improved(Pve significant antidiabetic and hypolipidemic effect.

Worker safety during construction is widety accepted, but the selection of safe sites for a building is generally not considered. Safe site selection （SSS） largely depends upon compiling, analyzing , and refining the information of an area where a building is tikety to be tocated. The locationat and topographical aspects of an area located in hilly regions pray a major rote in SSS, but are generally neglected in traditional and CAD-based systems used for site setection. Architects and engineers select a site based on their judgment, knowledge, and experience, but issues related to site safety are generally ignored. This study reviewed the existing literature on site selection techniques, building codes, and approaches of existing standards to identify various aspects cruciat for SSS in hilly regions. A questionnaire survey was conducted to identify various aspects that construction professionats consider critical for SSS. This study exptored the apptication of geographic information systems （GIS） in modeting the locational and topographical aspects to identify areas of suitabitity. A GIS-based methodotogy for locating a safe site that satisfies various spatial safety aspects was devetoped.

The major goal of this paper is to isolate tumor region from nontumor regions and the estimation of tumor *** segmentation is not an easy task due to the varying size,shape and location of the *** segmentation,volume estimation is necessary in order to accurately estimate the tumor *** exactly estimating the volume of abnormal tissue,physicians can do excellent prognosis,clinical planning and dosage *** paper describes a new Euclidean Similarity factor(ESF)based active contour model with deep learning for segmenting the tumor region into complete,core and enhanced tumor ***,the ESF considers the spatial distances and intensity differences of the region automatically to detect the tumor *** preserves the image details but removes the noisy ***,the 3D Convolutional Neural Network(3D CNN)segments the tumor by automatically extracting spatiotemporal ***,the extended shoelace method estimates the volume of the tumor accurately for n-sided *** simulation result achieves a high accuracy of 92%and Jaccard index of 0.912 and computes the tumor volume with effective performance than existing approaches.

Simple models are proposed for the calculation of refractive index n and electronic polarizability α of AⅠBⅢC2Ⅵ and AⅡBⅣC2Ⅴ compounds of groups of chalcopyrite semiconductors from their energy gap data. The values family and 12 compounds of AⅡBⅣC2Ⅴ family are calculated for the work. The proposed models are applicable for the whole range of energy gap materials. The calculated values are compared with the available experimental and reported values. A fairly good agreement between them is obtained.
