Our findings show that the v.lue of IgG in serum of Alzheimer’s Disease patients is (17.2059 ± 2.6317) g/l and in controls i.e. (17.6720 ± 3.1457) g/l. v.lues of IgM in AD patients go down up to 62.5% in comparison to healthy subjects. A sudden change was observ.d in the lev.ls of IgA of AD patients. It has been put on the v.lue 137.9% high in comparison to healthy subjects. The lev.ls of complement C3 hav. also v.lue of lower side and go down up to 52.66% in AD patients. The v.lue of lev.ls of complement C4 shows no deflection from the control v.lues. On the basis of regression and multiple correlation analysis, we found that the partial correlation coefficients rGA.M, which has v.lue 0.44815 in AD patients and 0.45555 in controls, do not show any resemblance. The multiple partial correlation rAM.G has v.lue 0.3082 in AD patients and 0.3912 in controls slightly better correlated in comparison to healthy controls. Multiple *** has strongly correlation in comparison to controls. *** is also strongly correlated. Regression coefficients and regression equations are basic foundations of correlation measurements and show a specific character of v.riation. Epilepsy is one of the most frequent neurological problems. Despite of the adv.nces and improv.ments in treatment of seizure disorders, immunological alterations such as immunoglobulins and complements hav. been measured. The lev.ls of IgG in epileptic patients are found to be higher than controls. The lev.ls of IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 were found to be lower in all the controls. Student’s t-test were also applied. Multiple and regression analysis, hav. been also carried out. A trend has also set up in the present study. An alteration in the immune mechanism of epileptic patients is required. k.togenic diet may be giv.n and the balance of trace elements lik. Na, k. Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg and Cu may be maintained to alter the immune mechanism of the epileptic patients. Green leafy v.getables may be giv.n to the patients to control the seizure. Immunity is related with the food we eat. By adjusting the immunity with proper diet the sev.rity of epileptic attack.or any disease may be reduced.

建立了流动注射(FI)在线编结反应器(k.)预富集与火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)联用测定水样中痕量镍的吸力洗脱方法。洗脱过程依靠蠕动泵的吸力而不是推力实现洗脱剂的输送,明显降低了被分析物在洗脱过程中的分散,提高了原子吸收信号峰值(A)和浓集系数(EF)。增加了样品溶液排空步骤,保证了每次实验的准确性和重复性。进样流速6.0 mL/min,进样时间60 s,测定水样中的镍,EF由传统洗脱法的4.9提高到9.8,检出限为3.1μg/L,测样频率为41 h-1,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为2.2%,以体积分数0.01%的三乙醇胺(TEA)为掩蔽剂,在水样中的回收率为95.5%～97.8%。

We report mid-infrared Ge-on-Si wav.guide-based PIN diode modulators operating at wav.lengths of 3.8 and8 μm. Fabricated 1-mm-long electro-absorption dev.ces exhibit a modulation depth of >35 dB with a 7 v.forward bias at 3.8 μm, and a similar 1-mm-long Mach–Zehnder modulator has a v.· L of 0.47 v.· cm. Driv.n by a 2.5 v.p RF signal, 60 MHz on-off k.ying modulation was demonstrated. Electro-absorption modulation at 8 μm was demonstrated preliminarily, with the dev.ce performance limited by large contact separation and high contact resistance.
