Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIrI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STrING database, Metascape online platform, and r language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIrI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIrI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIrI rats. results: Eleven core targets and 30 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathways were selected. The carbon dioxide （CO2） reduction process involves complex protonation, making the resulting product often unpredictable. To achieve the desired product, it is crucial to manipulate the reaction steps. Herein, we build the metal atom pair sites for selective CO2photoreduction into methane. As a prototype, Ni atom pair sites loaded on the Mo S2nanosheets were synthesized and verified by highresolution transmission electron microscopy （HrTEM）,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） and X-rayabsorption near edge structure spectra （XANES）. In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIr） monitors the*CHO group, a crucial intermediate in CH4production,during CO2photoreduction on the Ni-Mo S2nanosheets,whereas this monitoring is not observed for the Mo S2nanosheets. Also, theoretical calculations disclose that over the Ni-Mo S2nanosheet slab, the formation energy of*CHO intermediates is determined to be lower （0.585 e V） than the desorption energy of*CO intermediates for CO production（0.64 e V）, implying the higher selectivity of CH4production. Accordingly, the Ni-Mo S2nanosheets demonstrate a methane formation rate of 27.21μmol·g-1·h-1, coupled with an impressive electron selectivity of 94.2%.

Background: Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 has been identified as the receptor that allows the entry of SarsCov2 into the human cell. Its expression in the kidney is 100 times higher than in the lung;thus, making the kidney an excellent target for SarsCov2 infection manifesting as renal failure (rF). The objective of this study was to determine the predictive factors of rF during COVID-19 in the Togolese context. Patients and Methods: This was a retrospective descriptive and analytical study conducted at the Lomé Anti-COVID Center including the records of patients hospitalized for COVID-19, of age ≥ 18 years and having performed a creatinemia. rF was defined by a GFr 2 calculated according to the MDrD formula. Patients were randomized into 2 groups according to GFrresults: 482 patients were selected for this study with a mean age of 58.02 years. Sixty-five percent of the patients were men, i.e., a sex ratio of 1.88. Fifty-two patients had rF, i.e., a frequency of 10.8%.There were 65% men (315 cases), for a sex ratio (M/F) of 1.88. risk factors for renal failure in COVID-19 were age ≥ 65 years (Ora 2.42;CIa95% [1.17 - 4.95];p = 0.016), anemia (Ora 2.49;CIa95% [1.21 - 5.26];p = 0.015), moderate (Ora 13;CIa95% [2.30 - 2.44];p = 0.017), severe (Ora 26.2;CIa95% [4.85 - 4.93];p = 0.002) and critical (Ora 108;CIa95% [16.5 - 21.76];p Conclusion: renal failure would therefore be related to the severity of COVID-19 and is the most formidable factor, conditioning the course of the disease and the patient’s vital prognosis.

Herein,we report the experimental methodology to optimize the operational parameters of the photocatalytic degradation of acriflavine dye using TiO2 and Gd^3+ as dopant.A series of Gd^3+ doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized via hydrothermal route and characterized using various techniques like FT-Ir,UV,XrD,FESEM and *** is observed that synthesized particles are in the range of 25-30 nm with spherical shape in ***2 has rutile phase and the average particle size was estimated from Scherrer’s *** bandgap was estimated using Tauc’s *** photodegradation was carried out under UV light in pseudofirst order *** understand the kinetics,four experimental parameters were chosen as independent variables like percentage of dopant,initial concentration of dye,dosage of catalyst and pH of reaction *** degradation efficiency of 92% was observed for 0.5%Gd doped TiO2 at catalyst dosage of 0.3 g/dm^3,pH 10 and dye concentration of 3×10^-6 mol/*** is observed that,the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 can be increased by using gadolinium as dopant only in optimum ***,this photocatalyst can be employed to degrade other o rganic pollutants.

建立了定量核磁共振磷谱法(31P-q NMr)同时测定浓维磷糖浆中α-甘油磷酸钠、β-甘油磷酸钠和磷酸含量的方法。考察了q NMr实验条件对测定结果的影响，选择六甲基磷酰三胺为内标、20%重水溶液（V/V）为溶剂，选择zgig脉冲序列、延迟时间30 s、扫描次数64次为实验条件，进行采样测试获取31P-q NMr谱，其中，六甲基磷酰三胺、α-甘油磷酸钠、β-甘油磷酸钠和磷酸的定量共振峰分别为δ 29.80、δ 0.69、δ 0.17和δ 0.03（供试品溶液p H≈4.8）。结果表明，31P-q NMr法测定α-甘油磷酸钠、β-甘油磷酸钠和磷酸的检出限分别为23.58、23.58和11.61μg/m L，定量限分别为78.60、78.60和38.70μg/m L，线性相关系数（r）均大于0.999，精密度小于0.6%，平均回收率为99.8%～103.2%，相对标准偏差（rSD）为0.41%～1.98%。本研究建立的31P-q NMr方法测定结果准确，稳定可靠。采用本方法测定了7批次不同厂家的浓维磷糖浆样品，其中，总磷量检测结果与比色法一致；甘油磷酸钠含量（α型与β型之和）偏低，约为标示量的82%；磷酸含量偏高。本方法操作简单、专属性强，适合作为浓维磷糖浆质量控制的方法。
