ng>Objectives:ng> To study the change of CD16 + 56 in zona. ng>Materials and Methods:ng> 62 zona patients admitted at Inpatient Department of Dermatology, venereology Allergy, 108 Military Central Hospital, and 30 healthy volunteers who were matched for age and sex participated in this study. Prospective, cross-sectional study with controls was conducted. We measured the number of CD16 + CD56 by flow cytometry using FACS Callibur. ng>Results:ng> The mean level of CD16 + 56 in zona patients was 253 ± 200 (106 cells/l), which was lower than that of control group but then increased after treatment. The change of CD16 + 56 did not correlate with patients’ age. Patients who were in severe condition or had affected size from 3% or more had a lower number of CD16 + 56 than control group. ng>Conclusion:ng> The number of CD16 + 56 in zona patients were lower than that of healthy people.

[目的] 本论文通过对一定数量的特定病例进行系统的临床观察和研究，运用疏肝理气法治疗非溃疡性消化不良，观察其疗效及作用，探讨疏肝理气法治疗非溃疡性消化不良的作用机理，为该方法在临床上的广泛应用提供依据。 [资料与方法] 1临床资料根据目前国际上比较一致公认的非溃疡性消化不良的诊断标准，也就是James ***等提出的诊断标准，从吉林大学中日联谊医院自2011年6月-2012年10月门诊及住院的患者中筛选出符合纳入标准的患者62例，其中男性22例，女性40例;年龄最小的18岁，年龄最大的71岁，平均年龄46岁。按照随机原则，分为中医治疗组36例，西医对照组26例。 2方法对研究对象进行病史采集，并通过电子胃镜检查排除有慢性胃炎、胃溃疡及胃息肉病史。经统计学分析，中医治疗组与西医对照组在治疗前的一般资料，包括性别、年龄、中医症状评分等方面无统计学差异，具有可比性。中医治疗组给予自拟疏肝理气方中药汤剂100毫升，早晚各一次饭后温服，西医对照组给予吗丁啉1粒，日一次饭前半小时口服。疗效判定标准采用郑芝田主编1995年版的《胃肠疾病学》中有关本病的诊断标准为依据:①具有反复发作的上腹部或胸骨后疼痛、饱胀、烧心、嗳气、恶心、呕吐、反胃等症状,病程超过4周;②内镜检查正常(或排除糜烂、溃疡及肿瘤等器质性病变);③实验室、B超及X线检查排除了肝、胆、胰等器质性病变。 [结果] 治疗后组内比较：中医治疗组经治疗后，上腹烧灼感，上腹疼痛，饱胀、嗳气、反酸，打嗝、恶心、呕吐等四个系列主要症状均较治疗前有明显好转（p＜0.01），西医对照组中仅打嗝、恶心、呕吐症状有好转（p＜0.05）;治疗后组间比较：经治疗后，中医治疗组上腹疼痛及打嗝、恶心、呕吐症状较西医对照组有明显好转（p＜0.01），上腹烧灼感及饱胀、嗳气、反酸症状较西药治疗组有好转（p＜0.05）。中医治疗组显效15例，有效16例，无效5例，总有效率86.10%;西医对照组显效0例，有效11例，无效15例，总有效率42.30%，两组的总有效率有显著差异（p＜0.01）。说明自拟疏肝理气汤对临床上非溃疡性消化不良患者有较好的疗效。 [结论] 疏肝理气法可以有效的改善非溃疡性消化不良患者的临床症状，增强消化道平滑肌的收缩力度，改善胃肠动力，同时对本病的一些并发症也有一定的疗效。通过临床观察及统计数据发现，自拟疏肝理气方并未出现毒副作用和不良反应，验证了其安全性和有效性，可以在临床上推广。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of He-Ne laser in combination with topical clindamycin in the treatment of AV at 108 Military Central Hospital from Oct 2015 to Aug 2016. Subjects and Methods: 61 patients with AV were divided into 2 groups: Group 1: 31 patients were treated with He-Ne laser in combination with topical Clindamycin, Group 2: 30 patients were only treated with topical clindamycin. Laser HE-NE was applied 2 times/week for 6 weeks. Result: After 3 months of treatment Group 1: very good—51.6%, good—48.4%. Group 2: very good—30%, good—50% and moderate—20%. Conclusion: The combination of He-Ne laser with topical clindamycin shows more rapid clinical improvement compared to topical clindamycin alone in the treatment of mild and moderate AV.

[目的]观察巨峰、无核早红葡萄在越南谅山省的引种表现,为其在越南推广种植提供参考依据.[方法]2009年春从中国南宁引入巨峰、无核早红两个鲜食葡萄品种在越南谅山省试种,调查其枝蔓生长量、物候期、果实性状、产量等相关指标.[结果]至第1年抚育冬季,巨峰葡萄枝蔓总长234.5 cm,上架茎粗0.84 cm;无核早红葡萄枝蔓总长294.1 cm,上架茎粗0.86 cm.在物候期方面,巨峰葡萄从萌芽至果实成熟需141～151 d,表现中熟;无核早红从萌芽至果实成熟需142～151 d,未表现其应有的早熟特性.在果实性状方面,巨峰葡萄2010～2012年3年平均单果重8.9 g,种子数1.04粒,可溶性固形物（TSS）含量17.5％;无核早红葡萄2010～2012年3年平均单果重6.8 g,TSS含量13.9％.在产量方面,巨峰葡萄2010～2012年产量分别为13.69、17.50和16.24 t/ha;无核早红葡萄2010～2012年产量分别为10.81、16.02和20.92t/ha.[结论]巨峰葡萄在越南谅山省种植表现丰产稳产优质,具有较好的适栽性,可大面积推广种植;无核早红葡萄表现丰产稳产,但表现低糖低酸,极易裂果,着色困难,不宜在越南大面积发展.

Regenerative approaches towards neuronal loss following traumatic brain or spinal cord injury have long been considered a dogma in neuroscience and remain a cutting-edge area of *** is reflected in a large disparity between the number of studies investigating primary and secondary injury as therapeutic to rgets in spinal co rd and traumatic brain *** advances in biotechnology may have the potential to reshape the current state-of-the-art and bring focus to primary injury neurotrauma *** studies using neural-glial factor/antigen 2(ng2)cells indicate that they may differentiate into neurons even in the developed *** these cells show great potential to play a regenerative role,studies have been conducted to test various manipulations in neurotrauma models aimed at eliciting a neurogenic response from *** the present study,we systematically reviewed the experimental protocols and findings described in the scientific literature,which were peer-reviewed original research articles(1)describing preclinical experimental studies,(2)investigating ng2 cells,(3)associated with neurogenesis and neurotrauma,and(4)in vitro and/or in vivo,available in PubMed/MEDLINE,Web of Science or SCOPUS,from 1998 to ***,we have reviewed a total of 1504 papers,and summarized findings that ultimately suggest that ng2 cells possess an inducible neurogenic potential in animal models and in *** also discriminate findings of ng2 neurogenesis promoted by different pharmacological and genetic approaches over functional and biochemical outcomes of traumatic brain injury and spinal co rd injury models,and provide mounting evidence for the potential benefits of manipulated ng2 cell ex vivo transplantation in primary injury *** findings indicate the feasibility of ng2 cell neurogenesis strategies and add new players in the development of therapeutic alternatives for neurotrauma.

Laser plasma accelerators(LPAs)enable the generation of intense and short proton bunches on a micrometre scale,thus offering new experimental capabilities to research fields such as ultra-high dose rate radiobiology or material *** spectrally broadband,laser-accelerated proton bunches allow for tailored volumetric dose deposition in a sample via single bunches to excite or probe specific sample *** rising number of such experiments indicates a need for diagnostics providing spatially resolved characterization of dose distributions with volumes of approximately 1 cm^(3) for single proton bunches to allow for fast online *** we present the scintillator-based miniSCIDOM detector for online single-bunch tomographic reconstruction of dose distributions in volumes of up to approximately 1 cm^(3).The detector achieves a spatial resolution below 500μm and a sensitivity of 100 *** detector performance is tested at a proton therapy cyclotron and an LPA proton *** experiments’primary focus is the characterization of the scintillator’s ionization quenching behaviour.
