In this work, uranine-dyed zinc（tris） thiourea sulfate（ZTS） monocrystals, 26 mm×15 mm×10 mm in size, were synthesized by the solution method at ambient temperature. Their purity, crystallinity, lattice parameters, and functional modes were studied by x-ray diffraction, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）, and FT-Raman spectroscopy analyses. The sodium ion content of the crystals from the dye was confirmed by elemental analysis. The diffused reflectance spectral analysis of the dyed crystal revealed a characteristic absorption band at 490 nm attributed to the presence of the dye. The calculated band gaps of the non-dyed and dyed crystals were 4.53 and 4.57 e v, respectively. A green emission peak at ～（512 ± 4） nm was observed in the photoluminescence spectrum of the uranine-dyed crystals. A differential scanning calorimetry study confirmed that the thermal stability improved owing to the addition of the dye. Dielectric and microhardness studies were conducted to examine the significant improvements in the corresponding properties of dyed crystals. The results demonstrated the competency of the dyed ZTS crystals for applications in optoelectronic devices.

In recent times, an abrupt upswing has emerged within the data mining domain, particularly within the sphere of sentiment analysis. Encompassing diverse dimensions such as sentiment extraction, subjectivity categorization, opinion summarization, and spam detection, sentiment analysis, also acknowledged as Opinton Mining(OM), undertakes a mathematical exploration into the perspectives, emotions, evaluations, and conduct of individuals toward entities, encompassing products, services, individuals, and events. The advent of web technology tools empowers users to liberally articulate their opinions across varied online platforms, culminating in the generation of a substantial corpus of invaluable yet unstructured data. This exposition scrutinizes the importance of harnessing this data, delving into the intricate process of refining and metamorphosing it for subsequent operations like classification and aspect-oriented sentiment analysis. The crux of the discourse centers on a thorough scrutiny of four data mining algorithms deployed for prognostication and categorization, providing insights into their efficacy within the domain of sentiment analysis. This investigation transcends into pragmatic applications, challenges encountered in the field, and potential trajectories ahead, culminating in a nuanced comprehension of the dynamic panorama of sentiment analysis and its ramifications.

We report a facile strategy to synthesize intermetallic nanoparticle （iNP） electrocatalysts via one-pot pyrolysis of a zeolitic imidazolate framework, ZIF-8, encapsulating precious metal nanoparticles （NPs）. ZIF-8 serves not only as precursor for N-doped carbon （NC）, but also as Zn source for the formation of intermetallic or alloy NPs with the encapsulated metals. The resulting sub-4 nm PtZn iNPs embedded in NC exhibit high sintering resistance up to 1,000℃. Importantly, the present methodology allows fine-tuning of both composition （e.g., PdZn and RhZn iNPs, as well as AuZn and RuZn alloy NPs） and size （2.4, 3.7, and 5.4 nm PtZn） of the as-formed bimetallic NPs. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of a metal-organic framework （MOF） with multiple functionalities, such as secondary metal source, carbon precursor, and size-regulating reagent, which promote the formation of iNPs. This work opens a new avenue for the synthesis of highly uniform and stable iNPs.

Although a number of methods are available for evaluating Linezolid and its possible impurities, a common method for separation if its potential impurities, degradants and enantiomer in a single method with good efficiency remain unavailable. With the objective of developing an advanced method with shorter runtimes, a simple, precise, accurate stability-indicating LC method was developed for the determination of purity of Linezolid drug substance and drug products in bulk samples and pharmaceutical dosage forms in the presence of its impurities and degradation products. This method is capable of separating all the related substances of Linezolid along with the chiral impurity. This method can also be used for the estimation of assay of Linezolid in drug substance as well as in drug product. The method was developed using Chiralpak IA (250 mm 4.6 mm, 5 mm) column. A mixture of acetonitrile, ethanol, n-butyl amine and trifluoro acetic acid in 96:4:0.10:0.16 (v/v/v/v) ratio was used as a mobile phase. The eluted compounds were monitored at 254 nm. Linezolid was subjected to the stress conditions of oxidative, acid, base, hydrolytic, thermal and photolytic degradation. The degradation products were well resolved from main peak and its impurities, proving the stability-indicating power of the method. The developed method was validated as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines with respect to specificity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, precision, linearity, accuracy, robustness and system suitability.

AIM To assess the outcomes of drug therapy(DT)followed by pancreatic endotherapy for continuing painful episodes in recurrent acute *** DT comprised of pancreatic enzymes and antioxidants failing which,endotherapy(ET;pancreatic sphincterotomy and stent placement)was *** frequency of pain,its visual analogue score(vAS),quality of life(Qo L),serum C peptide and faecal elastase were compared between baseline and after 1 year of follow up in all patients and in the two subgroups on DT and *** was defined as at least 50%reduction in the severity of pain to below a score of *** Of the thirty nine patients analysed,21(53.9%)responded to DT and 18(46.1%)underwent *** vAS for pain(7.0±2.0 vs 1.3±2.5,Pvs 1.0(0.0,1.0),Pvs 38.0(32.00,51.00),Pved significantly during follow *** significant improvements were seen in patients in the subgroups of DT and ET except for Qo L in *** serum C-peptide(P=0.001)and FE(Pvels improved significantly in the entire group and in the two subgroups of patients except for the C peptide levels in patients on *** A standardised protocol of DT,followed by ET decreased the intensity and frequency of pain in recurrent acute pancreatitis,enhanced Qo L and improved pancreatic function.

In this study,polyvinyl alcohol(PvA)–ionic liquid(IL) membranes were prepared for the separation of isopropyl alcohol(IPA)–water azeotropic mixtures by ***-IL composite membranes were prepared by simple solvent evaporation method using four ILs,viz.,1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(BMIMCl),1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(HMIMCl),1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetra fluoroborate(HMIMBF4) and 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(OMIMCl).Three ILs were used to study the effect of alkyl chain on the pervaporation *** study had focused on the effect feed water concentration from 10%–40%and effect of feed temperature from 50–80°*** properties of all the membranes were studied using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and contact angle *** Arrhenius activation energies for permeation were estimated to be in the range 4–12 kJ·mol-1 from the temperature dependent permeation values.
