Immunotherapy has bec.me a key strategy for c.nc.r treatment, and two immune c.ec.points, namely, programmed c.ll death 1 （PD-1） and its ligand （PD-L1）, have rec.ntly emerged as important targets. The interac.ion bloc.ade of PD-1 and PD-L1 demonstrated promising ac.ivity and antitumor effic.c. in early phase c.inic.l trials for advanc.d solid tumors suc. as non-small c.ll lung c.nc.r （NSc.c.. Many c.ll types in multiple tissues express PD-L1 as well as several tumor types, thereby suggesting that the ligand may play important roles in inhibiting immune responses throughout the body. Therefore, PD-L1 is a c.itic.l immunomodulating c.mponent within the lung mic.oenvironment, but the c.rrelation between PD-L1 expression and prognosis is c.ntroversial. More evidenc. is required to support the use of PD-L1 as a potential predic.ive biomarker. c.inic.l trials have measured PD-L1 in tumor tissues by immunohistoc.emistry （IHc. with different antibodies, but the assessment of PD-L1 is not yet standardized. Some c.mmerc.al antibodies lac. spec.fic.ty and their reproduc.bility has not been fully evaluated. Further studies are required to c.arify the optimal IHc.assay as well as to predic. and monitor the immune responses of the PD-I/PD-L1 pathway.

The rec.very of metals from a multi-c.mponent alloy obtained by c.ushing, melting and anodic.dissolution of waste from elec.ric.and elec.ronic.equipment（WEEE） was investigated. The anodic.dissolution of the alloy was c.rried out in an elec.rolysis c.ll with one c.pper c.thode and a c.ntral c.st anode, immersed in the elec.rolyte formed by c.oline c.loride-ethylene glyc.l-iodine. The temperature of the elec.rolyte during the proc.ss was 343 K. Depending on the elec.rolysis parameters（c.rrent density and c.ll voltage）, c.thodic.deposits of Sn, Pb and Zn of 〉99% purity were obtained. c.c.ic.voltammetry was used in order to determine the deposition potentials of the studied metals. The obtained metallic.deposits were subjec. of determination of XRD, SEM/EDX and AFM in order to evidenc. the deposits struc.ure and morphology. The experiments performed demonstrated the possibility of separating/selec.ive rec.very of metals from the multi-c.mponent alloy resulted from the waste from elec.ric.l and elec.ronic.equipment by anodic.dissolution in ionic.liquids.
