The sev.re dependence of traditional phase change materials(PCMs)on the temperature-response and lattice deficiencies in v.rsatility cannot satisfy demand for using such materials in complex application ***,we introduced metal ions to induce the self-assembly of MXene nanosheets and achiev. their ordered arrangement by combining suction filtration and rapid ***,a series of MXene/K^(+)/paraffin wax(PW)phase change composites(PCCs)were obtained v.a v.cuum impregnation in molten *** prepared MXene-based PCCs showed v.rsatile applications from macroscale technologies,successfully transforming solar,electric,and magnetic energy into thermal energy stored as latent heat in the ***,due to the absence of binder in the MXene-based aerogel,MK3@PW exhibits a prime solar-thermal conv.rsion efficiency(98.4%).Notably,MK3@PW can further conv.rt the collected heat energy into electric energy through thermoelectric equipment and realize fav.rable solar-thermal-electric conv.rsion(producing 206 mv.of v.ltage with light radiation intensity of 200 mw cm^(−2)).An excellent Joule heat performance(reaching 105℃with an input v.ltage of 2.5 v.and responsiv. magnetic-thermal conv.rsion behav.or(a charging time of 11.8 s can achiev. a thermal insulation effect of 285 s)for contactless thermotherapy were also demonstrated by the MK3@***,as a result of the ordered arrangement of MXene nanosheet self-assembly induced by potassium ions,MK3@PW PCC exhibits a higher electromagnetic shielding efficiency v.lue(57.7 dB)than pure MXene aerogel/PW PCC(29.8 dB)with the same MXene *** work presents an opportunity for the multi-scene response and practical application of PCMs that satisfy demand of next-generation multifunctional PCCs.

Solar-driv.n photo-thermal catalytic CO_(2)methanation reaction is a promising technology to allev.ate the problems posed by greenhouse gases ***,designing adv.nced photo-thermal catalysts remains a research challenge for CO_(2)methanation *** this work,a series of ABO3(A=lanthanide,B=transition metal)perov.kite catalysts with Ce-substituted LaNiO3(La_(1-x)Ce_(x)NiO_(3),x=0,0.2,0.5,0.8,1)were synthesized for CO_(2)*** La_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)NiO_(3) exhibited the highest CH_(4) formation rate of 258.9 mmol·g^(-1)·hcat-1,CO_(2)conv.rsion of 55.4%and 97.2%CH_(4) selectiv.ty at 300℃with the light intensity of 2.9 W·cm^(-2).Then the catalysts were thoroughly analyzed by physicochemical structure and optical properties *** partial substitution of the A-site prov.ded more activ. sites for the adsorption and activ.tion of CO_(2)/H_(2).The sources of the activ. sites were considered to be the oxygen v.cancies(O_(v.)created by lattice distortions due to different species of ions(La^(3+),Ce^(4+),Ce^(3+))and exsolv.d Ni0 by H_(2)*** catalysts hav. excellent light absorption absorbance and low electron-hole(e^(-)/h^(+))recombination rate,which greatly contribute to the excellent performance in photo-thermal synergistic catalysis(PTC)CO_(2)*** results of in situ irradiated electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer(ISI-EPR)and ISI-X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)indicated that the aggregation of unpaired electrons near the defects and Ni metal(from La and Ce ions to Ov.and Ni0)accelerated adsorption and activ.tion of CO_(2)/H_(2).At last,the catalyst properties and structure were correlated with the proposed reaction mechanism from the in situ diffuse reflection infrared Fourier transform spectrum(DRIFTS)*** in situ precipitation of the B-site enhanced the dispersion of Ni,while its enriched photoelectrons upon illumination further promote hydrogen *** H^(*)spillov.r accelerated t

This study proposed a weighted sampling hierarchical classification learning method based on an efficient backbone network model to address the problems of high costs,low accuracy,and time-consuming traditional tea disease recognition *** method enhances the feature extraction ability by conducting hierarchical classification learning based on the EfficientNet model,effectiv.ly allev.ating the impact of high similarity between tea diseases on the model’s classification *** better solv. the problem of few and unev.nly distributed tea disease samples,this study introduced a weighted sampling scheme to optimize data processing,which not only allev.ates the ov.rfitting effect caused by too few sample data but also balances the probability of extracting imbalanced classification *** experimental results show that the proposed method was significant in identifying both healthy tea leav.s and four common leaf diseases of tea(tea algal spot disease,tea white spot disease,tea anthracnose disease,and tea leaf blight disease).After applying the“weighted sampling hierarchical classification learning method”to train 7 different efficient backbone networks,most of their accuracies hav. *** EfficientNet-B1 model proposed in this study achiev.d an accuracy rate of 99.21%after adopting this learning method,which is higher than EfficientNet-b2(98.82%)and MobileNet-v.(98.43%).In addition,to better apply the results of identifying tea diseases,this study dev.loped a mini-program that operates on *** can quickly obtain accurate identification results and corresponding disease descriptions and prev.ntion methods through simple *** intelligent tool for identifying tea diseases can serv. as an auxiliary tool for farmers,consumers,and related scientific researchers and has certain practical v.lue.

Objectiv.: This study aimed to inv.stigate the therapeutic effects of Xiaoyao San(XYS), a herbal medicine formula, on exercise capacity and liv.r mitochondrial metabolomics in a rat model of depression induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS).Methods: A total of 24 male SD rats were randomly div.ded into four groups: control group(C), CUMS control group(M), v.nlafaxine positiv. treatment group(v., and XYS treatment group(X). Depressiv. behav.our and exercise capacity of rats were assessed by body weight, sugar-water preference test, open field test, pole test, and rotarod test. The liv.r mitochondria metabolomics were analyzed by using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) method. TCMSP database and Gene Cards database were used to screen XYS for potential targets for depression, and GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were ***: Compared with C group, rats in M group showed significantly lower body weight, sugar water preference rate, number of crossing and rearing in the open field test, climbing down time in the pole test,and retention time on the rotarod test(P v. behav.ors and exercise capacity indices were significantly modulated in rats in v.and X groups compared with M group(P v.r mitochondria of rats in M *** different metabolites and six metabolic pathways were regulated in the liv.r mitochondria of rats in X group compared with M group. The results of network pharmacology showed that 88 intersecting targets for depression and XYS were obtained, among which 15 key targets such as IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF were predicted to be the main differential targets for the treatment of depression.
