The objective to this work was to evaluate the enzymatic activity in the culture of Solanum lycopersicum *** with Fusarium oxysporum after the combined application of Beauveria bassiana and plant *** lycopersicum plantlets were transplanted 15 days after the *** days after transplanting,Beauveria bassiana spores were applied at a concentration of 1×10^(7)spores mL^(−1)onto soil(along with ***(N)and ***(H)leaf extracts)where *** plants were *** days after transplanting,spores of *** strain were applied at a concentration of 1×10^(6)spores mL^(−1)to soil where *** plants were *** development of *** plants was monitored for 114 days,whereby a randomized complete block treatment design was used,the roots of the plants were crushed with liquid nitrogen,after which Uv/vIS spectrophotometry was used to determine protein concentration,as well as the activity ofβ-1,3-glucanases,peroxidases(POX,EC1.***.1.7),catalase and *** treatments combining *** and *** and *** extracts,had a significant difference in enzymatic activity levels,thus contributing to better defense mechanisms and a greater protection to *** plants in the presence of *** application of *** and plant extracts to the ground mitigated damage caused by *** on *** plants.

针对现有绝缘子故障检测模型受航拍图像中复杂背景干扰导致准确率低的问题,提出一种基于协同深度学习的二阶段绝缘子故障检测方法。该方法将全卷积网络(FCN)与YOLOv3目标检测算法相协同,第一阶段,利用FCN算法对航拍图像预处理,设计跳跃结构融合浅层图像特征与深层语义特征,构建8倍上采样的绝缘子分割模型,结合图像像素逻辑运算,实现绝缘子目标的初步分割,避免背景区域对绝缘子故障检测的干扰。在此基础上,第二阶段构建YOLOv3模型进行绝缘子故障检测,以深度神经网络Darknet-53作为特征提取器,借鉴特征金字塔思想,在三个尺度的输出张量上对绝缘子故障进行标记和类别预测,保证模型对不同尺寸的绝缘子故障准确检测。利用K-means++聚类算法优化YOLOv3的锚点框参数(Anchor Boxes),进一步提升检测精度。实验结果表明,基于协同深度学习的二阶段方法能够有效克服复杂背景的干扰,在绝缘子故障检测中平均准确率(MAP)高达96.88%,较原始YOLOv3算法MAP值提升了4.65%。

The article is to study the development of computer-aided design of X-ray microtomography—the device for investigating the structure and construction of three-dimensional images of organic and inorganic objects on the basis of shadow projections. This article provides basic information regarding CAD of X-ray microtomography and a scheme consisting of three levels. The article also shows basic relations of X-ray computed tomography, the generalized scheme of an X-ray microtomographic scanner. The methods of X-ray imaging of the spatial microstructure and morphometry of materials are described. The main characteristics of an X-ray microtomographic scanner, the X-ray source, X-ray optical elements and mechanical components of the positioning system are shown. The block scheme and software functional scheme for intelligent neural network system of analysis of the internal microstructure of objects are presented. The method of choice of design parameters of CAD of X-ray microtomography aims at improving the quality of design and reducing costs of it. It is supposed to reduce the design time and eliminate the growing number of engineers involved in development and construction of X-ray microtomographic scanners.

AIM To examine whether high-flow nasal oxygen(HFNO) availability influences the use of general anesthesia(GA) in patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) and endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) and associated *** In this retrospective study, patients were stratified into 3 eras between October 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014 based on HFNO availability for deep sedation at the time of their endoscopy. During the first and last 3-mo eras(era 1 and 3), no HFNO was available, whereas it was an option during the second 3-mo era(era 2). The primary outcome was the percent utilization of GA vs deep sedation in each period. Secondary outcomes included oxygen saturation nadir during sedation between periods, as well as procedure duration, and anesthesia-only time between periods and for GA vs sedation cases *** During the study period 238 ERCP or EUS cases were identified for analysis. 分别以异丙醇铝、硅气溶胶、磷酸为铝源、硅源和磷源,二正丁胺为模板剂,采用水热法合成了具有不同Si含量的纯相SAPO-31分子筛,并采用XRD、BET、SEM、NH3-TPD等手段对其结构和酸性进行了表征。再采用浸渍法制备了0.5%Pd/SAPO-31双功能催化剂,并在连续微型固定床反应装置上考察了其对正癸烷加氢异构化反应的催化性能,考察了SAPO-31分子筛的Si含量对其晶貌、孔结构特性、酸性和催化性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着SAPO-31分子筛酸性位的增加,Pd/SAPO-31催化剂上正癸烷的转化率提高,异构体中单甲基壬烷的选择性下降,在0.5%Pd/SAPO-31(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=0.5)催化剂上正癸烷异构化产率达到最大值。

Microalgae cultivation using organic wastewater like kitchen wastewater(KWW)and sewage wastewater(SWW)are recommended for wastewater treatment along with simultaneous biomass production which is a cost effective *** is rich in nutrients which might be an efficient wastewater feedstock for microalgae cultivation to achieve reasonably high biomass yield for energy *** has not been investigated extensively for microalgae cultivation till now because of high concentration of ammonia as it could inhibit algae *** order to make KWW suitable for microalgae growth,a common method is to dilute with ***,in the present study,KWW was diluted with water at dilution ration 1:1 and compared with SWW for microalgae biomass growth,biomass yields and nutrient removal efficiency specifically using *** KWW and SWW showed highest biomass productivity in mixotrophic cultivation *** average biomass productivity in SWW was 0.6 g/L which was higher when compared to *** infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)of algal biomass revealed the presence of certain organic compound groups such as eOH,eCOOH,NH_(2),and ■*** was concluded from the results that Chlorella was very effective in the treatment of KWW,SWW and industrial flue gas on the other hand the biomass obtained is a sustainable green energy source for biofuels.

A biologically active antibacterial reagent, 2-amino-6-hydroxy-4-（4-N, N-dimethylaminophenyl）-pyr- imidine-5-carbonitrile （AHDMAPPC）, was synthesized. It was employed to investigate the binding in- teraction with the bovine serum albumin （BSA） in detail using different spectroscopic methods. It ex- hibited antibacterial activity against Escherichia cali and Staphylococcus aureus which are common food poisoning bacteria. The experimental results showed that the fluorescence quenching of model carrier protein BSA by AHDMAPPC was due to static quenching. The site binding constants and number of binding sites （n ≈ 1） were determined at three different temperatures based on fluorescence quenching results. The thermodynamic parameters, enthalpy change （AH）, free energy （AG） and entropy change （AS） for the reaction were calculated to be 15.15 kJ/mol, -36.11 kJ/mol and 51.26J/mol K according to van＇t Hoff equation, respectively. The results indicated that the reaction was an endothermic and spontaneous process, and hydrophobic interactions played a major role in the binding between drug and BSA. The distance between donor and acceptor is 2.79 nm according to Forster＇s theory. The alterations of the BSA secondary structure in the presence of AHDMAPPC were confirmed by Uv-visible, synchronous fluorescence, circular dichroism （CD） and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra. All these results in- dicated that AHDMAPPC can bind to BSA and be effectively transported and eliminated in the body. It can be a useful guideline for further drug design.
