Advances in photogrammetry have eased the acquisition of high-resolution digital information from outcrops, enabling faster, non-destructive data capturing and improved reservoir modeling. Geocellular models for flow dynamics with in the virtual outcrop in siliciclastic deposits at different sets of sandstone facies architecture remain, however, a challenge. digital maps of bedding, lithological contrast, spatial-temporal variations of bedding and permeability characteristics make it more easy to understand flow tortuosity in a particular architecture. An ability to precisely model these properties can improve reservoir characterization and flow modeling at different scales. Here we demonstrate the construction of realistic 2 d sandstone facies based models for a pragmatic simulation of flow dynamics using a combination of digital point clouds dataset acquired from LidAR and field investigation of the Sandakan Formation, Sabah, ***, we present methods for enhancing the accuracy of outcrop digital datasets for producing high resolution flow simulation. A well-exposed outcrop from the Sandakan Formation, Sabah, northwest Borneo having a lateral extent of 750 m was chosen in order to implement our research approach. Sandstone facies and its connectivity are well constrained by outcrop observations, data from air-permeability measurements, bilinear interpolation of permeability, grid construction and water vector analysis for flow *** proportions were then enumerated in terms of static digital outcrop model(dOM) and facies model based on sandstone facies bedding characteristics. Flow simulation of water vector analysis through each of the four sandstone facies types show persistent spatial correlation of permeability that align with either cross-bedded orientation or straight with more dispersion high quality sandstone(porosity 21.25%-41.2%and permeability 1265.20-5986.25 md) and moderate quality sandstone(porosity 10.44%-28.75% and permeabili

BACKGROUNd The United Kingdom has an aging population with nearly 1 in 5 being over the age of 65,and over 0.5 million over the age of *** treatment of acute fractures of the lower limb in the nonagenarian cohort of patients poses a technical challenge to orthopaedic *** To report the fracture incidence,survival outcomes of treating acute non-hip lower limb fractures in nonagenarians in Major Trauma *** Thirty Lower limb long bone fractures in patients of age from 90 to 99 years were identified during 12-mo at a Level 1 trauma centre from a computerized database.A retrospective evaluation performed for fracture incidence,treatment,length of hospital duration and mortality at 30-d,1-year and *** Thirty fractures(28 patients)were identified,twenty-four fractures were treated with surgery(mean age 93 years Sd±2.59)and 6 managed conservatively(mean age 94 years Sd±2.07).The mean length of the hospital stay was 18.2 d for both *** 30-d,1-year and 2-year mortality risks were 1/23,6/23 and 9/23(4%,26%and 39%)in the surgery group and 0/5,1/5 and 2/5(0%,20%and 40%)in the conservative group,with no evidence for a difference between the two groups at any time *** Nonagenarians in the surgical group had similar length of hospital stay and mortality risks as those treated *** with fewer comorbidities and admitted from their own home were offered surgery.

AIM To define good and poor regression using pathology and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) regression scales after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy for rectal *** A systematic review was performed on all studies up to december 2015, without language restriction, t h a t w e r e i d e n t i f i e d f r o m M E d L I N E, C o c h r a n e Controlled Trials Register(1960-2015), and EMBASE(1991-2015). Searches were performed of article bibliographies and conference abstracts. MeS H and text words used included "tumour regression", "mr TRG", "poor response" and "colorectal cancers". Clinical studies using either MRI or histopathological tumour regression grade(TRG) scales to define good and poor responders were included in relation to outcomes [local recurrence(LR), distant recurrence(dR), disease-free survival(dFS), and overall survival(OS)]. There was no age restriction or stage of cancer restriction for patient inclusion. data were extracted by two authors working independently and using pre-defined outcome *** Quantitative data(prevalence) were extracted and analysed according to meta-analytical techniques using comprehensive meta-analysis. Qualitative data(LR, dR, dFS and OS) were presented as ranges. The overall proportion of poor responders after neo-adjuvant chemoradiotherapy(CRT) was 37.7%(95%CI: 30.1-45.8). There were 19 different reported histopathological scales and one MRI regression scale(mrT RG). Clinical studies used nine and six histopathological scales for poor and good responders, respectively. All studies using MRI to define good and poor response used one scale. The most common histopathological definition for good response was the Mandard grades 1 and 2 or dworak grades 3 and 4; Mandard 3, 4 and 5 and dworak 0, 1 and 2 were used for poor response. For histopathological grades, the 5-year outcomes for poor responders were LR 3.4%-4.3%, dR 14.3%-20.3%, dFS 61.7%-68.1% and OS 60.7-69.1. Good pathological response 5-year outcomes were LR

杆塔输电线路系统是我国的一项重要工程,是电力资源的载体。这是国民经济长期发展的重要保证,也是人民职业和个人生活不断进步的重要保证。输电塔是电网的重要组成部分,很容易被地震损坏或摧毁。它们甚至可能崩溃。由于我国是世界上最易受地震影响的国家之一,地震期间输电塔的倒塌和破坏将给社会造成巨大的经济损失,并可能危及生命、健康和安全。人身安全。人们对许多不同类型的结构在地震作用下的动力响应进行了研究,并在这方面取得了一些进展。然而,由于我们对结构理解的局限性,以及研究过程固有的随机性,结构分析不可避免地会受到这样或那样的阻碍。由于存在多个不确定因素,对这些不确定因素的影响进行定量研究已成为近年来研究的一个重要课题。本文首先对输电塔进行了地震作用下的频带分析,然后研究了多个不确定因素对输电塔地震反应的影响。建立了输电塔线系统地震不确定性分析的计算模型和分析方法。主要搜索内容概括如下:(1)基于输电塔线系统的实际工程,选取了输电塔结构的几何尺寸和材料不确定性参数,考虑了地震动不确定性的影响,建立了输电塔的有限元模型。考虑地震动的不确定性,对输电塔和输电塔线系统进行频带分析。(2)基于输电塔几何尺寸、材料和地面运动的不确定性,使用拉丁超立方体采样(LHS)方法对输电塔进行不确定性响应分析。典型传输。总结了不同地震动对典型输电塔不确定性分析的影响。(3)基于所选结构参数的不确定性和LHS方法,建立了一塔两线的不确定性有限元模型。在不确定性模型上进行非线性时间序列分析,以总结示例输电塔线系统的不确定性响应。(4)从不同方面、不确定性因素的影响以及不同类型的有限元模型对输电塔和输电塔线系统进行了分析比较,得出了不确定性和不同工况下的分析过程。建立了输电塔在地震作用下的计算模型和分析方法,为平衡计算的准确性提供了基准,加快了输电塔线系统的不确定性分析。

市政污泥(SS)和糠醛渣(FR)的热解在流化床热解器(FBP)中进行。采用多种热解温度和三种催化剂研究了温度和催化剂对产物收率和主要污染物浓度的影响。本论文的重点是对所得冷凝液和不凝性气体(NCG)进行了全面的表征和分析。SS的热解在450-950℃的六个温度点进行。FR的热解在450-850℃的五个温度点进行。研究了在650℃和850℃下加入三种催化剂(高岭土,Ca-膨润土和CaO)对SS热解的影响,相应地在450℃和650℃下研究了催化剂对FR热解的影响。得出了以下结论:1)对于原料(SS和FR),污泥炭(SC)和糠醛渣炭(FRC)的产率随温度的升高而降低。在中间温度下冷凝液的产率达到最大值,NCG的产率随着热解温度的升高而增加。CaO的加入产生最高比例的SC,加入Ca-膨润土产生最高的冷凝液,高岭土的加入产生了最高的NCG产率。2)观察到SS的冷凝液的pH值为9,表明来自PyO的碱性含氮化合物和来自NCG的氨气的吸收。油水分离后得到的PyO富含含氮和含氧化合物。3)产生的NCG是CO2,CO,CH4和H2气体的混合物。发现CO2是主要的气体产物,然而,随着温度的升高,CO的产率也显著增加。高岭土的加入提高了 NCG中CO2和CO的产率。然而添加CaO时减少了 CO2和CO的产量,从而降低了 NCG的总产量。4)发现SS热解过程中产生的NCG基本不含HC1气体,但检测到了 NH3,H2S 和 HCN。

AIM: To determine whether obese patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery within an enhanced recovery program had worse short-term ***: A prospective study of consecutive patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal resection was carried out between 2008 and 2011 in a single institution. Patients were divided in groups based on body mass index(BMI). Short-term outcomes including operative data, length of stay, complications and readmission rates were recorded and compared between the groups. Continuous data were analysed using t-test or oneway Analysis of Variance. χ2 test was used to compare categorical ***: Two hundred and fifty four patients were included over the study period. The majority of individuals(41.7%) recruited were of a healthy weight(BMI d as obese(19.6%). Patients were matched in terms of the presence of comorbidities and previous abdominal surgery. Obese patients were found to have a statistically significant difference in The American Society of Anesthesiologists grade. Length of surgery and intra-operative blood loss were no different according to ***: Obesity(BMI > 25) does not lead to worse short-term outcomes in laparoscopic colorectal surgery and therefore such patients should not be precluded from laparoscopic surgery.

在无线通信与电子设备领域的新发展,促进了廉价、低耗、功能丰富的传感节点的发展,这样的传感节点体积小,可以在短距离内实现自由通信.这些微小的传感节点由感应、数据处理及通信元件组成,它们促成了传感网络的构建。这些微小的传感节点由感应、数据处理及通信元件组成,它们促成了传感网络的构建。在过去的几年里,就无线传感网络这个论题开展了大量研究。这些研究主要集中在网络协议方面,也因此产生了许多新的、专为传感网络设计的、以提高能效为目标的协议,然而,业内大部分的研究都集中在路由协议上,进行该类研究的学者认为协议应基于应用和网络构架上。尽管学者们提出了大量功能不同的路由协议,但由于该领域的高速发展和相关需求的日益增加,我们的研究速度依然有待提高。本论文致力于研讨和解决提高路由效率的相关问题。提出了一种全新的路由算法应用于无线感应网络,以维持能量平衡。本文首先全面回顾了已有的路由协议并指出其优缺点,在此基础上提出能效更高的路由算法。另,由于新一代的应用程式出现,它需要使用新的编程范式随着技术的进步,这样的需求也不断增加。所以,在无线传感器网络的领域,出现了一个新概念,提出引进网络中间件的概念。无线传感器网络中间件技术开发和部署,可以大量应用于如智能环境、天气预报、桥梁监测、健康应用等方面。但由于资源的限制、无线连接不可靠性、中间件的硬件多样性,无线传感器网络中间件技术仍然面临一系列的新挑战。最基本的挑战是能量守恒定律。本论文中,我们提出了一种路由选择算法,该算法具有高效节能的特点,但我们主要集讨论同时应用节点与中间件的网络。节约能源在这种类型的网络中是一个十分重要的问题。因为节点与中间件有更强大的计算能力,要消耗更多的能量,所以它们需要更大的电池消耗。heads因为节点通过丛集首来运行中间件,所以如果它们的电池耗尽将导致很大部分的网络瘫痪。而且,我们选择了GPSR(Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing)协议并使用簇结构。我们已经通过一系列的模拟对该算法的性能进行了评估。通过改变如节点数量、密度、跳跃数、和数据包损失等度量方式,进行详细的性能评估模拟结果表明,我们的路由算法性能表现优于GPSR,在能级方面,它提高了路由选择的能源效率。从数据包损失率上看,它的表现同样优于GPSR,通过该算法,成功的传送了数据包,延长了传感器网络的寿命.

Grain design is essentially filling a prescribed volume （chamber case） with a certain shape of propellant so as to ensure mission requirements. An infinite number of possibilities exist, covering from two dimensional to three dimensional grain designs. Accurate calculation of grain geometrical properties plays a vital role in performance prediction. In this paper a methodology has been presented for designing 3d grain configuration for Solid Rocket Motors （SRMs）. The design process involves parametric modeling of the geometry in CAd software through dynamic variables that define the complex configuration. Initial geometry is defined in the form of a surface which defines the grain configuration. Grain bum back is achieved by making new surfaces at each web increment and calculating geometrical properties at each step. Geometrical calculations are based on volume and change in volume calculations. Models for Axisymetric and Finocyl grain configuration have been developed. Equilibrium pressure method is used to calculate the internal ballistics. The procedure adopted can be applied to any complex geometry in a relatively simple way for preliminary designing of grain configuration.
