Treating waste with a waste material using freely available solar energy is the most effective way towards sustainable *** this study,a novel photocatalyst,partly derived from waste material from the coal industry,was *** ash hybridized with ZnO(FAeZn)was synthesized as a potential photocatalyst for dye *** synthesized photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and ultravioletevisible/near infra-red *** photocatalytic activity was examined with the discoloration of methylene blue used as synthetic dye *** the experiments were performed in direct *** photocatalytic performance of FAeZn was found to be better than that of ZnO and the conventionally popular *** LangmuireHinshelwood model rate constant values of ZnO,TiO2,and FAeZn were found to be 0.016 min1,0.017 min1,and 0.020 min1,*** were two reasons for this:(1)FAeZn was able to utilize both ultraviolet and visible parts of the solar spectrum,and(2)its BrunauereEmmetteTeller surface area and porosity were significantly *** led to increased photon absorption and dye adsorption,thus exhibiting an energy-efficient ***,FAeZn,partly derived from waste,can serve as a suitable material for environmental remediation and practical solar energy applications.

Allergy due to toxic pollutants present in the environment has become a major public health threat affecting the lives of more than one billion people *** prevalence and impact are on the rise due to urbanization and growing chemical industries,on the other hand emerging toxic allergens heavily impact the budgets of public health *** the current work,the dynamical model of allergy due to pollution is constructed and ***,the basic reproduction number is formulated to calculate the threshold value of allergic *** model is stabilized locally and globally,besides the conditions that emerged from stability theory are used to study the effects of various parameters.Z-type control mechanism has been used to optimize the stability of the *** simulations validate,that chaotic oscillated compartments are stabilized under the effect of Z-control which shows that allergic diseases due to the polluted environment can be controlled.

BACKgROUND Celiac disease(CD)has been associated with gastrointestinal ***,the magnitude of the risk of pancreatic cancer(PC)associated with CD is much less clear,and risks have not been estimated from large *** To assess the risk of PC in CD *** We conducted a population-based,multicenter,propensity score-matched cohort study with consecutive patients diagnosed with CD using the TriNeTx research network *** examined the incidence of PC in patients with CD compared with a matched cohort of patients without CD(non-CD,controls).Each patient in the main group(CD)was matched to a patient in the control group using 1:1 propensity score matching to reduce confounding *** incidence of PC was estimated using a Cox proportional hazards model with a hazard ratio(HR)and 95%confidence interval(CI).RESULTS A total of 389980 patients were included in this *** them,155877 patients had a diagnosis of CD,and the remaining 234103 individuals without CD were considered a control *** mean duration of follow-up for patients in the CD and control cohorts was 5.8±1.8 and 5.9±1.1 years,*** the follow-up,309 patients with CD developed PC,whereas 240 patients developed PC in the control group(HR=1.29;95%CI:1.09-1.53).In the secondary analyses in the first year after diagnosis of CD,patients with CD were at a significant increase in risk for PC;151 patients with CD had an incidence of PC compared with 96 incidences of PC among the patients in the non-CD control group(HR=1.56;95%CI:1.20-2.01)and sensitivity analysis showed similar magnitude to the one generated in the primary and secondary *** Patients with CD are at increased risk of *** elevation persists beyond the first year after diagnosis to reference individuals without CD from the general population.

Formation of Potholes Associated with Bedrock gorges on Mesozoic Sandstone of Khari River, Kachchh Mainland, Western India

The potholes are perceptible erosional features associated with bedrock channels. They play an essential role in bedrock incision studies, but little work has been published on the development of potholes, especially in Bedrock Rivers in India. The present site-specific study aims to analyze the role of physical properties of bedrock and associated structures in the process of development of potholes and to classify the potholes based on their dimensions. The Khari River gorge formed over Mesozoic Sandstone with six bedrock terraces exposed along a confined segment of the river. The site is manifested by strath terraces, grooves, potholes, and knick points. Three stretches of Khari gorge have been studied in detail for this purpose. The pothole dimensions, joint orientations, rock mass strength, physical properties of rock, and placing of potholes to present active channels were measured. The analysis shows the inverse relationship between the size of pothole and rock properties. The distance of potholes and active channels govern the essential factor and manifest the role of flow hydraulics. The high density of matured potholes near active channels over immature potholes supports primary control of hydraulics of flow over rock properties.

We calculate the mass spectra of the singly charmed baryons （∧＋ c, ∑0 c,[I]0c and Ω0 c） using the hypercentral constituent quark model （hCQM）. The hyper color Coulomb plus linear potential is used to calculate the masses ofpositive （up to JP = 7＋/2 ）9 and negative （up to JP = 9-/2）parity excited states. The spin-spin, spin-orbital and tensorinteraction terms are-also incorporated for mass spectra. We have compared our results with other theoretical and lattice QCD predictions for each baryon. Moreover, the known experimental results are also reasonably close to our predicted masses. By using the radial and orbital excitation, we construct Regge trajectories for the baryons in the （n,M2） plane and find their slopes and intercepts. Other properties of these baryons, like magnetic moments, radiative transitions and radiative decay widths, are also calculated successfully.

After the M7.7 earthquake in 2001,the Kachchh rift basin became the focus of various geological and geophysical researches on the western Indian *** an essential technology,the global Navigation Satellite System(gNSS)has been utilized to study the deformation pattern in the central mainland *** select the east-west striking Katrol Hill Fault(KHF)as the study area and analyze the crustal deformation pattern using the datasets from 2014 to *** geodetic results along the KHF reveal a mean deformation of about 2.1 mm per year,which is higher in the eastern part and lower in the central and western *** investigation of deformation and derived strain reveals the segmented behavior of KHF,while the dominance of compressive strain(maximum 22 nanostrain/yr)in the eastern segment makes it the most active segment of the KHF.A higher deformation rate along the eastern KHF can be considered significant in terms of seismic hazard for this part of the Indian plate.

Objectives: Right ventricular myocardial infarction as assessed by various diagnostic methods accompanies inferior wall myocardial infarction in 30% to 50% of patients. Acute right ventricular myocardial infarction is associated with higher in-hospital morbidity and mortality related to life-threatening hemodynamic compromise and arrhythmias. Since there is scarcity of literature regarding epidemiology of clinical profile as well as in-hospital outcomes of patients with right ventricular myocardial infarction in the Indian population, this study is carried out with a goal of identifying the same in our hospital setting, to fulfill this void. Methods: We examined the incidence of risk factors in patients (n = 100) with inferior wall myocardial infarction and 100 patients with inferior wall myocardial infarction having right ventricular involvement. Results: The mortality rate was found to be 12% in patients with inferior wall myocardial infarction and 28% in patients having right ventricular involvement in inferior wall myocardial infarction. Conclusions: From the above study, it can be concluded that patients with inferior wall myocardial infarction who have right ventricular myocardial involvement are at an increased risk of death, and cardiogenic shock.
